This house is very cute and perfect for families. We loved the park and zoo being within walking distance. I loved the fence in the backyard, but I do wish they would put some love into the landscaping (needed to be mowed) and cleaning the deck furniture. The kids loved the bunk beds and I loved the master shower. The beds are pretty firm, but we were able to sleep ok. There are two parking spots which is nice, however, you do need to be very careful pulling in and out due to drivers going fast on a hill with a blind spot from the driveway. Greenville is a beautiful city with lots of outdoor activities!

Simply the best stay at an airbnb that I've ever experienced. The house was extremely cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. We had snacks, coffee, anything we needed to cook with, soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, toothpaste, etc. Whatever we could have needed was there! The beds were sooo comfortable (I slept like a baby), the bathrooms super clean and private. Extra blankets, towels, etc. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host was super responsive and flexible. We will without a doubt recommend this place and go back, if we travel in the area again. :) Thank you again!!

Christopher was extremely responsive throughout the entire process from booking to checkout. The house was exactly as depicted in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. We were really only at the house to sleep and didn’t use any appliances or tv’s during our visit. The water pressure could be better, but that may be due to the nearby construction and out of the owner’s control. The area around the house appears to be in the process of a clean up/revitalization there are nice new condos being built just down the street. The road in front of the house was not accessible during our stay but we really didn’t need to use the front door/entrance. I would stay at this property again.

Beautiful home, huge backyard, big fire pit, wood provided, host was very responsive and nice, lots of parking! I would 10/10 recommend this air bnb!

We had a brief but enjoyable one night stay here. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and we really appreciated the special towels and blankets for the dogs (especially after it rained). It made it a lot easier keeping them and the house clean! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. A notebook of very clear instructions and things to do in the area. We'll definitely stay again as our daughter lives in the area.

Cristina’s home was perfect for our needs during our stay in Mauldin while visiting and gathering with family that live in the area. The space is just as it is described and check-in was smooth and easy. Cristina is a very attentive host, easy to get ahold of, and she does anything she can to make your stay comfortable like checking in and dropping off throw blankets and delicious complementary pastries! We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the house, how spacious it is, and how well stocked the kitchen is because we like to cook in. We also enjoyed the covered back porch, the fenced in yard, and our grandkids had lots of fun on the disc swing especially. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt perfectly safe staying here so had restful sleep at night. The mattresses are comfortable, and having two bathrooms is always a plus. There is a major grocery store just minutes away and any kind of shopping you might want as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was an ideal space for my wife and I during a recent trip to explore the area around Greenville, especially Greer, Travelers Rest, and downtown Greenville. Easy access to so many different areas within a short drive. This is a well-appointed space for two with a wonderful view of the pool and surrounding hills. Wonderfully clean with a great little kitchen and dining area where we prepared a couple of nice meals during our stay. So quiet at night and overall incredibly private despite proximity to the main house. We hardly knew that anyone was there. Enjoyed meeting our hosts and having a chat. Overall a great place to stay and a very good value.

Most comfortable staying in a home that is almost brand new. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Aja was most friendly and always available for any assistance. A television in every room!! A nice bonus is having an extra large fridge! Easy access to countryside and approximately 25 minutes to downtown Greenville. Complimentary gym nearby with lots of equipment.

Geoff was a great host! Supper friendly, very communicative and responsive. The home is ideal for a large group and has a great backyard for hanging out. In a very convenient location to visit downtown Greenville and Furman University. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean throughout and amenities were perfect. Especially since we were staying for 22 days we were able to keep the house and pool clean throughout the heavy pollen season. We treated it like our own home. The residential area was nice, peaceful backyard facing 17 acres of woods, close to downtown Simpsonville. We used the pool and it did require daily cleaning based on the time of year we stayed. The equipment provided allowed us to keep up with it. It was a fantastic experience and we are eager to return. It was hard to leave as it felt like home. Sincere appreciation to both Talia & Moshe. They were wonderful hosts!

we absolutely loved Christian's place!! the stock pool was such a hit with the two small grandsons and loved the back yard. Fell in love with that tree!! Everything was spotless and the perfect size for the 5 of us. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we loved Greenville!!

Another great stay at Jesses. We were able to explore downtown fountain Inn with its restaurants and boutiques. The house is near the Swamp River Trail so that you can walk your dog , the house has comfortable beds and is outfit fitted with all the essentials you need for a great stay

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and would absolutely come back!

It was a nice space for a weekend at Furman. Close to downtown Travelers Rest. They have done a nice job renovated an older home. They were quick to answer any question. We had all our needs met. The backyard has a lot more potential, but it also looks like they have to clear some damage from the hurricane.

I've been staying in private rentals for the winter for 4 years. none have come close to be as comfortable and charming as Hollies cottage. the attention to detail is what you'd have in your own home..from the kitchen appliances, to the washer/dryer, to the fantastic mattresses and wonderful bath towels. when I'm in Greer/greenville area, this is the only place I'll stay! and they are dog lovers- so understanding of my old girl- wonderful experience from start to finish.

Larry was great. He took the time to meet me and make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely a place worth staying. Peaceful and cozy.

We came to Greenville to visit family and The Birds Nest was the absolute perfect home for our stay. Our favorite spot was the amazing 3-tiered deck on which we logged many hours enjoying the outdoor space. Inside was just as described, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Michael was so attentive and welcoming! Will definitely stay again for our next trip to Greenville.
