Dave’s place was perfect for our 4 night stay in Veneta! We enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful setting and the cozy studio apartment was just the right amount of space for the two of us. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Veneta.

Connie was an excellent host! We loved the beautiful location and cozy space. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including homemade muffins, a jar of local honey, and a handwritten card. We would definitely stay here again!

my friend and I we went out of town to get away for a night and we came upon this listing and it was a rare find. this place is so beautiful and it's so quiet it has everything that you need. I totally would love to stay in this house again. perfect and beautiful.

What memories we made once again! We love staying by the river. We leave feeling energized. Especially after soaking in the hot springs and then watching the moon and stars rise over the water. We will be back in the spring to be river watchers.

We had an amazing stay at the McKenzie House! We wanted to enjoy some time relaxing and we got just that! The dogs loved the big open yard to play fetch. The hot tub and sauna were a great way to relax outside. The house has just about everything you could need. We enjoyed the back deck - it was still such a nice scene with the river flowing by! I think the only thing we would love to see is an updated kitchen because the drawers weren't working too well and the stove-top had trouble keeping an even heat. But these are not things to keep us away - we would definitely love to make it back to this house! And we will recommend it to all our friends! Thank you!

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

We had a wonderful family gathering at Randy's lake house, spending tons of time in the water and enjoying the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. We are big game players so both the beautiful patio table and the dining room got lots of use. So nice to be close to amenities in town but get to go back to a lovely natural setting. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

The property is beautiful. Being on the river brings a certain kind of peace. The beds were fine. Nothing fancy, but everything you'd need to relax. The property management was very communicative and understanding. I would come back!

The place was great top to bottom! We rented it for a friend’s wedding. We mainly wanted the view of the river- it did not disappoint! Was well stocked, clean, quiet- great for a family getaway! Loved the stairs to the water! All in all would love to come back! Thanks for hosting us! 😀 will cherish the memories!

Gloria's home is very beautiful and cozy. Great location with easy access to stores and restaurants. 20 min away from the university. My family especially loved that the house had 3 fireplaces and my kids loved the game room at the back of the home. Comfortably fits a family of 5+. Thank you Gloria and happy holidays!
