We loved our stay. It is in the middle of nature, very quiet and with an incredible view. Paolo was very sweet and helpful and shard a lot of information about the area and what to explore including recommendations for restaurants. I would recommend it a 100%.

We had a great stay at Pietro's place. The villa matches the photos and descriptions perfectly and is very private down a secure private road. The property is very well equipped and offers plenty of space. Great location for exploring Palermo, and for a short walk to the beach in Mondello where there were a number of great restaurants. Pietro was a great host, very flexible around check in and out times, and always friendly and responsive.

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

good location, 7 minutes by foot to the nice sandy beach, supermarkets, barbershops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. Nice, quiet and green private backyard with grill zone and with the view on the mountains. Apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator is available. The entrance to the apartment and backyard is separate and private. There is everything what one needs in the apartment, maybe not brand new furnished and equipped, but nevertheless very cozy and comfortable.

Amazing place to stay with family. Very quiet and relaxing area. House is beautifully maintained and lots of garden space to relax. Riccardo has great local recommendations to enjoy local foods as well as locations to visit. With a rental car Palermo centre is 20 minutes away, so if distance is a factor then this villa is still worthwhile.

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft gleich neben Lorenzo und seiner Frau sehr wohl gefühlt. die Unterkunft ist klein und fein und der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. der Blick ist wunderschön, ob morgens zum Kaffee oder am Abend beleuchtet. das Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. fußläufig sind es ca 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Cefalu. bis zum nächsten Steinstrand sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 15 Personen plus Baby über Silvester in der Unterkunft. Der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön und das Gelände ist se her schön und weiterläufig! Leider war der Pool nicht in Betrieb (was nicht richtig kommuniziert wurde und ein downgrade für die Unterkunft darstellt) und er war zur Hälfte mit grünen Wasser gefüllt, was leicht muffig roch. Der Vermieter war super nett, brachte uns einmal Pizza und Frühstück und entsorgte den Müll. Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab genügend Stühle/Liegen für 15 Leuten. Leider lief die Spülmaschine bei der Benutzung immer mal wieder aus. Dadurch war der Bereich vor der Küchenzeile immer feucht. Bei diesem Preis müssen die Geräte schon funktionieren und eine zweite Spülmaschine wäre auch hilfreich. Die Qualität der Matratzen war sehr unterschiedlich (von sehr bequem bis zu dünn). In einem Bad war die Dusche bei normaler Benutzung undicht. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle und erholsame Zeit.

Our stay for a group of 11 went so smoothly from beginning to end. We were greeted at the property at our arrival time (based on watching our flight land) so that we could properly acquaint ourselves with the entire property. We got local recommendations, weather updates and we were treated to the magnificent view! I did not want to leave! I would love to return right now!

We had a delightful visit to the villa. 8 adults shared the space and enjoyed the accommodations. It is as advertised in the pictures. A wonderful rustic villa on a large working farm of olive trees and grapes, with a few sheep. Bed rooms and bath room were what we expected. We used the pool several days and it is large with spectacular views. We really had a great dinner with the chef Rosario provided and it was one of our most memorable nights. When we arrived there was a lovely basket with wine and olive oil from the working farm and a host of other goodies we used during the week. Rosario was very responsive and we had no notable issues. We used the washer throughout the week. She met us as we were arriving to help us find the property, as it was accessible in one direction off the main road, and she helped guide us up the narrow road to the villa. She also met us to checkout and it worked out well. I would certainly recommend the villa and Rosario.

One of our most favourite Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Antonio’s place is simply stunning, you can tell the love he has put into every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The view is incredible - so many little spots around the property to take in the view from. The house is so clean and decorated so beautifully. The drive into Cefalu feels quick and easy and it’s nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day and go to a place where no one else is around. And Antonio is the best host ever! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. He is so kind and caring and wants nothing more than to make your stay as good as it can possibly be. Truly a wonderful man. We absolutely loved our stay here. Book this place as soon as possible!

We were with a group of 11 friends staying at the villa which was very beautiful and spacious. The architecture is amazing, keeping old and new structures to perfection. Communication with the agency was very good and our welcoming host mariella was so responsive and friendly and organised a walking trip in the mountains on our request. The barbecue and outdoor sitting area was very pleasant. I would advice you to ask clear instructions on how to get to the villa as not so evident. Once you know it however, it’s ok.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Margaret sehr genossen. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und flexibel und durch Margarets herzliche Art haben wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Wer nach ein wenig Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Supermärkte und Strand sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Stunning location. Beautiful Villa lovely decor. myself, my partner and our 4 children had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool daily. A small gym and and table tennis especially was very much enjoyed. Valeria was great and we felt welcomed. Very memorable stay with everything we needed. Close to the beach and supermarket. Highly recommend.

Antonio’s place is an like an oasis of peace and beauty from busy life! The view is literally to die for!! Antonio and his sister were always helpful giving recommendations and even helping us organise a boat to rent in off season! There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walking down the hill, and besides that there is hardly anyone or anything - super peaceful and private! We loved watching the sunrise and spending time in the nearby village!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

We have just come back from a lovely stay at Gianpolo’s Villa Blu in Mondello. Great peaceful location and a short walk to the beautiful seaside. We were travelling with 3 young children, they felt at home immediately and enjoyed their first experience of Italy in Sicily! Gianpolo and his family were great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and getting lots of great recommendations for our 1 week stay. The house is just like in the pictures: very modern and clean. Would not hesitate to come back again and re-live the exact same holiday we just had! Aldo’s place is very well situated for Mondello and just as described in the listing. Aldo’s parents (Emilio and Maria-Laura) hosted us and we’re simply charming. We used google translate to chat and text and we were very well looked after. The room has everything you need you almost feel like you have the pool and garden to yourself. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor eating area is very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time in mondello. A huge thank you to Emilio and Maria-Laura for making us feel very welcome. Home from home. The location is a 5min walk to the first public beach and a beautiful 25 minute walk along the seafront and you are in the main piazza. Notes *The best public beach is by the harbour and is spacious close to great cafes. * We used electric scooters occasionally (LIME or LINK) which were easy and fun. * You must sit at the barrels in the piazza (SCHILLACI) and try their aperativo menu - great atmosphere. * Le Lunette cafe👍

Nous avons passer un super séjour dans ce logement, le lieux est calme, la terrasse avec une super vue, la piscine au top ! L'hôte est très gentil, disponible et de super conseil :)

Das Anwesen ist ein Traum, die Umgebung ist so schön. Wir waren im Winter dort und haben es trotzdem sehr genossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Dank nochmal für alles
