I have stayed here four times now. It is an amazing place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the views are breathtaking. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax, unwind, and disconnect for a few days.

Beautiful and peaceful location. The house had wonderful accommodations for all 5 of us. Itwas such a nice retreat after a busy holiday. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay in this home was such a treat! We enjoyed utilizing the kayaks to boat around in Chesapeake Bay. The hot tub was an absolute delight, perfect for evening stargazing, saw lots of shooting stars, and could see the water of the bay from the hot tub. We also enjoyed doing November cold plunges from the hot tub to the pool. While the living room is not expansive, it fit our needs for family game & movie nights. The bed linens were so comfortable, and Lori was beautifully responsive & friendly when we would reach out with a question. We also enjoyed the nearby Sandy beaches.

Stayed here for a weekend fishing trip. Everything was great! Very serene and beautiful surroundings, the house fully equipped with everything you need to go fishing. We even went out of our comfort zone and tried out the canoes. It was an all-around good experience. The location is not too far from beaches great restaurants, and also a casino. For a small intimate family gathering. The Host sent an extensive and well thought out list of everything you can think of, from to how to get there & what to do when you’re there also he was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! The AirBnb was a mix that is hard to find- plenty of amenities/cookware without being cluttered, and very tastefully decorated. Our view was wonderful and the place was very comfortable; plus, they were wonderful when we asked questions and were so accommodating to requests to help out our toddler. We definitely plan on coming again!

Our stay at Whiterose Cottage was lovely! The home is beautifully curated, with charming floral touches that made it feel extra special. The screened-in porch was a wonderful highlight, such a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. It was the perfect size for our family of five, and our children especially loved going to the little private beach on the property during low tide and playing on the swing in the tree next to the house! They had so many extra touches our littles loved. We also enjoyed exploring downtown Mathews, just 15 minutes away. The town is full of charming shops, and everyone we met was so friendly. There was so much to see and do, but we also loved simply soaking in the beauty of the cottage itself. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay for our biking weekend. It rained on Saturday so Dianne extended a later check-out time so we could get a ride in on Sunday morning and still shower and clean up before heading home! She offered this to us without our prompting! Thanks, Dianne!

We (my husband, two adult children, me and our French bulldog) greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful, serene, peaceful. It was one of the best kept, stocked, clean and organized airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Karla was extremely responsive and helpful with lots of info before we ever arrived. Dixie was well supplied with toys, treats and dog bowls. We were also well supplied with kayaks, bikes, firewood, games, etc. We would highly recommend and will be back if we can.
