We had an amazing stay at Tanya’s place. The unit is not renovated like some of the other units in this building but it was very clean, had amazingly comfortable beds and has one of the best lanais. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed and at home. The beach is an easy 5 min walk from the unit. We used the pool every single day and also enjoyed access to the workout room. The resort is also an easy 10 min walk to a coffee shop, general store and some restaurants. We are planning to return next year!

This way the perfect location to stay in Maui. Turtles right across the way at the boat docks and a beautiful white and beach with a park to view the sunset. Loved my visit ❤️thank you

This was a fantastic stay, my 3 kids and wife loved it and the place was big enough for all of us. Just across the road from a fantastic beach, beautiful grounds. Appreciated the plethora of beach toys provided - even had snorkeling equipment for us to use. Condo was well-stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that the AC in the bedroom was a portable loud one, so it was hard to sleep with. The split-unit in the living room was nice and quiet. I am not sure if anything can be about the AC and most nights in Maui are cool enough where you can get by without it, so not a huge deal, but this was the only thing that wasn't fantastic. Would still love to stay there again. Thank you.

Great host the place was exactly as described. there is no kitchen so just plan to eat out. but there's wave boards and snorkels available. The Maui Banyan property is one of the few actually and properly zoned to allow short term rentals, and it shows. The grounds are well maintained with blooming flowers and cut grass. Makes the 5 minute walk to the beach even more enjoyable.

We had the best stay & all expectations were met! Peaceful & quiet, A/C worked great, clean, easy check in, all amenities as described. Bed was very comfortable (I read a previous review that the bed was not comfortable, however I respectfully disagree with this comment), lots of extra pillows & blankets, the fluffiest towels, vaulted ceilings, etc. Kind, gracious hosts with quick communication, it was better than expected. We will most definitely be back!

Mark is super responsive and worked with my group to help us. He accurately describes that there is very little indoor living space, but the lanai is large and we were able to eat every meal outside with the exception of when it was raining really hard. There's also loads of restaurants and the S. Maui Gardens food truck park within walking distance. My group had 10 adults and it was difficult for the 4 in the bunkbed room. That room is definitely better suited to kids or maybe 2 adults. There are beautiful flowing trees surrounding most of the rooms with the wrap around balcony and the pool is very nice. We were also gifted a few bottles of good wine, chocolates, snacks and reef safe sunscreen as a bonus welcome. I read in the reviews where some people had problems with the owners being on property, but that was never an issue for us. We never even saw them except for check-in. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Gary is a great host and very responsive. His place at Nanea is just perfect! Very clean, large space with kitchen and laundry that made our stay so easy. It’s beachfront with a beach walkway along the beach to nearby shops. You can also see sea turtles and fishes if you enjoy some snorkeling or just even with goggles in shallow waters with kids. The unit also includes parking which is super. We highly recommend d stayjng here and working with Gary.

I booked this unit very last minute. It was perfect. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The place was very clean and is exactly like the photos. Beach and pool very accessible. The balcony (sounds of crashing waves, beautiful sunsets) will make it so you will never want to leave. It’s certainly the highlight. Be sure to bring a camera with a great zoom lens to capture the whales in the distance.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Mark’s place! The location was great. It was easy to find in the evening after our flight landed. The home was spacious and very clean. It was super welcoming, including fresh flowers on the island! Mark was very responsive with a couple of questions we had. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beach chairs and cooler were great as we made our way around the island. 10 out of 10 recommend this stay!

Alexandra not only provided my friends and I with a beautiful and safe stay but she was quick to respond with any questions that we had. She was accommodating with our needs and met all of our expectations. Great place to explore all sides of the island!

Bonniestar has a beautiful colonial style home with a large living area and a pretty garden. I really enjoyed staying there. I had a private bedroom and bathroom and was able to use the shared kitchen. I was by myself to attend a seminar for 4 days and it was a perfect location and setting for me.

You can't beat the location. Walk to Wailea, walk to beaches, walk to food, walk to shops, walk thru Kihei. Great condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Lots of chairs, some beach toys, a folding wagon to cart all the stuff to the beach and an umbrella which is a must, although the unit could use a second umbrella especially if there are 3 or 4 people trying to seek shade at the beach. The fans provided for the living and bedroom were more than enough to keep us cool so no need for A/C. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. LOVED that the fridge has an ice maker! The only thing I would add are some cereal bowls, but that's really the only thing I can find to say is lacking. 10/10 would book again. Mahalo!

Exactly what me and my family was looking for - a home away from home! Beautiful beachfront property with access to the entire resort. There was a shared kitchen with stovetops and oven if we wanted to make our own meals - we did use this shared space once and it was convenient to have access to. The ocean front view was awesome - we could see the whales directly from our balconies.

The location of the condo was perfect. It was awesome having the beach just footsteps from the back door. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui. Also, Helene sent a lot of local recommendations of restaurants and things to do and that was really helpful!

This was the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is designed perfect, you can tell she put a lot of thought to make sure you have everything you need for an amazing trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Lauren and Matt’s condo! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo had everything we needed, from beach gear to a well-stocked kitchen, and the little thoughtful touches made our stay even more special. Lauren was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Communication was quick and friendly, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui and would love to stay here again in the future. Mahalo for a wonderful experience!

Great place for our family with many bed options . There were a few minor items needing repaired/ replaced when arrived and sounds like the owner is going to take care of for future renters. Worth what we paid! Close to pool.

Karl was very responsive, when asking for an early check in, he said he would let me know when cleaners were finished and he did! Great location for other beaches like Napili and Kaanapali, but get used to paying for parking unless you are early at Napali..great spot for a reasonally priced and good quality meal at the Sea House Restaurant

We had an awesome stay! For a family of 4 the condo has the perfect size! We had all the required equipment to cook, there is a pool with bbq to change dinner up a bit. The beach is a short walk away, restaurants are a bit further away, but that little walk after eating is actually healthy! Plenty of beach equipment is available to use! We will recommend this airbnb to all of our friends! Thanks for sharing it with us!
