Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle vue et environnement très paisible. La maison correspond à la description, agréable avec sa terrasse et accès piscine.Ryann a toujours été très réactif. Nous recommandons ce logement

Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Me and my family visited the beautiful house located at the mountains surrounding the small village Buti in the beginning of June. We were in total 18 persons (10 adults, 8 kids between 1-16 years old). We did trips to e.g. Lucca but you want to spend time at the house and the pool - the location is truly stunning. The house is very large and everyone can get some private space. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you need. Since we arrived very late in the evening we got help with italian beakfast in the morning and we also purchased some local wine, eggs and olive oil which were highly appricated. It's only ~15min of drive to the nearest Coop Supermarket. In all we are very happy with the week we spent in Buti and we an highly recommend it!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Logement idéalement placé pour visiter la Toscane, à égale distance de tous les sites d'intérêt. Excellent accueil, l'appartement est en très de jardin au calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Petit plus, un joli chaton tout mignon pour nous tenir compagnie dans le jardin. Nous recommandons à tout point de vue !

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Una splendida vacanza. Giovanna è stata davvero disponibile e gentile già prima dell’arrivo rispondendo alle richieste di chiarimenti. Appena arrivati si è messa a disposizione per ogni necessità, anticipando le nostre esigenze e fornendo anche consigli utili al soggiorno. La struttura corrisponde a quanto si vede in foto, è curata e ben arredata e dotata di tutto ciò che serve (anche asciugacapelli o stendibiancheria… tutto!) Siamo rimasti pochi giorni ma siamo stati davvero bene. Il giardino è davvero un plus, peccato la stagione non fosse quella giusta per fruirne appieno ma i bambini lo hanno utilizzato tanto. Giovanna e Tommaso sono davvero dei super host che si prendono cura dei propri ospiti!

La casa è in una posizione splendida: su un colle a ridosso del bosco, guarda verso il mare e il filare di cipressi di Bolgheri. Un posto unico, la vista e i tramonti sono impagabili. Le spiagge principali sono raggiungibili in macchina in un tempo che varia dai 15 ai 30 minuti a seconda della meta. Se si sta a casa, il ping pong è una grande risorsa per bambini (e adulti). Cinghiali (questi solo oltre la rete che delimita il bosco), tassi e lepri scorrazzano nelle vicinanze e li si incontra quotidianamente. La presenza ravvicinata della casa principale è al contempo rassicurante e molto discreta, si ha totalmente la propria privacy. All'interno, la casa è molto ben organizzata ed estremamente piacevole da viversi. Marina molto disponibile e attenta. Siamo stati splendidamente!

Ho affittato l'appartamento per ospitare la famiglia di mia figlia che è venuta dalla Sicilia e devo dire che sono rimasti soddisfattissimi di tutto. Veronica e Gianni persone veramente accoglienti, gentilissime e disponibili, mi è piaciuto tanto la loro comunicazione e reattività, per cui mi hanno rassicurato subito . Consiglio l'appartamento a occhi chiusi, non manca niente e ha una posizione fantastica.

fijne woning. fijne Tuin. in een geweldige omgeving. geweldige gastvrouw. staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. mensen met een hart van goud!!!

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Kindern zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen. Nicoletta und Barbara haben alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Das beste war der (täglich gereinigte) Pool, der sehr sauber und erfrischend war! Auch im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist schon älter, aber sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein Zimmer hat eine fest installierte Klimaanlage, die den Raum gut kühlt. In einem 2. Zimmer gibt es ein mobiles Klimagerät. Auch wir haben ein leckeres Tiramisu und einen italienischen Kuchen bekommen. Sehr lecker und insgesamt ein sehr netter Kontakt. Die beiden waren meist da, aber sehr zurückhaltend. Bei Fragen haben sie uns immer gleich weitergeholfen. Die Kinder haben den Hund Anita geliebt. Der Ort Capannoli ist nicht sehr schön, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe (15 min Autofahrt) gibt es viele kleine typische toskanische Dörfer, die sehr schön waren und gute Restaurants haben. Auch die größeren bekannten Städte sind gut erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Unterkunft war sehr gut. Wir haben alles gehabt was wir brauchten für unseren Aufenthalt. Zwei besondere dinge waren die überdachte Terrase mit Esstisch und der große Garten mit Pool.

Ampio appartamento luminoso, molto comodo e curato. Arredamento un po' antiquato, ma assolutamente ben tenuto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro, a due passi dalla Coop, ma sotto casa ci sono forno, bar e alimentari. Sito ad un primo piano comodo (due brevi rampe di scale) con accesso autonomo dalla strada. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada sotto casa, gratuito. La notte è veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Biancheria extra, su richiesta, non disponibili eventuali facilities per bambini, quindi bisogna attrezzarsi. La signora Valeria è a due passi ed è molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!

What an absolute gem of a place. Lovely three bed property, that was spacious and clean. The gardens and view were breath taking. Many vineyards which are at a walkable distances. The town was around a 40min walk but we didn't mind this as it was so peaceful. Concetta was such a welcoming host, and the best part was the lovely meal she prepared for on my birthday. It was well worth the extra money. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. Thank you concetta!

Super Haus, gerade wenn mehrere Familien/Parteien gemeinsam reisen, da es insgesamt 3 Wohnungen hat. Haus und Umgebung sehr sauber, Kontakt über die Schlüsselhalterin sehr unkompliziert. Der Hauswart war super, kam jeden Tag und hat sich sehr um den Pool und die Umgebung gekümmert - hat sich aber überhaupt nicht aufgedrängt und kam meist zu Zeiten, als wir nicht beim Haus waren. Schade, dass es kein WLAN hat.

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Casa Alba was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. We renewed our vows, at Casa Alba, to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary & it was a dream day 🤗 Luigi & his wife were there to welcome us & couldn't have been friendlier. My sister, brother in law & their toddler stayed the week with us & I can definitely say we loved it & would absolutely return 🙌 its very close to San Gimignano for everything you could need.

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Es war ein Traum! Wer sich auf eine echte toskanische Location einlassen möchte, wird hier mehr als das Paradies finden! Maura und Francesco sind unglaublich liebevolle Gastgeber. Alles perfekt! Jedermann, wer echte toskanische Gastfreundschaft erleben und eine unglaublich stimmige Anlage mit Aura erleben will, sei es von ganzem Herzen empfohlen!

We loved our stay at Mauro’s home, he met us at the house when we arrived. The house is Really comfortable, warm, and has a great kitchen with everything you need. Lovely outside space for eating, it’s much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Comfortable beds, lots of storage, good water pressure and hot water :) The town is quiet but has everything you need and you’re a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Thank you Mauro for sharing your home with us and being so welcoming!

Siamo stati in questa splendida casa per un settimana. Anche a novembre, col sole, pranzavamo fuori nel giardino sotto un bellissimo gazebo. La casa è stupenda, Corinna e il proprietario molto gentili. Torneremo!
