We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the beach of this amazing place. The caretakers were amazing and really looked after us and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and beautiful and everything was perfect. We are very grateful and highly recommend Casa Miramar .

We had a great time staying at Leandro’s home for three nights. He offered many local suggestions of things to do and was always responsive. The ocean view is amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked (spices, sauces, appliances). The decor is very cool with a surfer vibe. We had great family dinners with local seafood from down the street. A rental vehicle would be ideal for this location. The TVs and fans upstairs didn’t work but I’m sure the host will resolve this. AC in the bedroom was a must and kept us cool overnight - we slept comfortably. The ocean view is breathtaking from the bedroom or downstairs, ocean front at its best! Overall a great vacation home ideal for children and families (lots of children’s books, puzzles, games) or a couple wanting some rest and relaxation. Leandro also set up an extra bed for our son which was greatly appreciated!

Our stay at Casa Surfin was absolutely amazing! A fantastic place to unwind, in a beautiful, peaceful location with sea views and direct access to the long untouched beach. The outside terrace and garden is perfect, complete with viewing deck, deckchairs and outdoor bbq. The communication from the host and Solomon was great, offering tips and even lending us a surfboard. The track to the house is a long bumpy dirt road, it’s perfectly fine but SUV needed. Do your shopping first so you don’t have to go back and forward. A great place - We would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

This was our fourth year staying at Sandor's place. There are always changes for the better. The grounds are beautiful and the house has plenty of room for up to four people. The pool area with shaded patio is nice for the hot Nicaragua weather. Carlos and Cristhian, caretakers, are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Sandor is always quick to respond to any questions we have. We are already looking forward to a return trip in 2026!

La casa es linda, cómoda y súper equipada. La vista preciosa y la playa privada. Súper recomendado. Súper anfitrión! Estaba pendiente de todo y amable. Definitivamente volvería.

La casa de Patrick es una maravilla si desean ir a Gran pacífica con un grupo grande, los cuartos son muy cómodos y los aires acondicionados funcionan excelente, el cuarto del segundo piso no tiene aire acondicionado pero debo decir que no es necesario ya que el flujo de aire lo hace agradable , la cocina es muy espaciosa súper cómoda y está equipada con todo lo que necesitas, la ubicación de la casa es excelente y fácil de llegar, cerca del club de golf. Xóchitl me espero para entregarme la llave de la casa y toda el tiempo estuve en contacto con Carolina, ambas fueron sumamente amables. Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí 🫶🏻

Super charming house in a quiet, safe part of town, only a two-minute (or less) walk to the center of town. We LOVED the colonial feel of the house and the plunge pool for that hot afternoon heat...chef's kiss. Ashley provided us with everything we could possibly need: AC, hot water, soap/shampoo (bc I definitely forgot to pack it), speedy Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed...the list goes on and on. Julio was also amazing and very accommodating to our schedule. We loved this little gem in Granada so much we actually wanted to book another weekend...but it was already booked (boo!). We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Ashley!

Josue's place was amazing!! The personnel Jose and Ms . Gloria were so friendly. Ms. Gloria's cooking was amazing and very tasteful food. Very recommendable to hire Ms. Gloria as your cook for your stay ; she cooks the food as you desire. The house was big, spacious, and very comfortable just feets from the shore. Will definitely come back!!
