My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

The house was very clean and had everything needed. quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

Place was perfect for our family. They had everything you could want! Beds were comfortable. Quick boat ride to open water and the lift was a great bonus! We did put black trash bags over the windows to try and get the kids to sleep in at least until 7 since it was so bright. Maybe something to add to the suitcase! Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They do have some, just small a amount. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

Sean was very responsive with the few small things we needed. Place was clean, beds were comfortable and the space was great. Definitely more secluded and had to drive a bit further to things, but that was all worth it to be in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time immensely! Hoping to be able to come back next year! My kids and grandson really enjoyed the pool and my husband spent his time fishing. Was an extremely lovely vacation. Thank you Carrie!!

Our house had some issues and we needed to find a place for a week. Sea star stepped up and helped us out. The house is amazing. It had everything one would need to live very comfortable. We loved the pool and the beautifully appointed furnishings. When you need a getaway. This is the place to book.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. Every little detail was thought of, from cozy linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The location was perfect close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still peaceful and private. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a home base for exploring, this is the spot. I honestly didn’t want to leave. The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

We had a wonderful stay, it was great that the grocery store was within walking distance and we had such a lovely time. The heated pool was a 10/10 and we spent every day beside it relaxing.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just perfect for our multigenerational family stay. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space was set up well for everyone to enjoy. There were also 2 burrowing owls with a nest in the yard and we enjoyed watching them from afar.

This was our second stay at Kelly’s place. The house is comfortable, clean and well organized with labels for linens, lights and tv remotes. Clear information and instructions are provided. We travel with our dog and we appreciate that the property is dog-friendly with the fenced in yard, dog dishes and bedding. From dishes to toys, the property is family-friendly as well. Kelly responds quickly and communicates well. We hope to stay here again when visiting Cape Coral.

My family stayed here over Christmas and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It has a beautiful pool and is in a great and safe area close to great food, gas, shopping, groceries and anything you need. The house itself was clean, cozy, well stocked and has a beautiful heated pool. The arcade games kept the kids busy as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot, plenty of space for my dad and I!

The island was hit by the hurricane and still recovering but was beautiful and had many great things to do! Lots of construction going on to bring it back to life! This cottage was perfect, the view was gorgeous out back. Bright and sunny space … no black out curtains in sight ! Got us up and out of bed to sit out back and enjoy the nature…. Watching the birds and fish … gorgeous sunset and sunrise ❤️ The cottage was beautiful… new appliances and kitchen … the bed was a little firm but clean fresh sheets and fluffy comforter.. Jet skis and boat tours close by… great restaurants… great location!! Overall it was a great stay and we will be back in June ! Host was super awesome and very responsive and friendly!

Our Spring Break Trip was amazing! We always had something to do, so many beaches and surrounding islands to choose from! It was nice to be able to go back to a clean, AC house to recoup, use the pool, relax in the hot tub, and ride bikes!

Its very quiet and private.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

We will definitely be back! Beautiful place for a family to get away!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of seven adults without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the furnishings, beds, and linens were all very comfortable. The pool was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The photos accurately represent the property, and Jason was quick to respond when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. All around, a great place for a group stay—highly recommend!

Took a family girls’ trip over Spring break that was in a central area for the places we wanted to visit. The home was clean, mostly peaceful, accommodating and the hosts were so kind and friendly! Highly recommend!
