Yet again, I had an amazing stay at Saulo's place! The minute you walk in the door (which is easy to access) you have a sense of 'ahhhhh'. Everything is meticulously clean, uncluttered and so very comfortable. The condo complex is extremely well cared for, safe and quiet. We loved starting our day on the balcony relaxing with our coffee! Thank you again, Saulo, your place is starting to feel like my second home! :)

This is a fantastic location for some R&R! Location is very private and the host is extremely considerate and helpful! They are also flexible, willing to work with my schedule changes. I honestly can't say enough good about this property/host! I look forward toward booking with them again! ¡Este es un lugar fantástico para descansar y relajarse! Great location! We were 2 families with 4 small kids and the apartment was perfect! Plenty of space for the kids and adults. The pool was a fun place to relax after trips to the beach. Short drive to many wonderful beaches!

This was a super plush well decorated 1 bedroom apartment. I enjoyed the hot tub, so relaxing. Nice back yard with a hammock, 2 chairs, fire pit & hot tub. I came to relax & the hot tub was perfect for me. I enjoyed my stay at Abdiel's place. I drove, but you could walk into town. I would definitely stay again. Trying to find the place is a bit tricky using Google Maps. I kept getting lost. Wonderful stay 😊

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at, and I feel like I’ve been to some pretty incredible places. For our family of 7 everything was very enchanting. When we travel we play hard and adventure as long as we have the energy to and it was so nice to have this peaceful property to come back to or wake up to. It didn’t have a fancy hotel feel, it felt like this was a home we live in and we’re so comfortable being there. The back patio is awesome, the property is so nice to play around on and lounge in, the ocean was so close and very private. We liked that we could lock up the property, we felt completely safe the entire time and getting to know Papo was enjoyable. Christopher the host was quick to communicate with. We appreciate the whole experience.

The house is in a great location (up on a little hill), closed to the beaches & restaurants, close to downtown plaza (great coffee shop that opens at night) and close to bakery (fresh bread and pastries). The view from the front balcony was pretty and the balcony in the back, great for a morning coffee and breakfast. Very cozy home and the beds were very comfortable. The house had what we needed and more. Is a quiet neighborhood, except the dog that start barking at 5:30am, LOL (That was the wake up alarm). I’ll definitely recommend this place.

I was staying on some one else,house who has a wonderful place,but nothing compares with Katy’s huge house who includes balcony around the house,hot water two bedrooms with a/c very huge terrace very accessible pool table at the second floor and very amazing a

We’ve stayed in short term rentals for many, many years and our stay here ranks in the top two. Not just because the home is spectacular with its own beach and every amenity but also because the host is an exceptional example of what Airbnb must wish every host is like. We felt like family rather than guests. We even felt protected like family when the area got a Tsunami warning and Carlos maintained constantly vigilant throughout the night until the all clear was sounded. Between the beauty of Cabo Rojo and the beauty of Carlos we could not be happier.

Bonita decoración. El apartamento está limpio y el espacio es adecuado. Está cerca de la playa y negocios. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, planchar, lavar y secar la ropa, y suplir necesidades básicas que te ayuda a aprovechar el tiempo al máximo. The place was amazing! We will surely come back again!!!

This was a great place to stay in Rincon! Right across from the beach and driving distance to the best surf spots. The apartment was great for the four of us, and it was in a safe and secure complex. Beautiful artwork and beach aesthetic

Absolutely loved this rental! Gorgeous views, clean and comfortable, a good amount of kitchen equipment and a grill in the public area. The walk down through the woods to beach is lovely and the neighbors were kind and respectful. I will say, if stairs are difficult for you, this may not be the rental for you. The host is helpful, kind and communicative. We will be back!

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.
