Nice place! Relaxing quiet neighborhood. Close to almost everything. Close to airport and mid-town. Property was very clean, and organized. Beds were ok. Rooms must be rented out. Locks on all the door knobs (kind of annoying-they kept locking). No access to the garage. That was a bummer! No brooms or shovels to shovel snow path. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms are spacious and free of clutter throughout the entire home. Extra full bath was a plus!

Awesome location! This was a perfect place to stay for me to visit everything I wanted to see in anchorage, and still be able to go home to a cozy, quiet home. Wonderful host and bnb, definitely would recommend a stay.

We enjoyed Kathy’s place. It was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The location was great as we were attending an event at the Alaska Airlines Center.

I enjoyed my stay with Elizabeth. She was extremely helpful about town. And my bed and pillows were very comfortable and I am picky , I also enjoyed her dog Sunny she was sweet!

Lena’s place was clean and comfortable. The only issue (and it may have been in the description) was that I couldn’t use the cooktop. She explained why, and I managed fine without it though.

Excellent spot for my business partner and I. Far better than any hotel we could have stayed in. Comfortable, clean, welcoming. Felt very much at home. Stacy was a great host, super responsive. Would stay again without hesitation.

Amanda wad super friendly and very accommodating. I came to Anchorage to have a baby and she was very flexible when I needed to check out early.

This was a perfect place to spend close to a week, very comfortable. Appreciated the spaciousness and the full kitchen. Centralized location made it easy to get to where we needed to go, with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Thank you for allowing the use of the room. It was a perfect getaway for one night. Convenient location to the Wasilla area. Would recommend to others. It was a nice touch to find the tote with toys for kids. My granddaughter loved the baby doll that was in the tote. She looked at all the books you had available for kids as welll.

Cozy home in a safe neighborhood and a quick drive to town. Laundry machine is huge and the space is clean. Jan was very welcoming when we arrived.

Very comfortable stay here. Short stay as we were just passing through. Host was very responsive and helpful after a hitch with check-in. Would definitely look at this place for a dedicated visit to Anchorage. It’s spacious for a couple and has a nice kitchenette area.

Stayed here twice. The first stay i was here for my ETT training. I came back for my first half of EMT 1 training, and i will be coming back again for my second half of EMT 1 training. It was quiet neighborhood, easy to find, smooth check in, and Kaiden and his co-host were quick to respond back. Thank you for the stay!!!

Very comfortable place. The kitchen had most appliances you would want including a Kitchen Aid, air fryer and crockpot if you wanted to do a lot of cooking. I would definitely stay again. The location made it easy to get to most places in Anchorage in 15 minutes or less.

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!

Great place for families in local downtown neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again when in Anchorage!

Ellie’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. We loved the charm, the size of the air BnB, the privacy, and the coziness. The bed was super comfy and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus this winter. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in Anchorage.
