We had a great stay at Kevin‘s place. He was very responsive, gave us great ideas of things to do and proactively reached out to us to make sure our stay was going well. There were clear instructions throughout the house that were very helpful such as heating and air conditioning and how to use the hot tub. Most important was that Kevin was very responsive .

the place was absolutely beautiful. my family and me enjoyed the place so well and our favorite part was standing on the front porch and watching the skiers go by

Great stay for our family vacation! The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The house was very well stocked and prepared for guests. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen very well stocked and clean. We had a lot of fun utilizing the game room! Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

very friendly host and very engaging, warm space. enjoyed several amenities and was very easy to get settled in. although they're are plenty of bathrooms, keep in mind 2 of them are stationed in the game room. snacks aren't free, although they did provide free one for valentine. Host were very accommodating and communicative and great host.

We enjoyed our stay. The farm house was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to Charlottesville and Shenandoah National Park. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Maybells across the street and beautiful views at Stone Mountain Winery. We would definitely stay here again!

Laura’s place was perfect for our long holiday weekend stay in Madison. The property matched its description precisely, offering comfortable beds, a well-organized kitchen (everything is labeled), and fully functional amenities. Laura was responsive to our questions but we had most of the information we needed in the house. The location was ideal for exploring Culpeper and Charlottesville. Everything was immaculately clean, and the internet and TVs worked perfectly. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope to return in the future.

My family and I very much enjoyed our weekend stay at the Cypress House. It is conveniently located just a half hour from Harrisonburg and James Madison University, its close to the Massanutten resort area, and close to the Luray caverns. Pet friendly was a plus for us and there is a large yard for you and the pet to enjoy. The house itself is charming with hardwood floors throughout. Main bathroom with tub and shower is located on the second floor. The kitchen has modern appliances and has a Keurig to use as well. Parking for about 3 or 4 cars should you need it. Host was very communicative and the overall process was very smooth. I would definitely look to stay here again, especially if I were looking to take advantage of all of the outdoor offerings in the area. Also a great option for JMU families during those busy weekends!

We had such a wonderful time at Cassidy's place. Felt right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi was definitely worthwhile. Close to the restaurants, convenience stores, caverns and the skyline. Loved it here and hoped to come back.

I originally rented this airbnb to accommodate a construction work crew that was coming in to help out with a project. Due to unforseen schedule changes, i was unable to use this place to it's full duration but my workcrew enjoyed their week long stay. Having said that, Suzy was a remarkable host. She was able to confirm the reservation with less than 24 hrs notice. Her property is beautiful and relaxing and a perfect place to recover from a long day of work. The host welcomed the crew with a freshly baked loaf of banana bread which we were not expecting. It was unexpected but a welcoming touch.

Cindy’s place was great. We were heading to a hike and this was the perfect spot for the night before. Easy check in and great space.

Kristen and Chris' place is a hidden gem! The unit was comfortable, spacious, private and exceptionally clean. It was conveniently located to many shops and restaurants as well JMU's campus. There was ample street parking. While it is a basement apartment in an older home, I could barely hear anyone walking upstairs. I highly recommend their place and will be staying there again!

Jennifer went above and beyond to make our stay great ! Jennifer was very flexible and answered my questions promptly . The pictures do not do it justice as the views and unit were both spectacular . Thank you Jennifer for a great stay !

We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

We had a great time at Andrea’s place. We felt right at home as we checked in. We were in New Market to explore Luray Caverns and it was only 15 min drive away which was very convenient. On the way back there was a trail and we got to the top to see the shenandoah mountains. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend this place to someone who plans to visit Virginia.

Great stay here! The place looks just like the pictures. It smelled good as soon as you walked in and even the blankets smelled freshly washed. The space is awesome, lots of room if traveling with kids. Fireplace and TV made it feel more cozy. Ruth is a great host! She provided detailed local recommendations and we everything we ended up doing/eating came from her lists (minus Krispy Kreme, that was just a plus). Would definitely stay here again if visiting the same area.

Paula’s place is just as described - spacious and welcoming! Very clean and has everything you would need during your stay. Easy to find and 10mins from JMU (we were there to visit with our son). Paula is a very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Buffalo Bill cabin! The house manual provided all the info needed. Thank you for the special touches of the Christmas tree and garland on the mantle. The Christmas lights made our stay even more magical!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The cabin is so peaceful and relaxing. We were in the area for an event, otherwise we would’ve loved to have spent every moment of the weekend enjoying the surroundings of the cabin. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Highly recommend.

Stayed four nights. Had a fire in the fire pit each night. Wood was delivered each day. The yurt was clean and spacious for the four adults. Beautiful views! So Relaxing and peaceful. Loved it!

The cabin was spotless and much more spacious inside than the photos suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed for a perfect girls' weekend in. I’d definitely stay here again!

The view sales this place all by its self. Listening to the river and watching the sunrise on the water was so relaxing and peaceful. With no internet and no distractions it’s definitely a great place to go to calm the noise in your mind. The kitchen was large. Plenty of dishes and cooking accessories. Pots, pans, even casserole dishes. They did have knifes. Read none were available so they have stocked with that and scissors which we used. We did bring a carbon monoxide detector as suggested in the listing. The fireplace is beautiful. We did not use the hot tub but it was clean and hot. The chairs on the porch were in great condition and nice to have morning coffee and watch the sunrise rise. Loved our stay. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed the cozy cottage. The surrandings were beautiful. The hot tub was a great addition. Nice size and very clean. The cottage is a great place for a family get away. I will return. Thankyou so much for wverything.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! The home was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the screened-in porch and the fire pit. Sitting outside by the fire late into the night was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with every gadget, appliance, and piece of glassware you could possibly need. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was also great, just a 10-minute drive to New Market with some cute shops and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from the Yellow Cliff mountain overlook. The hike was a challenge, but the views were absolutely breathtaking and well worth it. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, and it’s clear they put a lot of care into making this cabin a special place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat in nature!

Great scenic and peaceful cabin for a retreat into the mountains. About 15 minutes from Luray and 25 minutes to Shenandoah National Park. The gas fireplace was very cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for us to be able to make meals. The sauna was a nice touch and the couches and bed were comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and sent us some recommendations ahead of time. The driveway to the cabin is gravel and steep, but we made it up without a 4 wheel drive.
