We really enjoyed our stay at Waihi beach, a beautiful well appointed home. Super central location close to shops and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed some cold drinks in the evening on the deck. And the kids enjoyed riding their bikes and scooters on the concrete driveway. Check in and out was super easy. Graeme and Judith were great at communicating with us throughout. Would absolutely stay again.

Alex has made a lovely home away from home. Everything we needed was in the house. On arrival the house was spotless, almost like it had never been lived in. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept so well. Alex always responded immediately, and was very helpful with all my questions. The neighbourhood is quiet, and although a little way from the city centre it is really easy and quick to get in. We loved the personal touches, like the baking, the fresh loaf of bread, breakfast, and milk in the fridge which meant we could settle in after a long trip up. I would definitely recommend staying at Alex’s place. There isn’t anything I would change.

Great stay at Rose and Wal's and such lovely hosts to deal with. We appreciated the Welcome note and cold water on arrival. Accommodation is larger than the photos, had everything we needed and was handy having the breakfast items. Hosts live upstairs as described, but house is large and very sound proof - we could not hear anything. Has own private entrance, large deck area and pool. Matua is a lovely suburb and we enjoyed our neighborhood walks - the coastal walk is just a skip and jump away. Thanks Rose & Wal, it was lovely to meet you.

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

We had a great time in this amazing space. It was perfect for our group of friends. the alpacas are cool bonus. It is a little ways from. Raglan but if you looking to "get away from it all" this is an amazing spot.

Great place for couple with young children. Everything you need available in the home and very warm and welcoming feeling to the home. Would definitely book again if I’m in the area

I've been here with my son for more than a month. We spent comfortable, pleasant days here. The accommodation was very beautiful and clean. And we had a kitchen, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, and so on, so we could make and eat simple meals, so we got along really well. The bedding was comfortable, and the sofa was wide, so it was easy to stay. It's fantastic to sit at your desk at the end of the day and look out the window. We got better in Tauranga thanks to our stay here. Thank you for everything.

I absolutely loved my stay at Cheryll’s place! The location couldn’t be better (it’s right in the middle of everything) and it’s just as gorgeous as the photos show. Cheryll met me at the door, helped me find parking, and gave me a brief tour of the space and some recommendations of where to eat. (She even has a load of fresh bread on the counter for me, with yummy treats in the fridge). The hot tub in the beautiful big deck was a perfect end to my night. I’m definitely coming back to stay at Cheryll’s place again!

This place was beautiful! It was spacious and very well laid out, with a great kitchen, outdoor area, super comfy bed and it was also surrounded by a beautiful orchard. There's a paddock next door where there's friendly horses too. The quality of this place makes it an absolute bargain. Can not speak highly enough of this beautiful BNB. Thank you to the owners 😊

Wer Ruhe sucht und eine tolle Aussicht schätzt ist hier richtig. Die Terrasse bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Für eine Nacht war es gut für den uns.

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Immense gratitude to them both, I wish them continued success in their hosting lives and thank them for the privilege of being able to stay in their home.

This is a great, spacious apartment with close quiet neighbours and all the facilities one needs. Supermarket is just there and close to town as well. Well recommended!

What wonderful Hosts, communication was 100%, helpful & lovely to deal with. I highly recommend this place as a place to stay. We had overseas business people coming & this was literally a home away from home for them, they were impressed & delighted. I would totally use this Air B&B again with no qualms. :-)

Matthew and Sarah welcomed us warmly into their beautiful country setting. The grounds were lovely to walk around, and our French bulldog had a great time checking out the fully fenced orchard and lawns. The accommodation was beautifully appointed with lots of little extras to make us feel really well looked after, from the continental breakfast supplies including homemade jams and bowls of fresh fruit and eggs to the sumptuous towels and gorgeous hand cream. Our hosts had even thought to have a first aid kit in the bathroom drawer, impressing me as to how much they had really thought about the comforts and needs of their clients. We definitely felt that we had our own private space but also knew that we could communicate with Matthew should we need anything.

My one night stay with Ken and Maureen was ideal and perfect for me. The accommodation and surroundings were lovely. Ken was extremely welcoming and helpful and his advice on activities was great. I enjoyed a stunning sunset boat trip one of Ken’s suggestions. Many thanks - I hope to be back.

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Wonderful air bnb! The hosts were so sweet and accommodating. The attention to the little details was much appreciated. Views are stunning, hot tub was great, and the freshly made croissants in the morning were the cherry on top of a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

Really lovely quiet location close to Hamilton. We arrived late and had to leave early so we didn’t manage to meet our hosts. Instructions were easy to follow.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb—definitely a 10 out of 10! Everything was spotless, super clean, and perfectly organized. The thoughtful details from the hosts made our stay even better. The breakfast they offer was incredible, a perfect way to start the day. But the best part? The beautiful sky, the privacy, and the peaceful surroundings. We will definitely be back someday!

On this, my second stay at this excellent Airbnb, my wife joined me. Like me, she really liked the place: very clever design, quality fittings, comfortable bed, electric blanket, excellent shower, heatpump etc. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge etc. All the makings for breakfast were provided as well. There was a large TV (with Freeview - which has 20 or more channels now). Located on a 'no exit' road, there was absolutely no traffic noise. The Airbnb unit was separate from the Owner's house. Sitting on the verandah in comfortable chairs, one could hear many birds singing away. We can thoroughly recommend this place.

Staying here made our trip magical. Sandra is an absolute joy and an incredible host. We loved getting to enjoy the starry skies in the hot tub and the sunrise over the hills. We would come back here in a heartbeat!!
