Beautiful view of the north side of the island. Well stocked kitchen, fun private beach, lots of fun extra touches around the house. A lot bigger than the listing, was a great place for a home base and we can't wait to stay again. Responsive host.

We had an incredible stay :) Carol was really kind and easy to communicate with, and we were amazed at how well-stocked the place was: having access to cooking staples, beach towels, etc. made our stay really easy. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous, even more so than the photos, and had a very welcoming and cosy feel. It was pouring with rain on our trip and it was so special to sit in the sun room, listen to the rain, and watch the cormorands on the rock right in front of the property. Thank you Carol!

I came with my daughter for a few days of peace and quiet, and we had a wonderful time! Kim was very friendly and helpful, the cottage is cozy, quiet, and tucked away! It was the reprieve we needed! Thank you, Kim!

We had a lovely stay at Leah’s cabin. We particularly enjoyed the property, the large windows and skylights in the cabin, the cozy fireplace in the living room and the heated floors in the bathroom. The kitchen was functional for simple meals and the bed was comfortable. We’d love to come back for a return visit!

This Eastsound home on Cascade Bay, adjacent to Rosario Resort, is a perfect San Juan Island getaway. Despite the resort's proximity, it's extremely quiet and private. The view of the bay and marina from the deck is wonderful, offering a picturesque backdrop. The home is comfortable, spacious yet cozy, and well-appointed with thoughtful details. The bathrooms are stocked with soaps and lotions, and the kitchen is fully equipped with herbs, spices, and cooking oils. High-quality linens, including towels, sheets, and comforters, add a touch of luxury. The location is ideal for walks and hikes, with Moran State Park nearby. We enjoyed hiking around the beautiful Cascade Lake. A minor downside was the 4 pm check-in and the lack of response to our request for an earlier check-in. However, the 10 am checkout was convenient for our ferry schedule. Travel Tip: Plan your trip to Orcas Island in advance. Secure ferry reservations through the Washington State Dept of Transportation website

We felt very cozy in this cabin nestled into the woods. The cabin and surroundings are a great place to relax and unwind. It has a stove to cook and a wood burning fireplace to keep you toasty. We'd love to come back sometime!

I cannot recommend Linda's home enough for your stay at Orcas Island! As the pictures advertise, the home faces the water and has amazing views of Mt. Baker with windows all along the wall to enjoy it from inside or you can enjoy from outside by the fire pit or the bench just outside the fence. As for the home itself, it was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed is by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in when staying at an Airbnb and I regret not checking the brand of bedding because I need it for my home! The bathroom was clean and has shampoo, conditioner, and soap if you forget yours which is so kind. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook during the stay and we enjoyed playing board games that they had available as well. Lastly, Linda was an amazing host and super communicative, kind, and provided great suggestions of places to eat and things to do on the island. We will definitely keep her home in mind for future visits to Orcas Island!

Louise's cottage is so sweet and warm and inviting. She had so many thoughtful touches and amenities like battery operated candles everywhere, tons of pillows and throw blankets, and fresh local milk. It was a tough strange to have to go through a bedroom to the bathroom but we never had any issues with it. It was a very private and homey space with everything we needed and more :).

Fantastic stay in Eastsound. Lydia’s place has an amazing location close to all amenities yet away from noise. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved that our dog Neve was able to join. Lydia was also kind to let us visit her farm on the other side of the island. Our girls had a blast with the goats, pigs, chickens and organic garden. Thank you Lydia!

I booked Lois's place for some workers who are fixing up my house. It was perfect for them - super clean and comfortable. And as a special treat, they got to see a pod of orcas swimming in Miner's Bay.

We couldn’t recommend Kevin’s place enough. Perfect location for a relaxing getaway on the beautiful Salt Spring Island. We felt right at home and the space was perfect for travelling with our dogs. The cottage is clean, spacious, comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was wholesome! The place is a bit tricky to find, but Rachel provided a clear instruction of how to get there. Easy and flexible check in and beautifully organized and clean place with some games and puzzles and a squeaky toy which was great if you bring a pet with you. Rachel was also responsive and quite helpful with the tips around the bnb. The guide book she provided is also great for finding places to explore around in Nanaimo. 10/10! Would definitely recommend staying here. :)

Lucy deserves 5 stars because she is very kind and welcoming. The garden cottage is hand-made and reflects a European touch! Low clearance entry room with corrugated plastic ceiling. Thus, cozy and natural lighting. Very nice sitting spot in the bedroom with a beautiful view. Rain shower style shower was perfect for me. Read the Wikipedia entry for Lily Point Preserve! Impressive! Just a few minutes away. Point Roberts is walkable and bicycle friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! Had everything we were looking for -- waterfront location and set up well for children. The location and windows looking out onto the bay, islands, Straight of Georgia and across to Mt. Baker were what we loved most. Saw a lot of wildlife. Steps down to the water were nice too. House was otherwise set up well and as described. Highly recommend this location.

This was one of my favourite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed! The photos do not do it justice. The cabin is beautiful and cozy. Our favourite part of this stay was the two border collies that followed us around we absolutely adored them. The skylight above the bed at night with the stars was unreal.

Highly recommend this stay. My boyfriend and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable 3 nights. It was a beautiful and bright space with lovely surroundings. We felt it was very private as well with the enclosed patio area.

First time in Pender Island and this was the perfect place to stay while exploring. Short walk to the the grocery store and pub/restaurant. The views were amazing, this is such a cozy spot and we definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Pender. Susanne was a fantastic host and super easy to communicate with.

In today’s world of hustle and bustle it is rare that you encounter such a wonderful place with the peaceful quiet, beauty and serenity of this cabin home and surroundings. But, when you also add such great and special hosts the experience moves to another whole level. This was one of those times! The cabin home was absolutely amazing. Not only was it quaint, but impeccably clean, quiet and comfortable and had all the features needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to make great meals. The surrounding countryside and beauty of Vancouver Island was right in front of you. The trails to hike and scenery to take in was endless. We also enjoyed the small towns, coffee shops and local grocery stores. The mountain top views were spectacular, the rain forest was mystically beautiful. Combine this with the ocean, fall beauty and very nice hosts it was amazing. Julie was very caring, wanting to ensure a great stay for us. We will return!

This was a perfect place to stay for us on a quick overnight heading up island! Beautiful and peaceful location with a stunning sunset. And a visiting bear on the patio in the morning! We will be back.

Flavia and jim have an amazing piece of land, and make you feel right at home. We were free to explore the property. Hardest decision was which part we to hang out at next as there are so many options! They were very kind and even invited us to watch the last flight of a WW2 bomber with them and their friends. The nest was a great little spot with beautiful views and was very clean. I would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone.
