I stayed here with 7 friends. The house is gorgeous, everything was easy to find and use. We loved it.

Overall it was an amazing stay! Benjamin was very clear with his procedures and desires for his guests. The house was a fantastic place to stay and lounge for a week of fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Laura is a great host and I appreciate her flexibility with our schedule and her quick responses and attention to detail. The house was perfect! The back room is cozy with the most amazing view! My family loved the amazingly huge dining room table. We found ourselves gathering around it a lot to talk or play games and of course eat! And the large kitchen island is perfect for a family pizza making night!! I would totally stay here again. Thanks Laura!

The home exceeded our expectations. There is more than enough space in the home. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. And the table tennis in the basement. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to this very cozy comfortable home in the future.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

This home was more beautiful than the photos! As soon as we walked in, we all noticed a nice fresh, clean smell which was the perfect way to start our stay! Everything was immaculate, which is so important to us! This home is extremely spacious and the beds are so comfortable. All of the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and washcloths are so soft and top quality. These things make such a difference! It is very apparent that the host really cares about the happiness and comfort of their guests! We really enjoyed taking a hike on the trails as well behind the home. The decor is just beautiful in this home with so many classy, unique accents. Lastly, we truly enjoyed the amazing massage chair and foot massager which were such wonderful amenities and really added to our overall experience! What a splendid idea! We can't say enough about this home and really look forward to returning the next time we are in the area. Thank you David and Lorie for being honest, caring, amazing hosts!

Kathi was an amazing host! Upon arriving and checking in she gave us fresh eggs! The place was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your trip. The perfect home away from home. The amenities were amazing we used the kayaks and pickleball and the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

We spend a lot of time in Sweetwater for work, and Kim’s house is in a great location just two minutes by car from the Main Street/downtown. The house was very comfortable, and as frequent travelers, we appreciate a well-stocked kitchen for dining in. We will be back here again for sure!

We Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Home away from home. 10000/10 would recommend for a quite home-feel getaway Right off SR-30 in Decatur. My husband and I were able to have an absolutely amazing thanksgiving dinner with my mom and grandparents somewhere Homey feeling. Thank you again to Miss April for all the help and hospitality! We were here for a month this time. It is a great place to stay for any length of time. It is very comfortable and has everything we need. Linda is a great host in every way. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time! We wish we could have stayed longer. Scott was so welcoming, and he has thought of everything we would possibly need in the house! Peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay. We hope to return soon!

This place was perfect for our needs. It is located in a beautiful area and was very private. The swimming pool was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. There were several restaurants close to the house and I highly recommend Steelhouse Corner. We were able to go on a train ride to Copperhill and loved that experience!

Several family members gathered for a girls weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out, relax and cook meals. Well laid out home in a beautiful location.

Great place to stay while in Athens. Have rented Danna's place several times before. She's very responsive and helpful. The house is very comfortable and is well located. Will stay there again in the future.
