This was perfect for a couple looking to unwind. Hot tub was lovely. Kitchen was very well stocked. Tons of information on activities in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Sandwich! Would definitely book again.

Teagan’s cottage really is a hidden gem by the sea! A short walk right out the back door and you’re at the beach, perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here! The space was spotless and very comfortable, perfect for a couple. We loved having friendly neighbors nearby, which made it feel even more welcoming. The hot tub was a highlight—such a relaxing touch! Overall, a cozy and enjoyable spot.

Bayside Retreat is a dream! We spent the weekend here for a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The hot tub was fantastic, the couch is so comfy and the fire place made it extra cozy at night. Everything in the home from the decor to kitchen utensils and amenities are so thoughtfully planned out and placed. We appreciated Christina’s quick responses when we had a question. I highly recommend this beautiful, private home!

Our stay was perfect! Everything was as Mikhail said. Care was taken to ensure that our stay was not only comfortable but easy to navigate - simple check-in, ice at the ready, Sonos speakers for music and charging cords always nearby. The cottage was welcoming - bright and sunlit whether it was morning or afternoon, comfortable furniture for reading and vases of fresh flowers in every room. Mikhail was quick answering any questions we had and gave us a great list of suggestions for a variety of restaurants. Wonderful place to stay; great host!

Darcy is a top host. We loved the in-wall USB chargers and the bluetooth speaker, the welcoming wine, the beautiful layout and decor, the cozy feeling with lots of space for us to sprawl out and the high quality of the renovation. I felt secure and cozy and everything from the hot tub to the sheets were super clean and fresh. We will be back in the summer for kayaking on the lake. Thank you Darcy!

This house is gorgeous right on the lake in the winter was so beautiful. The home was clean and had everything you needed. Absolutely loved Catherine’s guidebook so well written and amazing communication. I would recommend this stay for anyone who loves a staycation!! Thank you for an amazing weekend! 💕

This little cottage is very comfortable. Its quiet and peaceful, but also provides easy access to local activities. You can just sit around and enjoy all the nature, or you can take a quick drive into town and go to some high quality museums or eat at a number of local restaurants. Its got a fenced in yard for the dogs as well as a bbq and firepit. This was our second stay and we would highly recommend it.

Perfect little cottage equipped with all the basics and then some. Very comfortable home. Great walking trails right out the door and a beautiful marsh made every turn scenic.

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

I stayed at the Chatham Cottage for three nights with my sister and niece. It was a girls’ weekend in late March. The neighbors and street traffic were quiet. We stayed in most of the time watching movies. There are a few restaurants close by and we went out a couple of times to eat. The beach is close and walkable from the cottage. All the rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen had essentials, coffee, olive oil, salt, etc. We brought all our food and snacks from home, even though there is a Stop and Shop nearby. Anything you may have forgotten to bring will probably be in the cottage. Meaghan offered early check in and late checkout since the cleaners finished early and were returning after 11:00 on the check out day. We all enjoyed our stay.

This place was beautiful and just as described. Loved everything about it and would definitely rent again!

We had a great stay. This is the perfection location for venturing on to commercial st. The bedroom is a cozy space. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here

Beautiful cottage nestled in a quaint private community. So close to the water and a small convenience store nearby, but already stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Had to look around for toilet paper and would have loved a hair dryer but overall had a great stay. Would recommend to anyone! :) Note: unless you’re strictly thinking local beaches in the area then I would definitely recommend a car.

We loved our stay at Amy's cottage! It was exactly what we wanted, private and romantic and a perfect base to explore the Cape. If you appreciate the extra touches like real cotton sheets and a homey but tasteful atmosphere you will not be disappointed. Would highly recommend!

These cabins are very well designed. The vaulted ceilings make them feel much larger than their footprint. My husband is 6'3" and he kept commenting on how he didn't feel cramped at all. We walked the boardwalk around the little pond, it's a very cute area. It was the perfect space for our family of 3.

House is small but well-organized and nicely decorated. Appreciated the electric tea kettle and Keurig. Tub and shower was one of the nicest we've seen in a rental. It was a short drive to the beach and good eating places. Glad we could bring our dog.

Great stay at Maria’s cute little cottage by the water. Beautiful private location, perfect for kids to play in the yard.

We had an amazing stay. Winter on the island is so different but still a magical place. We made a fire and just hung out while it snowed and had a fabulous Valentine’s Day. Marilyn is an awesome host - responsive, clear, and caring. One of the best stays we’ve had.

The property and cottage was a jaw-dropping perfect getaway. You never would’ve guessed that in this little town in Massachusetts there would be such a hidden gem. My friend and I had an amazing time wandering the grounds and exploring the brook trail. It really felt like you were in your own little storybook. You could’ve stayed just on the property and never have left and had an amazing time. If you do decide to leave there are so many adorable shops some of them are a drive but one of our favorites was the Red Apple Farm it was off season but the goats were so cute and we got some super fun snacks. Also I just have to say Stephanie’s eye for design is immaculate. As an antique lover she truly curated every single thing in the home and it’s gorgeous. It’s old but not rundown by any means and the lighting was soft and gave it such a cozy feeling.🌲🤍 Thank you Stephanie for the perfect stay.
