Great place for a long term stay while relocating to the city. Lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance. Stella was always responsive and helpful. Great Host!

Robert’s units were spectacularly clean, nicely decorated & perfect for two couples. He was quick to respond when we needed a new lightbulb & was always available for any questions we had. As advertised, the home has older wood floors which means others can be noticed when walking, but eventually you get used to it (or just bring some ear plugs)! We will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Dallas!

Our stay was AMAZING! Patrick was the best Airbnb host we've ever had! He was so responsive and helpful with everything and anything we needed. If ever in this area again we will definitely be staying here or one of Patricks places.

Clean, great central location, perfect for a weekend away!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect and quiet. You could hear others in the other units, but it wasn’t a bother. The unit is beautiful and clean. The pictures are accurate. The bed was comfortable. Don’t second guess book this property.

Place was amazing and had so many restaurants & was close to so much everything was in close so much to do. Also Corey was an amazing host very respectful and straight forward, was always available and responded quick when i needed him or questioned anything, i would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great spot centrally located to everything

Sucha great experience staying at Kayli's AirBNB. the house was in a great location, perfectly clean, and plenty of space to enjoy. The location is in a lovely neighborhood and only minutes from Highland Park, Uptown, Downtown, etc. During the stay, we received lots of helpful communication, and the host was very attentive to ensuring our experience was amazing - and it was. Just book this house and you won't regret it!

The home was just as pictured. Very clean. Plenty of room for all of my family to stay comfortably. The host was very quick to respond. Would recommend and return again.

Sungu's was incredibly accommodating during our remodel due to water damage. We had to extend our stay twice, and their support made the entire experience much less stressful. I frequently have family visiting, and Sungu's will be my preferred place to stay going forward. Thank you, Sungu!

No stay in any location is without hiccups especially when there are 3 guests staying. For this location, any hiccup was overcome by how responsive Nate was to our needs. We felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay in Dallas all the more because of Nate & Chad’s place.

I'm a real stickler about cleanliness, and this house was spotless! The kitchen thoughtfully stocked with coffee and cookware in great shape. The decor was nicely put together. Plenty of towels and really thoughtful touches. The neighborhood was really well kept. 5-star in every level, I would easily recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in Richardson.

Sara was an attentive, helpful, and friendly host. The home was exactly as described, and my guests were very comfortable throughout their stay. The beds were especially cozy, making for a restful visit. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend this stay!

We absolutely love this Air Bnb and host! Location has absolutely everything that you need, desire, and would love to do. Everyone we met in this quaint lil gem of town were so friendly. Even if Dallas is your destination I would recommend that you stay at the Ballard Bungalow. The tiny commute is so worth it.

This was a great place to stay! The house seemed well cared for, and everything was comfortable. We didn't have much need to get in contact with the hosts, but the one time we had a question, they were extremely responsive. They were also proactive about checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! One detail that I would have liked to know, that was not clear from the listing, was that the backyard is not fully fenced in. It wasn't that big of a deal, but we were traveling with small children, and it's nice to have an enclosed outdoor space for them!

This day felt more at home and that it was very accessible when I was in Texas for the things that I had to do down there during the time I was down there the house was very clean and very nice and I love the area by the lake

Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.
