Loved the variety of the beach and the fact that the whole property is gated so felt very safe and quiet. Walk left after exiting the gate to a long stretch of very calm and serene water and walk right out of the gate to waves breaking on the shore. Enjoyed the rooftop patio every morning and night. Did not use any of the beach/water amenities but there were many provided. We wanted to explore the bio bays, old town San Juan, tarpon fishing, El Yunque rainforest, and nature preserves which were all close in location to the apartment. The only downside to the whole place was that so many cars were parked on the side of the narrow road leading to the apartment on the weekend that it was a bit of an exercise in juggling and patience to fit through the road leading to the entrance but would not deter us from choosing this place again. Very restful week for our family.

Beautiful apartment, the desperation of location on google maps or Apple Maps is off and the link, but after driving around awhile we found it. No beach access at all just giant rocks, the tile down stairs and on stairs was very tight and slippery be careful. House was pretty the little issue things were explained before arrival. Apartment is very pretty inside

We loved staying and Margie’s place! Walkable to shops, the ocean, and the beach, and the perfect distance for exploring El Yunque, day trips into San Juan, kayaking the Bio bay in Fajardo, and taking the ferry to Culebra. This place was spacious and super clean. We enjoyed the coolers, towels, and chairs for beach days. It was also so nice to have a few TVs with streaming accounts set up for us for relaxing evenings. Would definitely stay again!!

The mornings were picturesque with the early sun and a saxophonist playing just across on the beach into the early afternoon. The space was today and comfortable for our family of five. Street parking was easy. The swimming beach is just to the west, but if you're careful of the under toe, you can jump in the waves across the street. Surfing lessons were happening throughout the early part of the day. Everyone was very friendly at all of the local restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

It was perfect! The condo was clean. It had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable! Its right on the beach which is perfect. I even got to play tennis for the first time ever! There was tennis and basketball on site. Pool. It was just as described. Our host was so nice! She provided clear and throigh instructions for getting in and things to do in the area. She was very responsive. Polite. And kind enough to let my husband and i stay for the week! Highly recommend!

Would recommend! Felt very safe that it was a gated complex. Was nice having our own reserve parking space. The condo had everything we needed and even some extras. The beach chairs, towels, and coolers were such a bonus! Made it so easy to just grab the chairs and walk out to the beach! The outdoor shower/bathroom on the complex was also nice to have. Just steps from the beach, a few minute drive to the kiosks, and other great restaurants! We would love to return.

The location and amenities of this place were perfect for me! The beach out front is beautiful and great for a quick dip, or even some snorkeling. The balcony overlooking the ocean is really fantastic. The parking space is really awesome, as was the washer and dryer. The shower pressure and temperature was fantastic. The AC in the bedroom worked really well, and I never needed it out in the larger space. The only thing that the condo needs is window treatments on the balcony doors. It’s pretty close to the road and it was weird to not be able to draw the curtains or blinds. I would absolutely stay again though!

Loved our stay here. Plenty of space for a family of four, cold ac at night, lovely ocean breezes during the day. Walking distance to lots of fun things or a short drive - great central location. Melissa was easy to communicate with and her place was great. We would stay here again if we ever make it back to PR!

My partner and I spent 5 days at Harry’s place and had a great time! Harry greeted us after check in to make sure we had settled in and gave us some great recommendations for food and activities in the area. The building is on the older side, but the interior of the apartment was updated and very clean. Plenty of room for 2 people. Bathroom is a little tight but functional. Kitchen is stocked with all the supplies (flatware, pots, pans, mugs, etc). Harry was also generous enough to stock the fridge with wine/beer/waters, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. The gems of this apartment are the balcony, which looks exactly like the pictures, and the proximity to Playa Azul, as we were able to walk to the beach everyday but still have access to outdoor showers and the apartment. Close drive to El Yunque. Near supermarket/walgreens and a few restaurants (Panderri, Simple Food, pizzella) in Luquillo that you could drive/Uber or even walk to. Area felt safe. Would recommend!
