We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Marie's very much! Could have stayed longer. Everything was clean, the beds very comfortable. It's a little ways outside of Westport so it's a perfect combination of quiet and peaceful but still with plenty to do close by. We spent lots of time in the living room just enjoying the amazing view. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Hopefully we can stay again one day!

The apartment was a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property. Exceptionally well maintained and modern. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Having laundry facility was great for a long stay in Ireland. Our stay at Olivia's and Gearoid's was perfect.

This place looked just like the pictures - actually it was bigger than we expected!! Beautiful location, super clean. Full kitchen was perfect for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Absolutely lovely and would return!!

Wonderful host, wonderful apartment. Liz (and Brian) epitomise Airbnb Superhosts - welcoming, proactive communicators, spotless apartment and accurate description of the property. Liz made a special effort to check us in earlier than the official time, which we greatly appreciated, and Brian gave us heaps of suggestions for eating out in Clifden (special shout out for The Willow Tree - gorgeous food) and places to see. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and spacey with a really nice energy. Very well-appointed kitchen, big living-room and the very large bed was mega-comfortable (we only used one of the 2 bedrooms but the other looked equally nice). The south-facing balcony is private and looks out on the harbour - perfect spot for a glass of your favourite. Even though you're only a few steps from the town centre with its array of restaurants and pubs, it's very quiet. Clifden is a great base for exploring Connemara. No hesitation in recommending this property, it's excellent.

Emplacement idéal ! Cong est une petite ville superbe ! De magnifiques ruines et bâtisses (mention spéciale pour la maison de pêche des moines !), de très beaux chemins de randonnées en forêt (et faciles en plus), un accès au château d'Ashford via un chemin dégagé et splendide (en croisant la très belle petite église St Mary), des restaurants, des pubs, des boutiques de souvenirs... tout simplement GÉNIAL ! En prime, le logement est idéalement situé au-dessus de la pharmacie, en face de places de stationnement, c'est hyper confort, grand et équipé comme il faut !

I found the cottage a delightful, comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing place to stay. Mary was very welcoming and helpful in every way. For peace and quite set in beautiful riverside surroundings, I would highly recommend it.

A real irish gem of a property. It was a privilege to stay here -every window captures a view out on to one of the most beautiful areas in the world. Fantastic host, nothing to compete with location and the homeliest of houses. Thank you x

A great house with lots of space. Bigger than the photos and a lovely view from the back of the house. Located in a quiet street. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice touches around the house including umbrellas and walking sticks. Recommended restaurants Ravi, Guys and Mancinnis. Thanks Laura a great stay.

This accommodation was surprise. Easily, one of the best we have stayed in during our 4 week Ireland tour. Majella met us at the door after proving great directions to the house. Majella had mentioned a complimentary breakfast was included but I hadn’t imagined eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants, cereals etc! Wow, we had breakfast of champions the next day. A very comfortable and well furnished apartment attached to a residence, but honestly you wouldn’t know - a very private feel to it. Plenty of warmth and a well stocked and easy to light fireplace. To cap it all off, a wonderful view of Croagh Patrick (mountain) in the distance.

Excellent property in a great location. It is very cosy with an open fireplace, perfect for a winter break. The property was warm on arrival, too, which was great. We tend to cook and the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils. The Air fryer is a great advantage too. Sarah is an excellent host and we will defiantly stay again.

Our group of 6 all loved Mary’s house. Beautiful house, well equipped, lots of space, quiet. Mary was great to work with, instant answers to any questions and provided helpful information. If returning to Enniscrone, would absolutely rent again!

Wonderful few days away in Clifden. The house was great. Very close to Clifden town, about a 5 minute walk but also very quiet. Very well equipped modern kitchen, and big open plan living area, kids loved their upstairs room too! Lynn had left bread, butter and treats for us which is a lovely touch! Also Very communicative before and during our stay, we will be back!

This house is so clean and warm and has the most fantastic views. It is also so peaceful and relaxing. The fire is super nice. Close to the Erris Head Loop walk and the tidal pool in Belmullet, as well as Cross beach. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

Christines place was amazing. The view was fantastic and the location was great- close to lots of restaurants. It was loosely walkable into Westport city Centre but up very steep hill. The only other issue we had was one of the doors was hard to open/close in the bedrooms. Other than that the place was stunning and we had a great time!

We had an amazing stay, Mary is the perfect host and gave us a lovely welcome, the property is as listed and the views are breathtaking, my daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and bumping into them on the beach. If you don't have a car Bernard Ornsby is an excellent local taxi service.

We had a wonderful stay at Danny’s place! The space was cosy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the beautiful walks nearby. The location couldn’t have been better for enjoying the surrounding nature. Danny was an exceptional host—always helpful, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Danny, for a fantastic experience. We hope to return soon!

We had a lovely stay at Michelle’s place in Clifden. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and so much more spacious than in the photos. The luxury bedding, robes and towels made it feel like a hotel, but with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was really well equipped (with a Sage coffee machine!) and there was plenty of room for our dog’s bed in there too. It’s rare to find somewhere so nice that’s also dog friendly—we were really impressed. The location was great, super close to town for restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and ideally placed for driving to lots of beautiful walks in Connemara. Michelle had thought of everything and was really communicative and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend for a fabulous stay and host!

The place was lovely. I arrived to some beautiful scones which was lovely with my tea. Lots of suggestions on restaurants. The premises were spotless. I would definitely recommend O’s premises if travelling to Belmullet.

Catherine's place is very organised and clean. The building it is in in very quiet and there is parking which is a plus. If you are a happy walker, then getting to the high street is no problem at all. We walk a lot, but did land up driving in to town for dinner because we weren't sure about walking back late and the weather was not overly cooperative. Very quick drive in - under 10 mins. It was about a half hour walk to the high street through a lovely park and just over half an hour walk to the start of the Parkrun up the Western Way if you are interested in that. Both can be driven. It's pretty busy in town, so finding parking just on the side of the street during the day was interesting. Rather walk. If the weather had been a little less wet, we wouldn't have used the car at all.

Janet was a fantastic host. She was so responsive and gave us recommendations for places to check out and also close by restaurants. Furthermore the condo/ Guest wing was ideal for our group of guests which included a toddler. Although we did not meet Janet, we knew she was only a message away and responded to our every question within minutes. I know we will be back and look forward to staying at Janet’s place when we do. Thank you Janet.

This was our second time to stay in Helen's beautiful place. Her directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is spacious and spotless and everything we needed for a perfect stay was provided. The beds in both rooms are really comfy and we slept soundly every night. If you're planning on a trip to Foxford and the surrounding area we'd advise you to stay in Helen's place. The view from the huge living room window is amazing!! We're already planned a return trip!!
