Jason had a beautiful home that we were grateful to spend our Christmas holidays at. When there was an issue with electronics that we needed help with, not only did he respond rapidly but also came in person to help rectify the issue. A beautiful home and a wonderful host. :)

Christine & Rebecca are amazing hosts. Our group experienced some freezing rain during our stay which caused power outage. They were very communicative and considerate with our issues, offering a partial refund. Not only did they communicate well, but even after checkout, they were willing to help support our case to get a refund with Airbnb fees. For the cottage itself, it checked all of our boxes: lakefront view; pool table; hot tub; a private area (there were some neighbours but pretty far away); and plenty of beds that almost everyone in the group had their own to sleep on. I think the pictures don't do justice. The rooms in cottage are larger than what the pictures make it out to be. The hot tub was nice and warm. I can only imagine how fun the place would be in the Spring and Summer with the kayaks. This cottage is cozy and has "summer camp" vibes; this is perfect if that's what your after. I highly recommend booking here!

Eka was a great host. We made a last minute reservation and Eka was able to accommodate our needs. The place was very cozy yet spacious. The cedar sauna was the highlight of our stay. Everyone enjoyed it and wanted to come back. Thanks for everything Eka.

Michael and Margaret are great hosts. We head up to their place every winter now for a little cottage country escape. They are super responsive and helpful. Their place is warm, cozy, and has a great hot tub under the stars (and under the snow if you’re lucky). We’ll be back again!

This cottage was an absolute gem with a beautiful waterfront view! Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning was such a treat. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind, especially with the crisp winter air—it made for such a relaxing experience. I also really appreciated the level of care in maintaining the property, especially after the major snowfall. The path was safe, well-cleared, and easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into ensuring guests are comfortable no matter the season. I can only imagine how beautiful this place must be in the summer, and I’ll definitely be booking again

This beautiful cottage has room for the entire family to enjoy while still having enough rooms or outdoor spaces for family members to enjoy their own quiet time as well. The lake is beautiful and we look forward to going back in the summer!

We absolutely loved Patricia's home. It's a gorgeous, huge, amazing space, with 2 huge living rooms which was great with many people. The views from the kitchen alone were just lovely. I could have stayed in that kitchen for weeks. Everyone had their own rooms and lots of privacy. The wood burning stove leaves a great smell in the air, and warms your soul. Loads of blankets everywhere. Lots of towels for the hot tub and sauna. And the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need. We made some amazing meals there. The town of Coldwater is a lovely little town with great shops. Everyone is so friendly. And I highly recommend checking out Em's Cafe for their amazing scones! Can't wait to come back again! La maison est incroyable, l’endroit parfait pour une retraite en pleine nature, prendre son café face au lac, profiter du hangar à bateaux, du quai avec les chaises pour livre un livre, une sieste dans le hamac, et l’apéritif du soir avec le coucher de soleil pour spectacle ! Aussi beau à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, avec tout le confort (les literies sont très confortables) et tous les équipements dont on peut avoir besoin. On se sent au Léonard comme dans une maison de famille ! Nous reviendrons avec certitude

DJ's place is a beautiful location and as described. DJ was also accommodating to allow an extra dog. Our weekend away was very enjoyable. I thought there could have been better communication between us and the host/co hosts. There were times where my messages were read immediately but responded to over 24 hours later, or ignored entirely. There were no issues with the place itself. I would return again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – right on the water, providing stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property was immaculate, clean, and well-maintained. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in ensuring everything is perfect. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and taking in the natural beauty around us. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a gorgeous, serene setting. Can’t wait to come back!

Fred’s house was great! The house’s open concept was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to hang out in through the cold winter days without feeling crowded. The fireplace added lovely ambience and warmth. The six bedrooms ensured we all had our own space, which was a nice treat for our girls’ weekend. The master bedroom with ensuite was particularly spacious. The whole house was nicely decorated, and overall was a cozy and welcoming place. We didn’t use the sunroom, as is unfortunately smelled of smoke. Fred was a very responsive host. He quickly answered any questions. We had a lovely stay here, and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend it.

We and our dogs had a fantastic stay over the Thanksgiving weekend! The cottage was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed. We loved using the wood burning sauna and the fire pit and appreciated that the firewood was provided. Rebecca responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this cottage.

The property is right by the lake, and it is so beautiful and peaceful. You have lots of open space to play volleyball, for outdoor brunch or bbq, bonfire and swimming. We also had free access to boating, and that was the highlight of the trip!! The views and peace we experienced while boating was amazing. The host was really helpful and accommodating. Our property manager Jade was lovely and extremely friendly as well. She was responsive and just a call away for any help we needed. I think the photos of this place doesn’t do enough justice to the property!! It is a great place and a must visit experience for families as well as friends!

Always enjoy our stay at-rocky crest and this unit is ideal for a large group who need to spead out. Very responsive host. Look forward to coming back again.

Great stay with my family. Loved the winter activities both at the resort and in the area. The home was lovely, the dryer came in handy for drying snow-pants and mittens and the fireplace after outside time was great! The resort has many activities including skating, tubing and swimming/hot-tub that was fantastic. Enjoyed our stay and would enjoy returning!

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

Idyllic gem on Georgian bay. Perfect for a small family getaway by the lake. The resort pool is a big plus for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. Jefferson is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. He kindly accommodated our request.

From the very first conversation, Andrey was professional and helpful. the place is as described plus more. Everything was well kept, the little boat was amazing, and most of us caught fish. There was something to do for all of us. Andrey accommodated us to an early check in, and offered a late check out, even though we didn't ask for the check out, it gave us a little more time with our family. We had pretty much packed up even though he sent the message early.. The fire pit area is right on the eater, and a lot of planning was put into it. there was plenty of room for our 3 dogs, 9 adults and one child. Sitting outside was peaceful. it was very private, with security cameras outside to help us feel safe at night. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. well worth the drive, I think we have found our permanent holiday that we take with our family each year. Thanks!!

We had been itching to get back up to Huntsville since we sold our fractional cottage at another place. After 4 years we finally made it back up there and it was nice to visit our old stomping grounds. It is a beautiful resort with so many amenities. We didn't get to kayak as much as we would have liked due to weather but still had a nice time. Myron is a great host. Would love to come back again
