Great place to stay and relax with family. The family room is very big. The porch is so wonderful and covered as well. Had the best family xmas on the beach!!

We were scheduled to arrive the week following Hurricane Beryl. Brandon stayed in communication with us, keeping us apprised of the power issues. He was so accommodating in letting us delay the start of our stay until the power was restored. The house is beautiful and so nicely maintained. It is honestly the best furnished Airbnb we've ever stayed at. It is well represented in the listing. The house is in a nice subdivision that is about 0.5 miles to a drive on beach. We rented a golf cart which made the trips to the beach easy and fun. (Sandlot Wheels and Waves will deliver a golf cart to this location sandlotatsurfsidetx This property is located in a less populated area which is exactly what we were hoping for! The crab trap made crabbing off the back deck a breeze! We fished off the back upper deck for surf fishing bait. We are already planning our next trip to the area and are hoping to stay at Brandon's place again.

Cheyenne’s place is the perfect family getaway. The place is clean and cozy and Cheyenne was very responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

The home was perfect, so cozy & beautiful. So much attention to detail. We will be back ! The location was great, with views from the multiple decks. Very handy to restaurants and small shops. The kitchen had everything imaginable and was well organized. Such thoughtful things provided throughout the home.

Beautiful view! Clean home with plenty of beds. The bunk beds have a trundle bed below so it's technically 3 beds in both bunk rooms. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Plenty of seating. Ideal for multiple families staying together. There isn't direct beach access but it's a quick 2 minute drive. You can slightly feel the house sway in the winds and is on well water.

Kat's place was a wonderful stay! Located right on the beach, it's like the ocean is your backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it! Clean, conveneint, easy to get to, and comfortable. Kat was very communicative with detailed instructions and helpful information. We were there during the 'off season' and the beach and area were extremely peaceful, clean, quiet, and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the deck watching and listening to the ocean and taking walks down the beach. You walk right down the deck stairs and you're on the beach! So convenient!

We loved the condo! Yes, it's outdated but the view makes up for it. The private deck was amazing especially at night. It's close to the beach and you have everything you need within distance. Great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

This home was absolutely perfect for my private bachelorette getaway with the girls. The beach is just steps away from the deck, offering incredible convenience. It’s the ultimate relaxing and peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Randy's beach house. It was exactly as described and pictured. Very thoughtfully designed and decorated. It looks like a beach house you would see on HGTV. The views from the living area, kitchen, and both porches are fantastic. As far as location, it was beautiful and remote, which was perfect for unplugging and relaxing. The beach is wide, the sand is soft, and there are sea shells everywhere for the kids to collect. I really enjoyed drives on the beach in the morning or evenings, just make sure you have 4-wheel drive. There are a lot of wetlands in the area, so make sure to bring your insect repellant. All listed amenities were there, as well. Internet worked great. Randy was a great host who was always very friendly responsive, informative, and accommodating. We most certainly plan to come back. It may be more expensive than other options, but this home has the best views & accommodations. You get what you pay for in this case.

This was a father and son weekend fishing trip. The location was perfect for that. We made good use of the pier. Caught several good fish after the tides came back up the first night. Unfortunately the lights on the pier did not work. We did catch a 30 pound black drum the first night using our Cell-phone flashlights. The fishing during the day was good. We ended up keeping 4 black drum 17 to 19 inches. The house was very nice. It had everything you need. We definitely want to go back. Hopefully rent both houses, use the pool and fish all night. Highly recommend this place. Its a good place to get away, even if you don't fish.

These condos were perfect for our group. Just a couple minutes drive to beach and short drive to boat launch. The kids enjoyed the catch and release on property. Patti will get right back to you if needed. Would stay again.

We have an annual fishing trip that we take to target Tarpon and are always looking for a place to stay with a boat slip. Brandon's place fits the bill. We will be back.

We had a great long weekend at this property! The pool was amazing and the living space was great for our small group. Kitchen was well equipped and the living space was spacious. The management team was super friendly, always quick to respond, and very accommodating.

This was my family’s first time to visit Port O Conner and we truly enjoyed it. The home was in a beautiful area only a block from the ocean. The home was very modern and has many immenities including chairs, wagon, beach toys, fishing net, cleaning station , hot tub, outdoor seating, and much more. The town of Port O Conner is very quiet and welcoming. The beach has public restrooms, play ground, volley ball net, basketball goals, swings, sand toys, and covered picnic tables. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals at home or there are a few restaurants close by as well.

Booked Randall’s listing for a last minute New Year getaway for my family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great location and proximity to the beach. The photos are accurate and hope we can come back during the summer! Lots of equipment/toys/chairs/etc. for the beach!!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was nice and clean. Beach was close. Neighborhood was quiet. Everything was like advertised. Kristen was super responsive and it was an easy check-in and checkout. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed staying at this house. Very relaxing and great location directly at the beach. Exceptionally well furnished with a personal touch and well equipped. This home was a wonderful first time stay in Surfside beach with our family. We had spectacular weather and loved sitting on the front porch with our morning coffee looking at the great ocean view. Susy was so attentive and reached out to us multiple times to make sure we had everything. The home had so much room for everyone. The kitchen was very well setup for anything we wanted to cook. I would highly recommend this home,you will not be disappointed.

Needed a quick getaway while I struggle through a very difficult grief journey. Brad and Maria’s home was the perfect place. Very nice home with a beautiful view and the hosts were very attentive to me. My dogs and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!
