Great place with ocean view. Check in instructions were perfect for easy checkin. Lots of restaurants near by. The ACs and beds were good in both bedrooms. Great location if anyone wants to explore both El yunque forest and beach.

Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

10/10 would book again. The location is perfect and so convenient to El Yunque, the ferry, and obviously the beach. Check in was easy because the complex has security 24/7 so we had all the help we needed in person. The views were incredible, the layout of the unit lets so much breeze come through so it was very comfortable. It’s a very spacious unit so we didn’t feel like we were tripping over all our stuff. They have a closet with beach/pool items, a small cooler, and chairs to make enjoying the 2 minute walk to the shore easy as possible. We never once felt unsafe in the area, even walking around the neighborhood at night. There’s a handful of restaurants about a mile in either direction (they also have a book of things to do/places to eat). Everyone we met this entire trip was so incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot wait to come back to Puerto Rico.

Nirian was a great host. Space very clean and she responded very quickly with questions. The only issue I had was with Lily at the check in desk. Nirian instructions were PERFECT and easy to follow. Lily at the desk however explained that she was not supposed to let us upstairs to get the key from the lock box. She explained we should have it “before” we entered the building. She stated several times how she was letting us in, but it was “against the rules” When my boyfriend went back down to get bags he has trouble getting the door open. He asked her to open the door and she said “nope I already told you I can’t” luckily he figured out which key worked. Rest of staff in building were friendly. Location great, close to beach and her place was VERY CLEAN. Did not cook but kitchen had everything needed if we had decided to. The balcony was the best part. Overlooked the ocean and could hear the ocean and waves at night. Close to the kiosks. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Absolutely beautiful views. Apartment was clean and cozy. Nice cold AC in the bedroom was great. The apartment building was large and overlooking the beach. Security at the gate made us feel extra safe. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home. Very comfy & homey with nice access to a beautiful beach in a great area that felt safe. The host was amazing in providing a comfortable stay. Home comes with a bunch of useful & fun beach gear that we’re able to use. The only thing is the water pressure is lower than I like and there are no utensils but this home is a 10/10. My favorite part was chilling on the patio with the noise of the coqui’s in the background. I wish I could’ve stayed much longer!

We travelled with 2 kids and it was just perfect. The pool and beach are in walking distance. The entire community is well kept and safe. It’s a short 40 minute drive from the airport but you need a rental car. The home itself has a nice kitchen which was great for us since we prepared most of our meals. The host is super responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend whether you travel with kids or without.

Great space for family of four! Walkable to beach and downtown area. We enjoyed exploring the beachfront. The pool was a nice amenity as well- clean and quiet.

Maria's place was great! Maria was very responsive and kind. The beach, kitchen, and infant amenities were extremely helpful when traveling with a family. It was on a dead-end street of a neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 15 min to the rain forest. There is a grocery store, bakery and gym nearby. Thus, location and host are highly recommended.

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. Has a nice backyard. The beds were comfortable. We really felt at home. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Zip lining 15 minutes away and great hiking at El Yunque. Lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. The host were awesome and always available to answer any questions. This will be our to go place when we come back to Puerto Rico again. 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰

The pictures don't do it justice - the ROOF TOP is AMAZING, peaceful and to spend each morning looking out at the Ocean - PRICELESS. Kira is amazing on communication - answered our questions & friendly. We loved that it was 3 units - for our group it worked out that everyone had their own space & you didn't have to worry about being too loud if someone else is trying to sleep. Each unit does come with some stock, during our trip whatever 1 unit was short of something - we were able to go to another one and grab what was needed (Silverware/Pans/Dish soap/Trash bags. They have nice plates to use. The grill was great, nice setup for it. The walk to the beach was AMAZING - it wasn't too far - only would recommend having a wagon would be nice if you want to bring several items to the beach with you. Overall - we would stay at this location again, already talking about our return trip.

Updated house with all the facilities that a family would need. It’s close to most attractions and eateries.We enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The area was safe, just a little loud at night with cars speeding through our street or with loud car radio. It was a very cute place, but felt small for our family of 7, there is only one bathroom and that was difficult when you have the whole party showering. For a smaller group it should be perfect. Also, when the washer is running there is no water pressure in the shower. Overall Vincent and his team were very nice, responsive and even allowed us to check out later since our flight was delayed.

We were so happy with this location Traveling with mixed ages can be a challenge but we were all happy in this spot That said, the windows and doors were sometimes difficult to operate I know location next to the ocean makes it hard to keep things rust free I would stay here again Luquillo and surrounding area beautiful beaches Sad to leave

we will definitely look for their place next time we come to Puerto Rico!!

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a family of four. The beach was great for kids, and we appreciated all the beach gear! Everything we needed: chairs, toys, snorkel gear, and palm trees for shade.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

We had the best week ever here! The photos don't do this place justice; it was spacious (plenty of room for our group of seven), clean, and well-stocked. Hosts were so sweet and responsive! Beds were super comfortable. Having a beach wagon, towels, coolers, and chairs was incredible. We just loaded everything up and walked about five minutes down to the water. The location is perfect; it took us about an hour with traffic to get back to San Juan for a day, but we spent most of our time at the local beaches. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the entrance of El Yunque, 10 minutes to the adventure park, less than ten minutes to get to Punta Bandera (especially perfect for little kids), less than ten minutes to the kiosks, and about 25 minutes to Fajardo where we had a catamaran chartered. Walking distance to Playa Azul (5 minutes) and a ton of restaurants, bars, and the plaza. We would stay here again in a heartbeat (my 7 year-old is already planning our next trip lol).

Ray was very responsive to a last minute reservation, He was helpfully and promptly accommodated our needs. check in- out was smooth. The apartment was gorgeous, modern and had everything you needed. I had hot water, air conditioning and a washer and dryer. There are chairs , coolers and everything you need to walk to the beach and enjoy your day. There are bars restaurants, bakery and a mini market within walking distance. HIDDEN GEM!! THANK YOU

Idalia was very helpful, answer all my questions I had even regarding my experience and how to go about finding location and tours and what would be better option with prices , place was fully equipped and clean , love it thank you

The place was nice, was able to cook, which I wanted, with a well stocked grocery store across the street. The air conditioner worked great, and the shower was great, too. There were some restaurants worth checking out in the “kiosks” down the street a mile or two. The beach was AMAZING! Very swimable, which I did every day. Gabriel was so nice and friendly! Every contact was very positive and helpful. Highly recommend.
