This place is perfect! Location is great- less then 5 mins walk to a very nice free beach and a few more minutes to restaurants and pizzeria. The house is located in a quite street with private covered parking space. The villa itself is very well equipped, you will find everything you need in it. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and well prepared. I very much liked how the house was decorated. Also beautiful garden which we absolutely loved! We enjoyed meals outside watching a friendly blackbird :) Ilaria is a great host, answering any questions immediately. She also offered help when our car broke - she was very kind and helpful! We had a great time and we recommend this place 100%.

La casetta sulla spiaggia è la casa vacanza che ho sempre sognato. Ti permette di vivere il mare e la spiaggia 24 ore su 24 ed è una meraviglia. Direttamente sulla spiaggia.. Ha un posto proprio davanti alla porta di ingresso per posizionare lettino sdraio e ombrellone presenti nella casa. Sul patio piastrellato ci sono le sedie e un comoda tavolo per mamgiare direttamente sulla spiaggia. Per chi ha un amico animale come noi è davvero eccezionale poichè puó stare tranquillamente in casa e ogni tanto affacciarsi alla finestra per controllarvi.. Oppure stare nel patio vicino a voi. La casa è in un quartiere meraviglioso con tutto ció che serve.. Bar pizzeria pub ristoranti gastronomia rosticceria e supermercato, noi non abbiamo mai usato l'auto. Si raggiunge a piedi anche il centro di Follonica in pochi minuti. La casa ha tutto ció che serve. Vivrete una vacanza indimenticabile con tramonti quotidiani spettacolari! Grazie per questa incredibile esperienza!

Die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet, schönes Licht, alte Fenster, Böden, Möbel, zudem ist der knappe Platz optimal genutzt (Regale, Haken), so dass das Gepäck nicht im Weg steht - wir haben die Stunden am Meer genossen, und an einem stürmischen Tag auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit dem geräumigen Sofa. Danke!

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber und direkter Zugang zu Meer. Nur zu empfehlen

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

La casa di Margherita si trova a letteralmente dieci passi dal mare, ancora più bella che nelle foto. L’alloggio è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, si dorme sentendo il rumore del mare. Margherita è stata disponibilissima e ci ha fornito moltissimi consigli per visitare la zona. È stato un piacere soggiornare nella tua bellissima casa e saremmo felici di tornare alla prossima occasione! Grazie per tutto 😊

Das kleine Haus von Stefano ist sehr originell und entzückend. Man sieht mit wie viel Liebe und Begeisterung das „ehem. Elektro“-Haus hergerichtet ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit viel Licht aber auch viel Schatten im Sommer. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum chillen und Essen. Stefano ist ein toller Gastgeber mit super Response Zeit auf Fragen. Stefano hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns das Haus gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage zum Strand ist unter 50m, also super easy zu erreichen. Es gibt originelle Strandbars mit sehr guter Küche. Meine zwei erwachsenen Töchter und ich können das Haus von Stefano sehr empfehlen. (Achtung: es gibt kein Wifi, aber der Empfang in und rund ums Haus ist gut, wenn man genügend Datenvolumen hat, kein Problem!)

Alles bestens. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Pool und Badeplatz am Meer sind traumhaft.

Traumhaft! Wir waren für ein paar Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, der Blick aufs Meer unbeschreiblich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Matratzen sehr bequem und die beiden Badezimmer mit Dusche ausgestattet. Zu viert super machbar. Man sollte allerdings beachten, dass es zu der Unterkunft ca 45 steile Stufen sind und man nicht direkt vor der Haustür parken kann. Für uns kein Problem. Wir fanden die Privatsphäre top. Einziger Punkt welchen wir ändern würden, wäre eine Kaffeemaschine welche richtig funktioniert z.b. Filter Maschine oder eine nespresso. Sonst war wirklich alles super und Camilla ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho prenotato due settimane presso l’appartamento di Irene sito nella residenza “il boschetto. Sono stata qualche giorno con mia mamma e poi, alla mia partenza, mia mamma é stata raggiunta da mio papà. L’appartamento é stato per tutti splendido!! In particolare questo si trova in una bellissima pineta, vicino alla spiaggia “il Fortullino” (raggiungibile comodamente a piedi), a due passi dalla piscina del residence e dal buonissimo ristorante “il boschetto”. Irene é stata fin da subito gentile e accogliente! Sopratutto é stata sempre disponibile nelle risposte! La casa era molto carina e pulita! Nota di merito le pale sopra il letto! Fondamentali con il caldo estivo. Un bel 10 meritato all’alloggio e alla proprietaria ☺️

