Very responsive yung host and the place is super homey… internet was good too so ok for VAs like us, we got to work no problem. Super near Dahican beach but still in a private area. We grilled tuna panga and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The aircon is strong as well so that’s a comfort in the daytime defo. Place was big for 2 of us and it would probably fit 4-5 comfortably. They even gave us empanada haha Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay when you’re planning to go to Mati. When you don’t have a transpo going to somewhere, they are really willing to help you and find one. Great people, will book again here if we want to go back to Mati ❤️✨

The entirety of everything exceed our expectations. My colleagues' first expression when we arrived and saw the place is "WOW". The place is great for intimate events, or small family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can use for table setting. Bathroom is clean, as well as the towel, linen, bedroom and the entire property. Worth it for its price.

2nd stay at this house for work travel purposes. Will book again on the next audit season!

Great place to stay with groups or families! Small rooms but the outdoor space made up for it - super pretty, very chill and quite private. Otherwise Alfred is very responsive and the place was perfectly tidy and clean.

Place was clean and cozy. Complete amenities especially the kitchen essentials. Caretaker is accommodating and dogs and cats are also friendly.

It was a really great stay, the host was very responsive and very friendly. The place is more beautiful in person, everything was clean, and the bathroom was really nice because it has led light mirror and hot and cold shower.

We had an incredible experience staying at Radex place. The house was exactly as described – clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Amihan. Communication with them was seamless; they were quick to respond to any questions and offered great local tips. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like free cassava chips. I felt at home and safe throughout my entire stay. Would definitely book again the next time we’re in the area!
