We had an amazing stay at Panagiota’s apartment, and we can confidently say this was one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. Panagiota was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also excellent — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and without a doubt, we will definitely come back on our next trip. Thank you, Panagiota, for a wonderful stay!

A wonderful place to stay! Nice and tidy, friendly host and neighbours, just a short walk to the beach, and close to all the climbing in Leonidio. Highly recommended!

Overall a great stay. There were a few things missing like dishwashing liquid, sheets for the spare bed, and the sofa bed was missing a cushion so not usable. Teo was able to get us all these things same day. In some cases that might bring the rating down a bit but this was still a 5 star stay for us overall because these small inconveniences were nothing compared to how utterly incredible the view and location is. The sunsets are amazing, the town below has great restaurants and you’re a short drive to the caves and even more incredible scenery. It’s really a wonderful place to stay.

Extremely spacious, clean and beautiful apartment. Stunning view of the sea from the living room and balcony. Very peaceful and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The host is very friendly and helpful, also left a guide of things to do around the area. In short, a great place to stay!

Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν απόλυτα ευγενικός, διακριτικός και μας έκανε προτάσεις για μέρη εστίασης και αναψυχής. Εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, τακτοποιημένος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και με μοντέρνα διαρρύθμιση. Σας το προτείνουμε και θα το προτιμήσουμε και στο μέλλον!!!

Tolles Apartment mit allem was man braucht! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! Nur ein kurzer Fußweg bis zum Strand und den ersten Kletterfelsen. Dimitris und Panagiota waren sehr hilfsbereit und reagierten unglaublich schnell auf Nachrichten.

Wow, what a gem! We spent nearly three weeks in Greece, mostly staying at Airbnb properties, but George, our host, truly stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. George met us at the gate, helped carry our luggage during check-in, and provided us with more than enough food and water. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights and checked in to ensure we were doing well. When we checked out at 6:30 a.m., he was there again to assist with our luggage. George was a truly exceptional host. The house's location was perfect—right in the heart of Monemvasia, just a few minutes' walk from numerous restaurants. Monemvasia itself was a magical place; it felt like stepping back into medieval times. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met George and stayed in his home. Thank you for sharing your precious house, which has been in your family for generations!

A family of 6 adults we all enjoyed every minute of this traditional home. So close to the beach and Agios Nikolaos. The welcome from Villy’s father made us feel as if part of his family. The welcome treats were many and delicious. Villy was attentive throughout our stay. Everything in situ worked well. Super holiday

Όπως ακριβώς το περιγράφει Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο,είχε όλα όσα μπορείς να χρειαστείς για ανάγκες μέσα στο σπίτι. Είναι σε προσβάσιμο σημείο για σουπερμάρκετ και ότι αλλο θέλεις Παρκινγκ έβρισκες άνετα γύρω στα στενά Και ας ειχε κίνηση απο αυτοκίνητα ήταν μια ήσυχη περιοχή.

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

super schöne location sehr nah am Kletterfels Kastraki und auch nicht weit zum Playground. das Meer, Bäcker, Supermarkt (ohne Gemüse) und der kleine Laden von Maria Ζαφειρη mit Gemüse, Obst… bis hin zum Gin ist nicht weit. alles am Aufenthalt war super. vielen Dank

Een mooi vrijstaand huis met uitzicht op de zee. Een heerlijke tuin met zon en schaduw door bomen, ook een dakterras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Heel veel privacy, prettige woning. Goede airco die ook als verwarming dienst doet. Je kan voor het huisje parkeren op prive terrein. Wij hebben het zeer naar onze zin gehad. Als je een vraag hebt, reageert de host vrijwel direct.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mitten in Agios Nicolaos. 100 Meter bis zum Knospi Beach, oder bis zum Hafen. Im EG gibt es eine Terasse mit Blick in den Olivenhain, im OG einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gemütlich und picobello sauber. Stavroula ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir waren sehr gerne dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Όλα ήταν τέλεια, το διαμέρισμα πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό, μας είχε νερά, σνακ, αφρόλουτρα, πολλές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μέχρι και ομπρέλα είχε που ξεχάσαμε να πάρουμε.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Sofia. c'est une hôte très accueillante et véritablement sympathique ! L'endroit est paisible et se trouve facilement. Sofia est réactive et nous a gentillement lavé et plié notre linge. Le petit plus : nous avons pu cueillir quelques oranges dans le pré juste à côté.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, διέθετε τα πάντα και ήταν όμορφο και τακτοποιημένο. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Βολικό διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. Προτείνω κάποιες βελτιώσεις όπως πιο μαλακά στρώματα, περισσότερα λευκά είδη για τις 5 διανυκτερεύσεις και να υπάρχουν ειδη καθαρισμού του σπιτιού (για χρήση απο τον πελάτη).
