Easy check in. Conveniently location was great for our wedding we had to attend. Would highly recommend. Place was great kitchen was immaculate and had all the amenities(gas stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

Matthew's place was more than I could have ever hoped for! I loved it! I had a few friends stay with me here from out of state. There was plenty of space for all four of us! We had a great time hanging out in the space. Additionally, Matthew is an excellent host -- communicative and proactive! The moment we had an issue with the water heater, he quickly found the best solution and had it resolved quickly, and ensured everything was right by us. Thank you again Matthew for our stay at your lovely place! If I ever need a place in the area again, I know who to go to!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here, and it is as wonderful as ever! So very comfortable and calming, it's always the first location we check when planning a trip to Perrysburg. Fantastic host, couldn't ask for more.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was very secluded and roomy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Right across from a wildlife habitat. Lots of birds and a river in back of the place. I deal for a family on vacation!

Place was awesome! Very reasonable pricing for 4 months of stay and the hosts were super friendly. The furniture was plentiful and everything you need is there. Wifi is very strong, but for gaming I'd recommend bringing your own Ethernet cable of course.

Great value for a big comfortable place, with a perfect location if you’re driving across the country or across the Midwest!!

Great stay at Dana's place. I don't usually go for airbnbs that are on the same property as the owner, but this felt private enough that I was unbothered. It's impressive what they've done with the space, well decorated and cozy. I would definitely stay here again so long as the off-season price is cheaper than what I paid (this was over Xmas), otherwise there are airbnbs in the same price range that are closer to where I'd want to be (e.g. Maumee).

This home was a dream home for us. It was spacious, very clean, well stocked with all the essential kitchenware and gadgets. There was so much attention to detail that it felt like living in one’s own house. Good no. of towels, cooking essentials were helpful. Perfect time for a family to unwind, play games, watch TV, stroll the spacious backyard. There was an ancient piano too (with four keys off tune); testimony of things being so normal and real. Very close to good restaurants and all the superstores. Reid is a perfect host, guiding us all the way. God Bless him and his family. Best 12 days spent in America. Will give it 5 stars and will stay again if in Perrysberg.
