“Sorry I can’t hear you from the waves crashing onto the rocks” was my response to anyone trying to contact me when I was trying to relax and enjoy this amazing view! Spectacular really to be able to wake up from a well air conditioned room, open the bedroom door and instantly hear the waves and get mesmerized by this view. This place was clean, comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Felt like home away from home just with a better view! Literally about 6 mins from beach without traffic and 15 with. Really can’t beat it! Reina was awesome!! Super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. 10 stars all around!!! Thank you so much Reina and I will definitely be recommending your place to ANYONE I know going to PR.

The condo is super comfortable and well laid-out. We loved both the swimming and surfing/boogie boarding beaches within a very short walk, and we so appreciated the boogie boards and other beach supplies Luis had provided in the apartment. Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the baseball facility below meant it was open, quiet, and peaceful the whole time.

Elisa’s place was just as described. Clean, great linens, enough towels and dishes for cooking. Bedrooms were small but perfectly adequate for our needs-beds were comfortable. Across the street from the grocery and pharmacy. Washer and dryer were a plus. Also the balcony overlooking the pool area and views of the beach was great for morning coffee, reading, etc. The area was close to El Yunque rain forest and we enjoyed two days of exploring it. Close enough also to San Juan for tours etc. We loved the somewhat private beach which was clean and not extremely crowded. The building itself is a bit tired, but staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was great for getting in some laps. The price was right and we had a great time and would recommend Elisa’s place

Beautiful, spotless condo—very comfortable stay! The condo is beautiful and just as advertised. Bright corner unit on 10th floor with gorgeous view of ocean. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Very well supplied—we didn’t have to buy anything ourselves. Even provided beach gear. Building felt safe and secure. Beach is beautiful and wide open/not crowded. Walking distance to a great cafe and a bar/patio along the beach. Nothing else is really walkable. About a mile to the Kioskos but you have to drive. They’re doing some work on the exterior of the building which started at 7:45 every morning and was quite loud. Had one issue related to the external maintenance but it was quickly addressed by the owner. Power outage (which is common in Puerto Rico) was minimal and lasted just 5-10 mins each time. Would be nice to have some recommendations in the house for where to eat, local places to go.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

This place is a great spot. The view is amazing and this place has everything you would need. This place was a home away from home. It was so relaxing. We extended our stay a couple more days. We fell in love with this place. The location is great. The host is very responsive. The windows with the breeze was amazing. My favorite part of this unit was the balcony. We will be back.

Fabiola’s condo is in a perfect location, a short walk to the beach. The condo had a cooler and beach chairs which we brought to the beach for an afternoon swim, which was wonderful. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the main room has a large fan that kept the place very cool and comfortable. Fabiola was also a very responsive host and answered all of our questions whenever we needed to reach her.

We had the best week ever here! The photos don't do this place justice; it was spacious (plenty of room for our group of seven), clean, and well-stocked. Hosts were so sweet and responsive! Beds were super comfortable. Having a beach wagon, towels, coolers, and chairs was incredible. We just loaded everything up and walked about five minutes down to the water. The location is perfect; it took us about an hour with traffic to get back to San Juan for a day, but we spent most of our time at the local beaches. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the entrance of El Yunque, 10 minutes to the adventure park, less than ten minutes to get to Punta Bandera (especially perfect for little kids), less than ten minutes to the kiosks, and about 25 minutes to Fajardo where we had a catamaran chartered. Walking distance to Playa Azul (5 minutes) and a ton of restaurants, bars, and the plaza. We would stay here again in a heartbeat (my 7 year-old is already planning our next trip lol).

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

This was our second stay at Katiana’s and it was such a treat! All we needed for a comfortable stay and so close to the beach. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling to Luquillo

Gabriel was very nice and provided things to do before arriving. He was very detailed and instructions were clear. Place was clean and had a really nice view of the beach. The only thing i would recommend is getting a rental. It was hard to get ubers even to go 5 minutes up the block.

This place was perfect! The home was very clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Omar was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. Each bedroom was clean and the AC felt great after hot days in the sun. The pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly. The location on the beach was unbeatable! I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Luquillo.

We were a group of 6 women for my friend's bachelorette. The location is unbeatable being so close to Luquillo Beach but also having your own private beach view. We couldn't access the private beach because of the high tide and rocks, but the view is stunning. And the place had everything we needed except an oven. The only thing to note is that the place was smaller than I had expected from the photos. Mainly the living/dining/kitchen combo room which is small but this didn't really affect us because we were out of the place most of the time. Also, the bunkbeds aren't too comfortable with 2 adults in the bottom bunk which is to be expected. I think this place would be absolutely perfect for a couple with their kids or a small group (4-5 max). I would definitely stay here again with a smaller group.

Beautiful clean place, close to restaurants and beaches. Pool was nice but make sure you enjoy in the morning because the sun sets at the front of the building. I loved that they provided beach chairs and coolers! Would stay here again for sure.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

omar, i just wanted to say thank you for providing a beautiful peaceful place while i visited PR! The apartment was perfect and cleaned spotless when i arrived . The beach is a 2 min walk away from the place. The apartment was free of noise, no loud kids, i didnt even hear one police siren while i was there. There is a mini market right outside and Laundromat. Straight up relaxation and bliss . I would rent one if these apartments if i could! Thank you again omar

We loved our stay! Great location right by the beach and everything in Luquillo. Definitely recommend.

Stayed for a long weekend. Had an amazing time. Jairo was very responsive and his airbnb was amazing!

Definitely recommend this place! View is outstanding beautiful! The host Brad was very communicative and helpful! When I came I told him that floor was a bit dirty so he send a lady to clean it up next day. Also he has been giving some recommendations for dinning or having fun. Btw the location is good. There’s a convenient store like 3-4 min away. The beach is one step away from the place but I definitely recommend to go to Luquillo beach which is 25 min walking or 4 min drive (uber is super cheap). I want to warn you this area is very peaceful! It’s more for families and elder people. Not much going on in the evenings there.

The place was nice, was able to cook, which I wanted, with a well stocked grocery store across the street. The air conditioner worked great, and the shower was great, too. There were some restaurants worth checking out in the “kiosks” down the street a mile or two. The beach was AMAZING! Very swimable, which I did every day. Gabriel was so nice and friendly! Every contact was very positive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! The views are absolutely beautiful: beach on one side, mountains as you walk into the apartment. We just went to the beach but there were plenty of activities to do in the court yard. The apartment was very clean and easy to check into. Jeannette and Armando were very responsive too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Never felt so at home at a Airbnb! The apartment was spotless. Perfect amount of space for a couple. The view from the patio was unbelievable, I miss it already! Lillianne had everything and more you could need. Lots of beach gear that you can use and even a nice wagon to take it down with. Only about 5 min to get to the beach behind the building and it was so nice and peaceful. Hardly anyone down there while we were there. The building itself is pretty old and dated. There are keys located in the apartment that you need to access building, pool and beach. Do not lose them!! Very expensive to replace. But the area was very convenient, close to the highway. Luquilo beach and the strip is only a few minutes up the road. Also down the street was luquillo square with lots of restaurants, bars and beautiful views! Highly suggest checking out Boardrider’s Surf bar and Grill. We will definitely be back!! Thank you again :)