Posizione buona per godersi giornate di mare nella zona limitrofa. La spiaggia più vicina dista circa 5-10 minuti a piedi. Ottima anche la vicinanza con Marina di Cecina per una passeggiata serale (circa 15 Min). Campeggio molto bello, chiaramente un po' sovraffollato visto il periodo (ferragosto). Bungalow accogliente e funzionale.

Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’host Mario e Giusy sono due persone gentilissime e disponibili . L’appartamento è fedele alla descrizione, munito di tutti i servizi necessari al soggiorno. La posizione ottima, vicina ad ogni servizio raggiungibile a piedi, la zona residenziale è molto tranquilla sia durante il giorno che la notte.

Very nice house! Very Italien. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Nice big private parking. Huge kitchen. The only thing we missed was a really good authentic restaurant in the neighbourhood. Maybe we just could’nt find it. A few things wasn’t working upon arrival, but Silvia was very helpful and we made it work. All in all: Would definitly come back - and would recommend the house to everybody else. We were five people and there was more than enough space.

The location and size of the unit was perfect for our largish family gathering. It is a quick walk to the beach area and dining options in the area are abundant. The host(s) met us upon arrival and gave us a complete tour which while not really necessary was nice of them. There is no WiFi so that needs to be added to make this place nearly perfect.

Ottima esperienza: host ben organizzato, accogliente e disponibile, alloggio molto pulito e super- accessoriato per qualsiasi esigenza! Il giardino esterno arredato è una vera chicca. Siamo stati davvero bene e torneremo. Grazie Gabbriella!

Prima verblijf om te genieten van de Toscaanse kust, de dorpjes in de buurt en de restaurants in San Vincenzo. Super dat we de tuin konden gebruiken. Daar zit je heerlijk.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo su ogni aspetto. La posizione della casa è particolarmente apprezzabile: si trova infatti in una strada molto tranquilla, ma vicinissima alla piazza di Tirrenia. Inoltre ci sono state messe a disposizione 4 biciclette per raggiungere comodamente la spiaggia. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il patio e il giardino che sono molto ombreggiati e abbiamo sempre mangiato all'esterno. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata per cui tutta rimessa a nuovo, particolare menzione alla doccia molto comoda. Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno

Very nice house ! We spent a very nice week.

Ottimo alloggio assolutamente raccomandato! La casa era pulita, organizzata e fornita di tutto quanto possa servire per una vacanza rilassante. Lo spazio esterno molto funzionale e curato, c’è addirittura l’acqua calda per la doccia esterna. La spiaggia (sia libera che attrezzata) é dietro casa e nelle vicinanze ci sono sia un supermercato che moltissime attività commerciali di ottimo livello. Andrea e Luisa sono stati veramente cordiali, gentili e disponibili, dei perfetti host. Una delle migliori sistemazioni provate, ci siamo sentiti come a casa e ci torneremo volentieri!

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso la settimana dal 15 al 22 settembre 2024 presso l'appuntamento di Catia e Susanna. Susanna ci ha accolto molto gentilmente, facendoci trovare una buonissima torta. L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, dotato di tutte le comodità. Un pochino scomoda la doccia in vasca, cosa che si potrebbe migliorare. All'esterno della casa un bel gazebo. La posizione è molto tranquilla e vicino alla spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi. Noi purtroppo non abbiamo trovato una buona settimana a causa del tempo. Comunque siamo stati molto bene e lo consiglio. Un grazie ancora a Susanna!
