We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and would love to stay again. It seems like the property is relatively new on the Airbnb circuit, so there were a few minor oversights like instructions for the wifi and waste disposal recommendations. However, a quick text to Nikki resolved everything promptly. The property feels like a genuine family home, which is a refreshing change from other rental-focused places we've stayed at. Our daughter particularly enjoyed having toys to play with, making it a win-win situation for us. There was some building work happening in the adjacent shed, but it didn't cause us any inconvenience. The place had plenty of room for us, our dog, and a trailer full of beach toys, making for a few relaxing days! Missing it already 😊

This is a lovely cabin in the woods. It has great views of the Lake and 2 lovely trails nearby. Your feel like you are in a jungle and there is amazing bird watching out the window and from the decks. The kitchen is well stocked, but as others have commented it is a bit dated. It is a family cabin with years of love, it needs a little TLC. They have lots of old movies and tons of books. Very responsive host and the small issue we had was fixed the next day with no problem and a sincere apology. It would be impossible to use without your own transportation, but as long as you have a car so much to do in the surrounding area. We spent ten nights and it was fantastic.

Was a great place to stay for our group. Had everything we needed and lovely to have the beds and linen done for us. Great location and view and very nice people to deal with. Thank you for having us.

Amazing peaceful stay! Karen's house was above expectations. We enjoyed our stay and could only regret not being able to stay longer. Karen has been very informative and responsive.

Great location for what we wanted - close to shops. Clean and tidy with lots of space. Loved the bunk beds and TV - good kitchen area.

Came as a large family looking for somewhere to base ourselves for the Tongariro crossing. Plenty of space for us to kick back & relax. Host was exceptional, the place is well looked after and suitably equipped for both hot & cold weather. Kitchen had all we needed and more. BBQ was great, nice outdoor space to enjoy food and drinks.

Absolutely loved this little bach! Diana was great with all comms. The location couldn't be better. Will stay again!
