Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 3 (plus our dog) stayed at The Treasure Chest for 4 nights over our spring break. It was such a relaxing and pleasant trip, thanks in large part to this beautiful beach house. We loved the private and easy access to the beach. Taking in the sunrise each morning was amazing! The home itself is safe, well-stocked, clean and contained all the comforts of home (fans in the rooms, kitchen and laundry supplies etc). The porch and backyard are also clean and well-maintained. We are already dreaming of our next trip to this amazing home!

We had a wonderful stay! Walking into the house and seeing the incredible ocean view out all of the windows took our breath away. The 6 of us and our dog were all very comfortable in the home and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were extremely quick to respond anytime we reached out to them and had great recommendations. Thank you Cameron and Megan!!

Our recent stay at the Green Roof Beach House was an exceptional experience from start to finish and left us longing for more time in this beautiful home. This beach front property provided the perfect setting for our multi-generational family gathering. We were welcomed by a heartfelt handwritten note from our host, making us feel instantly at home. The elevator was a lovely touch for transporting luggage from the car to the living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare and enjoy family dinners. We loved gathering around the dining table. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and provided ample space and comfort for every family member. The attention to detail in the décor added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The location allowed for easy access to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. We are already planning to return for another visit!

My family and I spent a week at Renee and Aloe's wonderful beach house. We could not have asked for more welcoming and helpful hosts. The photos, description and amenities were as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. Just steps away from the beautiful beach and an easy drive into downtown St. Augustine, we really appreciated the house's history and homey feel. Be sure to walk down to the Kookaburra Beachside cafe for excellent morning coffee! Thank you so much, Renee and Aloe!

Great place to to stay. easy access to the beach and pool was a plus for our toddlers...especially the heated pool. Lots of restaurants close by. Close to amphitheater.

We stayed at Derek’s house for a Bachelor party and it was a blast! He has the perfect setup that accommodated our needs with an amazing backyard that felt like we were at a resort the whole weekend. When we arrived, we noticed the house was a little warm so within an hour Derek had someone come out to fix the HVAC unit. Derek was very professional communicating with us to ensure we were comfortable in the house. Derek also recommended a few great areas for us to checkout while we were down there. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for an awesome vacation!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights in late March and we could not have picked a better place to be. The pool area in the backyard was like a little oasis. It is located in a safe neighborhood ,great for walking off the great food that we ate in the local restaurants.(which are only a short drive or beach walk away.) We would definitely stay here again.

We had four adults and 3 kids (ages ~2-4) in the house and it was perfect! The pool was perfect for kiddos and they had everything we needed from pool and beach equipment for them. The rooms were quiet, cool and dark and perfect for napping and sleep. Definitely a more quiet area, but the that’s exactly what we wanted and needed with the kiddos. Was easy to spend a few hours at the beach before naps and then pool tome before dinner. Also loved that it was a salt-water pool and it was the perfect temp.

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for friends and family to stay comfortably. The backyard is stunning!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

We loved staying at this home! The size was perfect for our family of 7. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals when we wanted to stay in. The location was amazing. It was a quick walk to the beach and it was a quick drive into town to explore St Augustine. We loved everything about this home.

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

This was such a wonderful experience. I’m so sad we had to leave. I I feel like this will be our home away from home when we come visit my Grandma in Palm Coast. It was perfect for me, my husband and our two kids. The place was incredibly clean, had beautiful decor and a quiet neighborhood. Disney world was only a 1.5 hour drive away & it felt sooo good coming home to this air bnb after a long day of theme park adventures. The beach was minutes away along with hammock beach resort. The host answered all my questions and was beyond friendly and accommodating. I hope to come back soon, this was a great memory for me and my family. Thank you!🙌🏽❤️

Such a gorgeous home, James! We kept remarking how perfect it is- well constructed, designed, decorated, and has an outfitted kitchen if you plan to make big family meals—we stayed over Christmas, so that’s exactly what we did. We came with 3 families and all had space/bathrooms to ourselves- luxury. I rarely am at AirBnBs now that have a thoughtful, invested owner like James who offers hospitality and such care for the home (rather than a large company running hundreds of listings). James checked in with us multiple times and proactively raised the temp in the pool to make it comfy for kiddos in colder weather. The 1 block proximity to the beach is absolutely ideal, with the caveat that the view out the front door is the back/alley of a row of businesses... Once you’re inside you never notice though. Awesome to have recycling, the EV charger, water saving toilets. Such a beautiful home and St Augustine is a dream.
