Great space to relax and unwind. Hot tub and kayaks were excellent ways to utilize the relaxing nature of the property. Host was very responsive and assisted us in ensuring our stay was as we expected.

We spent 4 nights to do some ice fishing. We had 9 people in total and had more than enough room. Everything was spotless and as described in the listing. As a bonus, we had a very successful fishing trip! The property looks like it would be fabulous in the summer as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pravenas cottage, it was beautiful despite the ice rain! The place was absolutely perfect for our family and friends, really spacious and comfortable. We would book it again.

The coach house is a stunning, peaceful retreat from the every day. Not only does it look like a space straight out of Architectural Digest, but it feels warm and inviting, private and peaceful. (So very insta-worthy in its decor and aesthetic.) Kieran and Tara (and their sweet pups 🐾) were wonderful hosts. Quick to respond and very helpful. The location is perfect as it’s only a few minutes from Cobourg and St. Anne’s spa.

The rental place is clean and organized. Mustafa is quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

We had a great weekend at The Cove! We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and the views. We played board games from home & tried some new ones in the selection at the cottage. It was spacious & private, which was exactly what we were looking for.

We had an amazing time at this charming cottage over the long weekend for Family Day! From the cozy, well-equipped space to the stunning natural surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved spending time outdoors by the lake and going into the hottub even when there is a snow storm outside. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect family getaway, and we can't wait to return!

Kathryn and Lora's place was beyond our expectations. Everything was as described in the listing and so much more. I felt like if you could name it, they had it. My nieces and nephews were thoroughly impressed and didn't want to leave. They made lots of use of the hot tub, loved the projector TV and playing the games. The property is beautiful and we appreciated all the amenities. The built in speakers throughout were a hit. Everyone had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here. It's a great winter getaway place and I can only imagine it would be great for summer as well.

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was warm, inviting, and all it was advertised to be. It was exactly what we needed—a comfortable and peaceful spot to relax. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in a bit early. The personal touches really made the place feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming, relaxing stay with the most beautiful wood burning fireplace.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. It was truly an escape that we got to experience. Great hosts, great place, great atmosphere! The only knock I think I have is that the photos do not do justice!! This place was homey and beautiful, not to say the photos aren’t that but they don’t do it justice! We will surely be back if we’re in Bancroft again!!

Me and my wife attended for a two night stay and this definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was an easy drive from Kingston and the area itself was beautiful. Our pup enjoyed long walks along the back trail and took a dip in the river with the beavers. The fire pit was great and well stocked. The cottage was comfortable and cozy. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the river. We will be back again!

This cottage is fully equipped with everything you will need to feel at home during your stay. It is very cozy, clean and updated. They did not slack on the finishes, including large windows on the back for your view of the the beautiful deck that overlooks Brady Lake and includes a table for outdoor dining, umbrella, barbecue and hot tub! Lots of board games and outdoor games available as well. This cottage is also pet friendly and the owners go over and above to accommodate your furry friend(s). We had a fabulous time and made my birthday celebrations one to remember.

South Bay Cottage is truly a perfect and lovely lake getaway. Drive off the main road and into your own private cove outfitted with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Once inside, the view of Lake Stoney can be seen through the large windows from anywhere in the main room. The sunsets and starry skies were so peaceful - and even though locals told us it was unusual - we actual had an amazing view of the Northern Lights! We loved that this cottage included all the linens we needed and lots of areas to get cozy and read a book - including the extra-special gazebo. While the kitchen area is small - it is well equipped with everything we needed. Close to great hikes (Petroglyph Provincial Park, High Falls at Eels Creek, Warsaw Caves, and many others.) Also great to explore the area's great golf courses, Wanderlight Alpaca walks (a must do), Peterborough Pete's hockey, Peterborough theatre, and amazing restaurants in Lakefield (Loon, Cassia, and more). Melissa was a wonderful host!

Beautiful cozy cottage with an amazing view and so many great activities. We had a fantastic time with our family. Rebecca and her family are super helpful and kind, they are always quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to visiting this fall and winter!!

Tracey was an amazing host. She checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and when we asked if there was a way to clear off some of the lake for skating during our stay she helped us hire one of her neighbours with a tractor! Everything was perfect. Thank you for making our Family Day Weekend so incredible!

There were a total of 5 families (9 adults and 2 kids ages 2.5 years and 1 year). We enjoyed the side by side cottages and that allowed for some separation of families with and without kids. Cottages were quite clean and modern with good amenities. It was a very quiet neighborhood. There were watercrafts available for an additional (very reasonable) fee and we really enjoyed being on the water. We had easy access to the water. There were fire pits and hot tub, which we did not use. You’ll have to take the garbage out to the dump on your way out and there are pre-paid garbage tags. The process was easy and straightforward. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Was very comfortable to stay at Thomas's cottage. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids in the winter. The sauna was especially nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked well and communication was great.

Tammy was the sweetest, most helpful hist to my parents. I booked this place for their 1 year anniversary weekend and they were in love. She left them a cute note and got them a bottle of wine to celebrate. They loved the space so much and felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Tammy thank you SO much for your hospitality and taking such good care of my parents. They will absolutely be back!!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, has everything you need. We stayed the week of valentines and couldn’t have asked for more. I could only imagine how perfect it would be in the summer with the water sports and many other amenities this property offers. Erika and Adam were kind and responsive and helped us with all our needs!! Definitely would go again.

Chantyle's cottage was a great find for our family. While it was basic and nothing fancy but that is just what our family loves. We basically only need a spot to sleep and cook, other then that we are outside enjoying the nature we are surrounded by, and this spot was perfect The beach was perfect for swimming, crystal clear, and shallow so the kids could walk out for quite some distance. On top of the beautiful area and comfortable rustic cabin we were greeted by a very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful campground manager Phil and his wife Tanya. Helped us with things we needed right away and gave us suggestions on places to check out that our kids ended up loving....overall amazing experience thanks for having our family stay it was a great location and great place. friendly seasonal campers as well. our family will definitely be back ?

We only stayed for one night to break our journey up as we were heading to Niagara Falls , absolutely gorgeous location a step away from the lake with breathtaking scenery , perfect to sit out on the patio enjoying the scenery and having a drink and chill , beds were very comfortable we both slept well , welcome basket was a nice touch , we used the kitchen and made our own dinner and table was gorgeous to sit at , would recommend to anyone who enjoys relaxing and great views
