Brent was incredibly hospitable - he accommodated our schedule, and made it easy to travel with our dog. He left treats for our German Shepherd, and provided a fenced space for him to play outside. The house was perfect - very warm and inviting with all of the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!!

I loved this place and would book it again. The pictures doesn't do this place justice. The entire set up is great. From the red building with the two apartments to the main home my family loved it. The view was beautiful. I would book again during the summer so that me and my family can get on the water. I've booked several homes for vacations and mini trips and this one is my favorite.

Scott's lake oasis was just that. This house felt like home. It felt like we were at a relatives home. There are pics of the family all throughout the home which felt comfortable. Every time I messaged host he was super responsive and trust me I had a lot of questions lol. We loved the hot tub and this home had the absolute best view of the water. I hope we get to go here at least twice per year. Scott is a great host and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable.

Carolyn and her husband were amazing hosts! My husband and I felt right at home. They were wonderful and showed us around the awesome property and were very attentive t0 make sure we had a peaceful and stress free stay after attending a weekend event a few towns over, we will definitely be back!

What a great location and property! Amazing cabin and extremely nostalgic but yet comes with all the modern necessities! Plenty of room inside and outside. Right beside the boat ramp. The hosts had thought of everything we could need and more! Highly recommend!!!!!

Such a beautiful lake house! Our bridal party used it as a comfortable stay in between rehearsal and the big wedding day and had no problems! Most definitely will stay again sometime! ❤️

Nice view! Clean! Comfortable! Good accommodations! The Only thing is it’s not very good soundproofing between the triplex. You can hear the neighbors pretty easy! It may not brother some people. Host was very accommodating!

We stayed here for the BMR event and there was plenty of space for our trail rigs and trucks and trailers also had great access to the park if you leave the Airbnb and take a right go down that road and around the corner your right at the main entrance to the offroad park. Overall great stay for all of us would highly recommend!!

Excellent location in a very nice RV park. They were very accommodating and helpful during the entire stay. The home had plenty of space and a nice community building behind that had a game room and access to a grill/griddle.

I reserved Cody Creek Estates for only a week and and half. But due to situations beyond my control I needed to extend. The manager was amazingly supportive of my situation and made it happen. This is a beautiful home inside and out. If I ever have the need to back to Choutea, this will be my first choice to reserve. Thank you for your kindness! J Butler

We had a great time. My grandkids said they would like to live there! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean and the fun decor made for such a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Great view of the golf course! The place was very peaceful. The rain shower head in the master bath was amazing! Will definitely stay here again. So clean, and Marilyn was a great host!
