Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Excellent stay in the heart of the city. Pending rush hour traffic (which you will battle anywhere in town), this was an easy home base to get around while I was in town visiting some friends. Highly recommended and will likely stay here again. Thanks Mario!

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.

Tempatnya luas banget dan asri, kita pergi sama bocil kebayang riweuh nya tp semua helper disana sangat gercep dan membantu banget, pertahankan yaa, untuk activity lengkap banget ada lapangan voli kolam renang bilyard pingpong, catering juga ontime. Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Tiba di villa kami senang dgn suasana rmh dan lingkungan yg asri....tp saat km dtg km menghubungi staff susah....begitu jg saat ada kebocoran di kmr mandi staff jg nggak cepat merespon....tp secara keseluruhan villa kami puas....meski km dtg hrs mengepel lantai krn msh byk debu...semoga ke depan ditingkatkan utk kebersihannya....

Great place, clean and affordable

The house is situated at busy road but it is hardly to hear from it. We were really satisfied with it. The owner gave us a heartly welcome. The breakfest was very nice and the coffee in the morning as well. Thanks to Smita and her parents to have a wonderful stay. Greetings from Sven and Matthias

Thank you so much Pris for letting me and my dog stay in your house. It was perfect for us! It's located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. I spontaneously had to extend the stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Pris was so very kind, understanding and helpful in so many ways! We had a great connection and communication was direct. I am definitely staying in this house again when I come back to Jakarta!

The place was as described, nice place comfortable

Great place for people who have lots of itinerary planned in Jakarta, toilet was clean & there was lots of closet space (cabinets). The view was great as well. I liked the placement of the apartment cause it was located next to Baywalk Mall (connected by bridge) so easy to find amenities and food. The location itself was great because it’s next to the sea so it’s not hot, windy. Host was always responsive anytime contacted 👍🏻 Not far from airport.

Tempatnya nyaman, fasilitas lengkap. Walau terletak di tempat yang ramai tapi tidak banyak macet. Agak kaget ternyata biaya parkir dihitung perjam-tidak ada maksimal, dengan kondisi tempat parkir yang kurang luas dan kalau sudah malam sulit dapat tempat parkir. Untuk 2 malam sangat worth it dan puas. Terima kasih

Very nice apartment, next to the Lippo Mall Kemang and the Famous Kemang Area. It has a private lift

spacious and comfortable. the host welcome and very kind to guide us. well prepared especially for kitchen stuff and galloon. very helpful if we want to extend until 2 days ahead. The summary is great hospitality and warm welcome from the host to us. Thank you so much
