We spent a long weekend at Sweet Water Farm with extended family - what a treat this was! There was plenty of space for us all and the bedrooms were arranged in a way that there was privacy but also great common areas to be together. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end road. We enjoyed spending time at the house - s'mores by the fire, on-property hiking trails, and beautiful views - but also time out and about exploring the history and beauty of the area. Meals were simple to make for a crowd as the kitchesthad plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. of all shapes and sizes. I love AirBNBs but sometimes directions can be confusing. We really appreciated the many clear notes around the house explaining house expectations and agreed it was the best we have seen at any AirBNB! Our host was very responsive and accommodating, everything in the home was as described and easy to use/find, and set us up for a wonderful weekend of family memories. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience staying at Dogtown, will absolutely love to go back there again. The host was wonderful and very kind. The animals were beautiful and nice. Location was peaceful. Everything you may need was just 10/15mins away. We got all of our questions answered and more! Will be looking to book for the near future. We went for just a weekend and it truly was worth it.

The owners were very responsive and I loved the privacy as I have never stayed in a cabin. The accommodations were nice and the place was warm, cozy clean and and felt relaxed. Although a little cold I did like leveraging the fireplace briefly… Ultimately, our only complaints were the area as there wasn’t much going on and on our end we didn’t over prepare. The cabin was definitely the highlight! We might visit again when the State Park is open. Best Regards, Mike R

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! It felt like home when we arrived and we appreciated the opportunity to check in early. There are multiple sitting areas both inside and out. Three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs with two separate stairways and provided privacy for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have spices available for our use. We enjoyed the long trail just across the street, and easy access to local markets and restaurants. We'd love to return!

A great place to stay if attending an event at the big E. Short drive to the venue. Beautiful farm with beautiful trees and animals to interact with. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of extra linens, blanket, pillows. Slept 3 grown men with ease. Would absolutely reserve again. Way better than any hotel. The hosts were great very nice people. Your on a farm, not at the Hilton, remember that while booking and you will not be disappointed. Loved this place!

A beautiful location. Amazing workout room . Everything you could ask for and more. Anthony and Rachael are great hosts. I was greeted upon arrival and felt right at home. I plan on returning in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality

The Stone Schoolhouse was an awesome place to stay. The classroom was fascinating and very cool. Rich and Cheryl were very friendly and helpful. One downside was that the primary bedroom and the bathroom were on different levels, but everything else was so great that this seemed like a minor inconvenience and the overall experience of staying there was still great. We stayed at the schoolhouse in February during a deep freeze and found the heat to be sufficient and in general that it was a good place to be in the winter.

I loved my stay at the Carriage House! This hidden gem was the perfect place for visiting a friend at Wellesley College and for my own solo creative retreat. I’ve stayed at a lot of nice Airbnbs, but this is truly one-of-a-kind. Historic – with great WiFi and TV. Unique – with all the standard necessities, including coffee. Cozy, but still spacious. It’s charming, relaxing, and welcoming, from the painted floors to the wood-burning fireplace to the lovely loft. Ubering was easy, and it’s walking distance to food and the Sacred Cow Memorial. (Trust me. Emily the Cow is worth the walk.) Great communication with Elisa and Stacey. If I’m ever back in Boston, I’m staying here!

What a wonderful home! This beautiful, old farmhouse provided us with a much needed getaway. The space was cozy and felt like home. The view from the master bedroom balcony was amazing, especially as the sun was rising. The sky lights in the bedroom gave a good view of the stars when laying in bed. One of our favorite aspects of our stay was bird watching from the second floor office space. It looks out onto the property and has a good view of the bird feeders. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer, and be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The host was super friendly and responsive, making us feel comfortable and welcome.

Mary Beth's air B&B is a beautiful home with many hand built details. It was perfect for my family to stay and Mary Beth was extremely responsive and helpful with the winter storm we had during our stay. We had a 1 year old staying with us and Mary Beth had a high chair, pack and play and toys for him to use! Wonderful place and host, would be delighted to stay there again.

Set upon the eastern bluffs of the Berkshire hills, Highfields farm is a stunningly beautiful property with great vistas. The autumn leaves were changing and the crisp clear mornings gave way to comfortably warm days.! The night sky was spectacular without light pollution. We will be back

We had a wonderful stay at Sharon's place! During the winter the location was picturesque with the view of the horses and pond in the snow. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Sharon was a great host—she was very accommodating and proactive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Five couples enjoyed two nights at Elizabeth's lovely home. It was the perfect size home for the 10 of us. The kitchen has everything you need. The home was very clean. Elizabeth is very responsive and was able to get us in an hour early. Be sure to read the history of the home which can be found in the library. We were able to enjoy happy hour on the deck with the late afternoon sun shining on us. The home is on a very quiet and peaceful road. We highly recommend this home! Dalton HD Pizza has great pizza. We hiked at The Boulders in Dalton and the Mass Audubon's Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary in Lenox . We also really enjoyed the Norman Rockwell Museum in Lenox.

Zoe is an extremely responsive & attentive host, offering great information & suggestions. The property is quiet, peaceful & lovely, easily accessible to other areas of Martha's Vineyard. The loft itself is well equipped & nicely appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place. It was very conveniently located to the base of Jiminy Peak, which made getting to and from the mountain very easy. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We used the fireplace twice and it was super easy. Having access to the facilities at The Country Inn at Jiminy Peak was great as I am injured and can’t ski currently, so instead I went to the gym each day. My family didn’t want to leave and my kids are asking when we can go back!

Abigail and Paulo’s attention, responsiveness and caring about their guests makes your visit to a wonderful place much more wonderful and much more comfortable.

The Hygge House was a lovely spot to spend my birthday weekend with my family and friends. We took advantage of so many close-by activities. But the highlights were at the house itself - paddling the canoe and kayak through the water, outdoor dinner, and s’mores at the fire pit. Jessica was also so easy to communicate with and super accommodating during a personal emergency we experienced. We loved our stay and would love to come back again soon.

This is our second time to Jenny's place and I am sure there will be a fifth time. It is perfect for a girls' weekend. Everything is clean and organized. It feels like a home the minute you step inside. Can't wait to go back next year!

This is my favorite rental. It is so cozy and open at the same time. There is plenty of space for everyone with two twin beds, a king bed in the loft, a fold out sofa and a queen bedroom downstairs for my daughter. The woods are beautiful and the house is in a quiet location. At the same time, it is not too far from the Allendale shopping area in Pittsfield, small stores in Hinsdale, as well as Williamsburg and Northampton. The house is very warm even in the winter, comes with everything you need to cook, and has laundry. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nice. The TV and WIFI streaming work great. There is an extra long table which we use for games and a deck overlooking the backyard. Overall, it is a great place to stay for families.

This was such a great place for our group of 14. It was big, clean, and the amenities were amazing. Lance was really helpful and quick to respond with our questions. We would happily stay here again.
