The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

This is an amazing place to stay! The views are incredible. It is such a wonderful resort you never need to leave it, however it is also very convenient to many other activities. The food on site was excellent and we enjoyed many sunsets while dining on the patio. We were blown away by the condo itself. It was so spacious and lovely. Barrett was an excellent host who communicated well.

We were very happy with our stay. The unit was as listed and we enjoyed the close proximity to Black Rock and Whalers Village. Parking was easy, safe and convenient. The kitchen was adequately stocked, however a general cleaning solution would have been helpful for countertops and stove. We were very thankful for the washer/dryer and vacuum. Beds were soft and comfortable. Porch furniture needed to be repaired or updated. Overall, this unit is very nice and good sized for our family of four.

Perfect location. Walkable to restaurants and shops at Whaler’s village but still roomy and private. Loved having access to the beach cabana and easy access to our rental car to explore.

Our group had a great stay at this place! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with great views of the ocean. The condo was clean and as pictured. It could benefit from some upgrades, such as a smart TV, but overall no major complaints. Would recommend to others!

Overall this is a lovely condo in a beautiful area within Kapalua resort. Our family of 5 really appreciates the 2 double beds in the kids room and a comfortable King in the master bedroom. We expected the living room couch to pull out and be a nice sleepable bed option, but it did not meet our expectations - it was not comfortable or sleepable in our opinion. The views on the balconies were great. It would be nice to trim some of the bushes on both the large lanai and master bedroom lanai, as the overgrown foliage blocked some of the ocean view. The bathrooms were beautiful and it was nice to have 3 showers after a day at the beach. The beaches were close by - we drove to the beach parking, but you could walk to Oneloa beach (which felt like a private beach). Kapalua Bay beach was certainly busier, but had the most amazing snorkeling right as you enter the water from the beach. It would have been nice to have 4 quality beach chairs for our use but the beach umbrella was nice.

Beautiful location- right along the beach and beautiful views. Parking was always easy and accessible. Would stay here again
