Mavrovouni Beach : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, με όλες τις ανέσεις, το οποίο καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, που διαθέτει πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ τριγύρω. Η κα Καίτη είναι υπέροχη και πολύ εξυπηρετική και προνοητική. Σε κάθε μας αίτημα απαντούσε πάρα πολύ άμεσα, ενώ πριν φτάσουμε στο σπίτι μας είχε στείλει πληροφορίες αναλυτικές για το τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε στην περιοχή, σχετικα με το φαγητό, κα. Σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά που θα κατεβούμε προς Καλαμάτα και τα περίχωρα, θα προτιμήσουμε αυτό το σπίτι!

Ήταν από αυτές τις διακοπές που πραγματικά ευχαριστηθήκαμε όλοι το σπίτι, είναι πραγματικά υπέροχο. Η βεράντα, τα μπαλκονάκια με θέα και ο κήπος για τα πρωινά και τα βράδια μας, θα μας μείνουν αξέχαστα. Ο χώρος μέσα πολύ ωραίος, όπως οι φωτογραφίες, λειτουργικά air condition σε όλα τα δωμάτια και τίποτα δεν έλειψε από την κουζίνα. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, έχει πολύ ησυχία αλλά σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι σε μικρές, όμορφες παραλίες που περνούσαμε όλη την ημέρα, και σε ωραία εστιατόρια. Για σουπερ-μάρκετ, χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο αλλά είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά! Οι οικοδεσπότες μας ήταν πολύ βοηθητικοί και απαντούσαν πάρα πολύ γρήγορα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Exceptional place! one of the best we've ever rented!! Only seconds to the beach, with crystal clear water and beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. house is spectacular with top tier finishings. each of the three bedrooms have a private, full bathroom. Two parking spaces big enough to fit larger vehicles. Thank you!

Amazing place with breathtaking view and excellent location! Michail is an amazing host, proactive,friendly and responsive who made us feel like home from the first interaction! It was our second stay in Michail’s place and ima sure it was not the last!:)

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Amazing place, looks exactly like the photos and as described. Jenny was an amazing host & it was a beautiful area but would highly recommend a car as not too much around the area but 100% would come again! So so happy! :)

Es war ein großargiger Aufenthalt. Das Haus und die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Kommunikation war freundlich und zuverlässig. Gerne wieder!

Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι και μοσχομυριστά σεντόνια!! Ο Νίκος απαντούσε πάντα και άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε! Σίγουρα θα τα πούμε ξανα! Ευχαριστούμε!

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Amazing place with everything new. I really enjoyed my staying and I suggest everyone to book it without thinking about too much!

Χρειαστήκαμε με τον σύντροφο μου ένα μέρος για μια δουλειά αυθημερόν (Αθήνα-Καλαμάτα) και η κυρία Ζένια μας εξυπηρέτησε πλήρως. Το σπίτι ήταν ήσυχο, καθαρό και με φανταστική θέα. Even for a small stay, great hospitality, would highly recommend

La casa si trova in una posizione tranquillissima e comoda se si ha l'auto. A meno di 10 min ci sono spiagge bellissime e ristoranti buonissimi. Le strade nella zona sono strade di montagna con diverse curve, quindi di sera bisogna fare attenzione. Per quanto riguarda la casa, si vede che è stata rinnovata da poco, è molto pulita ed ordinata. L'acqua del rubinetto non è potabile ed è leggermente salata. L'host è molto accogliente, super responsiva ed inoltre ci ha dato un sacco di consigli preziosi su spiaggie e ristoranti. Anche i vicini sono stati gentili, ci hanno fatto visitare una piccola chiesa vicino la casa e ci hanno offerto fichi freschi. Infine, se vi piacciono i gatti, ce ne sono tantissimi nella zona 😊 Giudizio finale: ci tornerei volentieri e ve la consiglio!

Lena and Dimitris have a great place. The view is wonderful and the location is close to many restaurants and the waterfront. The house was comfortable and well equipped. They even provided some fresh eggs, juice, and cookies as a welcoming gift. Communication was great. Their friend Miltos met me at the house and showed me around. He was also available if I needed anything. It was a good stay and I would choose their place again!

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in Diasella. Die Wohnung war tip top sauber und der Ausblick ist genial. Eine Taverne gibt es in der Nachbarschaft auch und wer gerne selbst kocht: Die Küche ist top ausgestattet was in Griechenland nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Matratzen sind sehr komfortabel. Einziger Wermutstropfen: es gibt kein WLAN.

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sparta. The apartment is conveniently located, it was spacious for two and had everything we needed. The best bit was the information guide - not just for the flat but lots of information on what to do and where to eat etc. It was incredibly useful and the recommendations were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και πεντακάθαρο. The apartment was super modern and beautiful. We stayed for 11 days and would definetely choose the very same apartment again, should we return next year. The owner responded promptly and friendly in all hours. The two balcons were nice and useful eg for drying laundry and beach towels and spending time.

Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τακτοποιημένο και καθαρό. Η γειτονιά ηταν ήσυχη. Μια χαρά.

Περάσαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο κατάλυμα στο Ακρογιάλι Αβίας! Η τοποθεσία είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα με ήρεμο περιβάλλον, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαστήκαμε. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία του έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει έναν όμορφο και ήσυχο προορισμό δίπλα στο κύμα!

A very nice apartment in a great location in Kalamata. Stauroula is kind, friendly, and speaks excellent English. We’ve had a pleasant, month-long stay here in the autumn, the flat is comfortable and practical. Our whale of a car was a bit tricky to park, since Greek parking spots tend to be on the smaller side, but having a dedicated, roofed parking spot was super nice to have! I also liked that the apartment has a very cool terrace, an awesome place to have my morning coffee in the sun. Having a bathtub is a nice extra (not many Greek apartments have one!), but it’s a bit on the slim side, I’m a fairly large fellow by Greek standards so it was a bit of a tight fit for me. ;) The internet is 8 Mbit/s at its best, we used our own instead, as that’s not very useful these days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stavriani's place. It was so clean, modern and comfortable. The host was really friendly and great communicator. She gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and taxi company. Would stay here again if returning to Kalamata
