This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

Me and my friends had a lovely stay at Basecamp Lodge. Great location and a stunning view of the mountain from the Master Bedroom. The place is very cozy, and had everything we needed. It's a super cute spot close to restaurants and town but feels quiet and like your in nature at the same time. The host was friendly and helpful when we had questions. I look forward to spotting through Shasta in the future to visit again someday.

Great place. Really clean and nicely decorated. The driveway is too tight to turn around and it was not easy to back out into traffic with our long van, but we did it. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.

I highly recommend Scott's place. My friends and I had a delightful reunion on Mt Shasta. The house was absolutely perfect for a wonderful weekend with friends. Three spacious bedrooms, full kitchen to prepare delicious meals, big lot with lots of privacy and absolutely stunning views of the mountain framed by the beautiful pine trees. We spent an afternoon in the living room drinking tea, catching up and looking at the light and cloud changes on Mt Shasta. Scott is absolutely wonderful and generous host. He responded to all my messages promptly and clearly. The place was just as described. With easy check in and check out. Clear directions. Easy to find. We are very happy with our experience and have been already planning our return in the summer.

This house is right in town, so an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and a 20 minute drive to the Mt. Shasta Ski Park. It had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of dishes, cups, etc. except it could use a bit more silverware. Rooms were plenty big and bathrooms worked well. The kids enjoyed the 'toy bin', the games, and the foosball game. Our extended family of 5 adults and 5 kids had a great weekend in this very comfortable house.

We did frequently find creepy crawlies Big ants, spiders, and some unidentified under the sink creature… But it’s in the middle of nature so we kind of understand. Otherwise however the room was clean the amenities were clean and the hosts were so nice and left us alone to enjoy our retreat. I appreciated all the info brochures they had as well

Jordan was very responsive. The house is very well stocked. Beds, super comfy. The location is convenient, right off the freeway, but that does add to the road noise element. We would rent it again.

We loved our stay at Janet's place! It was the perfect weekend getaway location, as the views were AMAZING, and there was hardly any noise or light pollution. The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, plus it had all the amenities we needed. The only thing we were surprised to find is that there weren't any blinds for the front windows, so at night we felt a bit exposed due to the neighbors beeline view across the road. Regardless, we would stay here again and recommend!

Great place to stay. I’ve stayed here many times for work and I’m always very satisfied with the cleanliness. Christy is a wonderful host, always friendly and helpful!
