Mateševo : locations de maisons de vacances

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. Ce fut un excellent séjour. Lydia et Goran sont des gens formidables, très accueillants, très chaleureux et très disponibles. Arrivés tard samedi soir, nous n'avions pas pu faire les courses et du coup ils nous ont servi un excellent petit déjeuner le dimanche matin (et aussi le jour de notre départ). Des fruits frais et de la grenadine maison étaient dans le frigo à notre arrivée. L'appartement situé au 1er étage de la maison est magnifique, spacieux, idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il y a aussi un studio supplémentaire à louer si on veut venir à plus. Il y a la climatisation et tout le nécessaire de toilette et la laverie (je tiens à le préciser car ce n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce). La situation géographique est idéale pour tout le centre (Ostrog, Niksic, Lac Skadar) et la côte adriatique (Bar, Budva, Kotor, Ulcinj ...). Les trajets faisaient environ 1h ou 1h30. C'est un peu plus loin pour le Tara Canyon (2h30) par contre. Un grand merci à Lydia et Goran !

Příjezd byl naplanovam kolem 10h večer, bohužel kvůli defektu jsme se zdrželi a nebyl problém ve 2 v noci nás ubytovat a vše ukázat. Krásné čisté a navíc jelikož jsme cestovali se psy byl k dispozici psí výběh. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Sara’s stay was a countryside dream, the view, the space - everything was a dream come true! I cannot recommend enough this beautiful home to share with friends ! It is out the way of everything so I recommend hiring a car for ease of getting round like we did but otherwise - gorgeous !!!! Simply Gorgeous:) Sara herself & her husband was such helpful and kind hosts!

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Wonderful hosts, wonderful house - all you can ask for if you want a peaceful stay in Podgorica for a few days - also a quick access to the north of the country!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Tanja empfangen. Wir waren traurig, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten. Tanja hat uns so nett empfangen und noch Tipps für Restaurants gegeben und Marselo war so nett, uns früh morgens zum Flughafen zu fahren. Die beiden sind die nettesten Personen, die man treffen kann. Die Unterkunft war groß und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Нам всё понравилось, начиная от ответов Елены на все наши вопросы, помощи в течение нашего путешествия с корректировками на дорогах, подготовленного тёплого дома к нашему приезду и вкусного красного домашнего вина оставленного нам в подарок !!! В доме есть все что нужно для того рода путешествий. Особенно рекомендую для тех кто решил убежать от городской суеты и большого количества людей. Спасибо Елене и её семье за все.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Podgorica

Danijela's place is very nice and comfortable. Tha house is very big and was more than enough for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The kitchen and living room are big with lots of common space. The garden outside is beautiful and big. It is 7 min walking to the center and half an hour to hiking starting point. The only minor things which should be mention is that there is only one rest room which is located in the first floor where all sleeping rooms are upstairs (there are however two showers with souna!). We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this place!

Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und diese Herzlichkeit zog sich durch unseren gesamten Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber und seine Tochter waren sehr aufmerksam, hatten auf jede Frage eine Antwort parat und organisierten uns eine Pferde-Tour. Der der selbst hergestellte Tee war stets ein Genuss. Die kleine, aber feine Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht und das familiengeführte Restaurant in Sichtweite bietet leckeres und preiswertes Essen an. Abends kann man sich dann beim Lagerfeuer in entspannter Atmosphäre mit anderen Gästen austauschen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Gegend eignet sich perfekt, um den stressigen Alltag zu vergessen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!!

The house is located in the old town, very quiet and peaceful place. Everything you need is close by. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city center. A few minutes to the river Moraca, where you can swim on a hot day. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Doğayla iç içe, huzur dolu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev küçük ama son derece şirin ve her detay düşünülmüş. Temizlik konusunda da gayet memnun kaldık. 5 kişi oldukça rahat ettik. Ormanlık alanın ortasında olmak, sabah kuş sesleriyle uyanmak ve akşamları yıldızları izlemek çok keyifliydi. Ev sahibi iletişime açık ve yardımseverdi. Isınmak hiç sorun değildi.. Yakındaki küçük köyde Panoramik manzara ve çok güzel ve küçük restoranı denemelisiniz.. Kasabadaki insanlar çok yardımseverdi.. Şehirden uzaklaşıp kafa dinlemek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz! En kısa sürede tekrar görüşmek üzere 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We really enjoyed the house in Kolasin. It is not an apartment, but a completely detached house with its own parking space on the grounds of the house. We were welcomed hospitably. We felt welcome. She had provided sweets and cookies and there was a treat in the fridge and a few cold cans of beer. Furthermore, the kitchen was well equipped: airfryer, hand blender, espresso machine. There was oil for frying and lots of herbs to use. We gratefully used the washing machine. She had even provided detergent. We were there for 4 days, but we would have preferred to stay longer. From Kolasin you can drive to the starting point of all kinds of beautiful walks in the mountains with your own rental car.

A wonderful rustic house in a peaceful location. We stayed for a week and loved our time there. Mirjana was a great host, we can't really fault anything! The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden is beautiful, it's a lovely space to sit and relax. We were unlucky with the weather but Mirjana made sure that we were well-stocked with firewood and had everything we needed. The location for us was absolutely perfect; it is walking distance to the Cetinje centre but far enough out that you feel like you're in the countryside rather than a city when you get home. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it!
