We arrived later in the evening and were so appreciative to have all the info we needed up front to get settled in easily. It felt very safe, clean, and fully stocked with what we needed. The air conditioners in both bedrooms were wonderful at night. We slept hard after being on the go every day. The windows bring in a lot of light in the morning, which is great to start the day! Having the beach right down the street was a highlight too! The view is incredible. Our son loved the warm ocean! I wish we could’ve stayed longer to do one full day at the beach. This house is stocked with beach towels and beach chairs & toys too. I hope we can return one day. We made lots of special memories! Thank you!

Great place with ocean view. Check in instructions were perfect for easy checkin. Lots of restaurants near by. The ACs and beds were good in both bedrooms. Great location if anyone wants to explore both El yunque forest and beach.

Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

We stayed at Jessica’s place for a week and had a very pleasant time. The apartment was as pictured and had a lovely view. It is on the smaller side, but that was not a surprise based on the listing, and works well as a base in a convenient location. The apartment had all the necessities, though we did limit basic cooking to the stovetop based on available cookware. Jessica was very helpful and responsive to any communications, and gave clear instructions for check in and accessing amenities. Overall we had a great time and found that we liked staying on the beaches close to the apartment. Beautiful spot and would visit again. Thank you!

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

The pics don't do this place justice... I was skeptical at first but glad we stood here. Host is very communicative. The place has everything you need in amenities plus other home goods you don't find in other AirBnBs. Washer/Dryer were very convenient and I didn't have to buy detergent 🙂. Beach accessories, cooler, etc. Only minor observation is the room AC is alittle loud but I still slept through it, however it took my wife a day or so to get used to it. Bathroom is just a tad smaller than average but it was manageable. Place was very clean and short walking distance to beach.

Diego's place was incredible. Very clean and the views were great. Easy to walk to everything and the bodega across the street had everything you need and was so nice. The beach was wonderful and the large pool was also great. Plenty of outdoor showers around. There're also a couple vending machines in the lobby if you need a quick drink or snack. We would stay again!

We had a brief stay, but the room was as advertised. Very short walking distance to the beach! The host was very responsive and informative.

Jer's place was extremely convenient for our multiple rainforest hiking adventures in El Yunque. It was very spacious and easily fit 6 adults in separate beds. The backyard is very spacious and great for hanging out, grilling and enjoying the great weather.

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. Has a nice backyard. The beds were comfortable. We really felt at home. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Zip lining 15 minutes away and great hiking at El Yunque. Lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. The host were awesome and always available to answer any questions. This will be our to go place when we come back to Puerto Rico again. 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰

Really a nice place to stay, very clean and with eveything you need (maybe an new frying pan would be welcome though). Garage and pool was a plus, and beds are confortable with efficient and relativly quiet AC, though we only used it in the room because the kitchen and mais room have a ceiling fan. Communication with elis was simple and very clear, I recommend!

Elisa's place was great for our stay on the east coast. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The place was perfect for a family to have their own separate place, yet they can still be together with the shared area. I would highly recommend the airbnb, great to get to all the areas on the east coast. The airbnb description was accurate and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

This home was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and coolers, which came in handy for our beach days. The kids loved the games provided—they made rainy nights fun and memorable. The hammock was perfect for relaxing on breezy afternoons. The location is peaceful and conveniently close to the Luquillo Kioskos and beach, and only about 40 minutes from San Juan. Overall, a fantastic spot—10/10! If we could add just one thing, my kids said a pool would’ve made it perfect. Still, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Updated house with all the facilities that a family would need. It’s close to most attractions and eateries.We enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here between the beach and the rainforest - close enough to easily do El Yunque in the mornings, then lunch and siesta, and a beach in the afternoons. The home was spacious and clean. The hosts were very quick to respond. It was awesome having the bakery a couple of doors down. We went multiple times a day.

we will definitely look for their place next time we come to Puerto Rico!!

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

John and Bree’s place was the perfect spot. It was close to the Kiosks and El Yunque Rainforest. Check in / Check out instruction / process was a breeze and very detailed. Beautiful interior just like in the pictures and the place was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Favorite thing was the walk to the beach; it was practically your backyard. Would recommend and stay again!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a family of four. The beach was great for kids, and we appreciated all the beach gear! Everything we needed: chairs, toys, snorkel gear, and palm trees for shade.

Definitely recommend this place! View is outstanding beautiful! The host Brad was very communicative and helpful! When I came I told him that floor was a bit dirty so he send a lady to clean it up next day. Also he has been giving some recommendations for dinning or having fun. Btw the location is good. There’s a convenient store like 3-4 min away. The beach is one step away from the place but I definitely recommend to go to Luquillo beach which is 25 min walking or 4 min drive (uber is super cheap). I want to warn you this area is very peaceful! It’s more for families and elder people. Not much going on in the evenings there.

What a dream beach location in Luquillo! Located in a serene and scenic beach, Marylou’s house was perfect for our beach getaway. Communication was seamless! Marylou and Gordy were responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We felt right at home as they had everything you may need to be comfortable. We enjoyed eating our meals outside with the view of the beach everyday. Also, we enjoyed the convenience of leaving our car and walking to the nearby beaches which all were unique. We will definitely be back!

Idalia was very helpful, answer all my questions I had even regarding my experience and how to go about finding location and tours and what would be better option with prices , place was fully equipped and clean , love it thank you
