We found this place to visit my sister that lives in the neighborhood and the location was very convenient to her, and to town. Great stay!

2nd time staying in this cute house. So clean and feels like you are at home. Love the goodies Nancy leaves in the kitchen for her guest. Nice touch.

We had a great experience the entire weekend, since day 1 the instructions were very easy to follow and she was just a text away to help us at any time, the place it’s just like the pictures, she left fresh eggs and milk and fruits and everything you could need to make breakfast, the place was extremely clean and smelling good all the time. I really love how she respects your privacy but if you need anything she is willing to help, we texted her about feeding the cows and she responded very quickly and came to show us the animals and let us feed them, it was very nice. She is very welcoming and her place it’s perfect for a weekend getaway very relaxing and peaceful, we will definitely be coming back soon!

It was a great getaway for myself and my boyfriend away from the city and the busyness of our lives and work. We truly loved the privacy and the fishing pond. It was quiet and peaceful. Thank you to Heather and Kayln for creating a beautiful place for anyone that visits.

Our weekend stay at Nancy’s place was great. Leading up to the trip, she was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We were a large group, and the place was more than adequate for all of our needs. Two dining room tables, a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could need for cooking for all 17 of us, a huge beautiful yard for the kids to play, and lots of separate sleeping spaces. We had zero issues with wifi, check-in, hot water in the showers, etc. Everything was clean and beautiful. Feeding Reagan, the horse, were the two most anticipated moments of each day for all of the kiddos. We would definitely recommend staying at Bluebonnet Run.

I was looking for a fun place to stay to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday with a few family members. The pink A frame was the perfect spot! The property feels private and secluded and yet the entertainment that Waco has to offer is not too far! My daughter loved all the cowgirl hats and fun furnishings! This is the perfect spot to celebrate a baby shower, birthday party, bachelorette party or any girly getaway!

This is our second stay at James' farmhouse just out of Waco. We love the location away from town, but close enough to get to everything. It's pastoral and relaxing, and James has thought of everything. It's very well stocked. He usually leaves wine and fresh eggs too! If you want modern and slick, stay in town. This is inviting and comfy.

Place was very nice and relaxing. Quiet, clean, good time being out with nature and fishing. Dan was a great and very responsive and prepared host.
