Good location overlooking the ocean. Woke up to see whales from the balcony! Good breakfast and lunch options within a short walk. They have everything needed for a trip to the beach too and the wagon was a life saver! Recommend for sure.

Lovely clean condo with amazing view right over the ocean and sunset views, had access to community beach and pool with friendly guests. We enjoyed eating meals out on the balcony and viewing the stars at night over the ocean.

It was a great experience overall with a nearby drive from the airport. The only downside would be the rocky beach settings. Complete bummer because it was so accessible! Overall great experience seeing the green sea turtles and whales playing in the mornings. Would definitely rent out again.

our family of 3 loved our stay here! it is far enough away from the kihei business district to feel quiet, and yet, is still a lovely 20 minute walk along the beach to some of maui's best shave ice and breakfast pastries. the condo is well stocked with all the necessities, including beach gear and additional fans for the warmer evenings. i spent literally hours sitting on the deck, staring out into the ocean and writing, hoping to catch a glimpse of whales (even though it was pretty late in the season). our 10 year old son loved hanging out on the tiny beach out front and jumping in the gentle waves. overall, andrew and heidi's place was a delight!

We had a great time watching whales from the lanai and adventuring the island!! Can't find a better view anywhere on the island!

Bin was a wonderful host, and the condo was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and perfectly located just steps from the ocean. The laundry amenities were accessible and easy to use. The beach access was unbeatable, and the whole stay felt peaceful and easy. The only improvement we could think of adding recycling options on-site. Everything was fantastic—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Es fing schon toll mit der Konversation an. Wir hatten immer mal Fragen. Christie war nie genervt, im Gegenteil! Das Einchecken war mega einfach. Im Kühlschrank war schon ein kleines Geschenk! Auch Essentials, die man zum Kochen braucht, sind schon vorhanden. Die Terrasse zur ebenen Erde haben wir auch sehr geliebt. Der Parkplatz 5 Meter entfernt. Luxus! Zum Grill war es auch nicht weit. Ca. 30 Meter ! Haben tatsächlich jeden Abend gegrillt. Die beiden Häuser sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Grills werden jeden Morgen gereinigt ... Es gibt nichts Schlechtes zu sagen! Es war einfach nur schön! Vielen Dank Christie!

The view was spectacular! Just right for a family of 4. Grandmother loved hearing & seeing the birds from the 6th floor each morning. Grandson loved the pools & lawn games, parents loved alone walks on the quiet beach. We all loved the great restaurants close by and grocery shopping at Foodland. The host was very responsive to texted questions and made our experience easy. Will definitely book another stay with Claudia!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of space. They also included some beach items that you could borrow for the beach. The resort it was located in was clean and felt very safe. The pool and beach towel trade in system the resort had was a life saver! It was a quick walk to the pool and the beach. The beach was gorgeous and clean! We played there for hours! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and would consider staying there again in the future!

Dana and Sebastian’s place was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every amenity you could need for a relaxing vacation. The location is so convenient—there are an abundance of necessities just a short walk away - grocery stores, corner stores, restaurants, dessert spots, cafes, trinket dealers, really just anything you could hope for. Definitely check out South Maui Gardens right next door and the ocean/beach directly across the street!!! The home was incredibly clean and well-organized, with everything clearly labeled, making it easy to find whatever we needed. We especially enjoyed using the grill to cook steaks poolside—such a treat! This place truly has everything you could ask for, and we can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this place! About a five minute walk to the beach and five minute drive to the heart of Kihei! Couldn’t recommend it more.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

The view from the room of the beach, the view from the veranda of the beach, pool and blue sky, the sunset in the evening, and the beautiful starry sky at night were all truly breathtaking. The living room sofa is large and the bed is also very comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were perfect, and the shower had amazing water pressure, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. We traveled to Maui to surf, and this location was convenient for accessing many beaches. The building's parking lot was spacious, and there was an elevator, providing ample room even when bringing two surfboards. Our host, Andrew, was very reliable, responding quickly and providing accurate information. The room's atmosphere and stylish decor were exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The photos of & from the condo do not do justice to the condo & the view from the condo. The view is insane. The adjacent palm tress are at a a perfect height to enhance the view & the floor to ceiling glass doors & windows afford limitless views. The condo is clean & well provisioned & it was perfect for our group of four. The overall Mahana facility is beautiful, clean, & well maintained. The pool, the pool furniture, the BBQs, etc down around the pool were also spotlessly clean. The location of the Mahana condos is also great. There is easy access to the pathway that extends south to Dukes & the Castaway Cafe & finally the Black Rock & Whatler's Village beyond that. So there are bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. For those that choose to cook at the condo, the Times Grocery store right across the street has a full complement of groceries. We are already talking about a return trip to Maui & when we do we will again hopefully stay at this condo!

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Oceanfront Condo We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Kihei. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and had a fully stocked kitchen—including a rice cooker - perfect for preparing meals. One of the highlights was the balcony, where we enjoyed morning coffee with ocean views. The location was ideal—quiet and tucked away from the busier parts of Kihei, yet still close to everything we needed. The property had a nice pool, and the beach right out back was perfect for both swimming and snorkeling. The host was fantastic—always responsive and easy to reach via Airbnb messenger, making our stay seamless. We were looking for a relaxing oceanfront retreat in Maui, and this condo was an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing beachfront condo with a lovely lanai. We watched whales and turtles from the lanai each morning while enjoying americanos from the nespresso machine :) The location is private and felt secluded. You can walk to a few places but it’s mostly a driving area. Parking is easy and we enjoyed breakfast from the nearby general store (actually more of a casual restaurant). The grounds of the condo are beautiful and the beach is literally connected to the grounds. Our kids enjoyed the pool and walking along the beach and playing in the waves. Inside, the kitchen is immaculate with brand new appliances and everything you need to cook for a family. The bathrooms are all newly updated and well appointed. We loved falling asleep and waking up the sound of the waves crashing ashore. Overall, the condo is a perfect home base for exploring Maui and Steve is a fantastic host.

Loved the condo. After a fairly active few days it was nice to just relax in a home very conducive to chilling with an amazing view of the ocean with turtles constantly swimming by and the occasional whale breaching on the horizon. Didn't see the pool, so can't comment on that, but it was great to be able to walk downstairs, jump into the ocean for a swim or snorkel on the reef. Also, a few restaurants and other food places within walking distance. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Leslie is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo is on a dead end street so there is not a lot of traffic. We walked the beach every day and it is a long way to the end—I think it’s about 5 miles one way. The beach was not crowded, not even on the weekend. We enjoyed not having to walk through a bunch of people to enjoy the beach. We saw the turtles swimming and eating below the lanai. We also saw whales from the lanai. We brought our own binoculars and were rallying glad we did!

We stayed here for our last two nights on Maui and really enjoyed the beautiful condo and the beach in front of it. It had everything as described. The resort itself was very beautiful, large and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The immediate area was much busier and had many walkable places compared to where we stayed on the south shore and Hana, which was a nice change of pace before we headed to Kaui. Thank you, Louis!

This condo is a great find! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and in a great location. It’s very well stocked—everything you need to cook great meals if you don’t want to go out. The outdoor balcony is great for watching the sunrise over the water while sipping your tea, or enjoying a dinner al fresco. The location is close to the harbor where there are some good restaurants (go to Havens for the happy hour food menu!), and centrally located to drive to many places on the island. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would absolutely stay here again!
