Great place with ocean view. Check in instructions were perfect for easy checkin. Lots of restaurants near by. The ACs and beds were good in both bedrooms. Great location if anyone wants to explore both El yunque forest and beach.

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

The stay at Jorge’s place was everything we wished for and more. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We had breakfast literally on the beach every morning. Luquillo offers is a great location for going to the rainforest, exploring the local beaches and driving to San Juan in 30ish minutes. We are so glad to have booked this beautiful, clean and well maintained home and can’t wait to be back!

10/10 would book again. The location is perfect and so convenient to El Yunque, the ferry, and obviously the beach. Check in was easy because the complex has security 24/7 so we had all the help we needed in person. The views were incredible, the layout of the unit lets so much breeze come through so it was very comfortable. It’s a very spacious unit so we didn’t feel like we were tripping over all our stuff. They have a closet with beach/pool items, a small cooler, and chairs to make enjoying the 2 minute walk to the shore easy as possible. We never once felt unsafe in the area, even walking around the neighborhood at night. There’s a handful of restaurants about a mile in either direction (they also have a book of things to do/places to eat). Everyone we met this entire trip was so incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot wait to come back to Puerto Rico.

The condo and the beach area were both beautiful and private. What we loved most was being able to enjoy the beach without being over run by too many crowds. There was a very comfortable amount of people, but plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The water and the sand were beautiful and the people were friendly. We had the opportunity to meet Roberto. He was super pleasant and friendly and full of great recommendations for things to do while we were there, but the beach was so beautiful that it was enough to do during our short stay. We did go bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo and visit a local Mexican restaurant he recommended. It was a great, great time. The condo was the absolutely cleanest Airbnb I've ever been at. Everything was clean inside and out. The cabinets inside were sparkling and organized, and dishes, pots, coffee maker and even the blender were usable without pre-washing. Just an exceptional job by both Roberto and Sandra I'm providing comfort and entertainment.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great stay. The place had everything that was advertised and more. Close walk to the beach and good location to other activities. Owners were very responsive.

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

We travelled with 2 kids and it was just perfect. The pool and beach are in walking distance. The entire community is well kept and safe. It’s a short 40 minute drive from the airport but you need a rental car. The home itself has a nice kitchen which was great for us since we prepared most of our meals. The host is super responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend whether you travel with kids or without.

We absolutely enjoyed staying here! A MUST STAY! Perfectly situated location that made it easy to enjoy the beach and very close to numerous places to eat and drink libations of all kinds! It was a pleasure to meet Larry and get suggestions on places to see and Sky was very attentive and responsive to our needs, also the lovely housekeeper Keisha was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back and hopefully stay longer on our next visit! This place is the Cat's Meow! We highly recommend this accommodation!

My stay at Jesus’s place was perfect! The place was perfect for my family and I, it was spotless and very convenient to local restaurants, shops and the beach was walking distance. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. 10/10!

This was our first time using and Airbnb, and Tomas and his house made the experience great. Staying at Tomas house was wonderful for our family vacation. It has a top beach in walking distance. The kids loved the pool and basketball court in the gated community as well. Tomas was a pleasure to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. We will definitely stay at his place again when coming to Puerto Rico, and highly recommend for anyone traveling, especially with a family. Thanks again Tomas!

We LOVED our stay in Luquillo. The house was better then expected. We ate every meal under the covered patio, had all doors open with a nice breeze and could watch our kids (3 and 4) play on the playground in the complex while we sat and drank our coffee on the porch. Does it get any better?? However, if you are traveling with young kids the walk to the beach was 15-18 minutes to get to a good spot under shady tress. It's 100% worth the walk but one of us was usually carrying the 3 yr old on the way back after a tired beach morning. The grill worked great too! They had water shoes (great for waterfall hikes and swimming holes), beach toys, chairs, beach towels, snorkels (not the best but worked fine), and kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The knives were VERY dull to a point I wouldn't recommend for cutting meat and there were a lot of fruit gnats in the kitchen. Again, worth every minute we stayed there. We cannot wait to return in 2026!!!

We were so happy with this location Traveling with mixed ages can be a challenge but we were all happy in this spot That said, the windows and doors were sometimes difficult to operate I know location next to the ocean makes it hard to keep things rust free I would stay here again Luquillo and surrounding area beautiful beaches Sad to leave

What a great place to stay! Roomy Airbnb with a nice rooftop patio for lunch/dinner breaks. A 1 minute walk to the beach, far enough from the kiosks to be private and quiet but close enough to walk if you want to explore them. The hosts were fantastic. Very responsive and even shared some local recommendations. My family and I stayed for one week and loved it. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a family of four. The beach was great for kids, and we appreciated all the beach gear! Everything we needed: chairs, toys, snorkel gear, and palm trees for shade.

Ricardo’s apartment is located literally two minutes from the beach. The beach itself is nice and wasn’t crowded when we visited, even on a weekend. The apartment is situated in a non-touristy neighborhood, but one that is used by others for vacations. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area. Also within walking distance is a convenience store, bar and a bakery. Two minutes by car is a supermarket and major fastfoods. Luquillo offers a lot of dining opportunities and overall feels very local. It is true you can hear a rooster in the morning, but it wasn’t a major issue - we heard louder ones in our life. The neighborhood was actually very quiet….The apartment is not renovated but very clean and has all the equipment you may need. It felt as a real local home and had its style and vibe. You cannot go wrong with staying by Ricardo’s - he’s a great, attentive and communicative host. Overall great location for El Yunque National Park and other attractions.

Gabriel was very nice and provided things to do before arriving. He was very detailed and instructions were clear. Place was clean and had a really nice view of the beach. The only thing i would recommend is getting a rental. It was hard to get ubers even to go 5 minutes up the block.

Stayed for a long weekend. Had an amazing time. Jairo was very responsive and his airbnb was amazing!

Definitely recommend this place! View is outstanding beautiful! The host Brad was very communicative and helpful! When I came I told him that floor was a bit dirty so he send a lady to clean it up next day. Also he has been giving some recommendations for dinning or having fun. Btw the location is good. There’s a convenient store like 3-4 min away. The beach is one step away from the place but I definitely recommend to go to Luquillo beach which is 25 min walking or 4 min drive (uber is super cheap). I want to warn you this area is very peaceful! It’s more for families and elder people. Not much going on in the evenings there.

Ray was very responsive to a last minute reservation, He was helpfully and promptly accommodated our needs. check in- out was smooth. The apartment was gorgeous, modern and had everything you needed. I had hot water, air conditioning and a washer and dryer. There are chairs , coolers and everything you need to walk to the beach and enjoy your day. There are bars restaurants, bakery and a mini market within walking distance. HIDDEN GEM!! THANK YOU

This place is amazing! The views are absolutely beautiful: beach on one side, mountains as you walk into the apartment. We just went to the beach but there were plenty of activities to do in the court yard. The apartment was very clean and easy to check into. Jeannette and Armando were very responsive too. I would definitely recommend this place!
