What a beautiful spot! The photos don't do it justice, it is truly beautiful. Perfect for our german sheppard too, who doesn't settle in a noisy city or hotel setting. C A went above and beyond! Excellent host. We'll be back if we're ever staying in the Fredericton area again and there is availability!

Beautiful spot, the little house had lots of space while still feeling cozy. Very well set up.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

We had a wonderful time staying here. John was an excellent host ! The camper was very clean and in an excellent location next to the lake. John went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for making our stay here very enjoyable.

awesome thoughtful getaway. kitchen has everything you could want at home - spices, dishware, cleaning supplies. beautiful view from living room and cozy kitchen. an entire shelf full of games and puzzles for everyone. really clean comfy beds, great smelling linens. my friends and I had a absolutely wonderful time would recommend Sweetwater cottage to anyone!

Was a great time. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Very private and quiet. The kayaks and paddle boards were an awesome addition. Marley was very quick to respond and react in anyway. Will hopefully return again.

The Little Dipper Lakehouse was the perfect getaway for us! It was a great spot to rest and reset amongst the busyness of life. Super cozy and private on a beautiful lake - one of our favourite parts was waking up in the morning and seeing the lake through the sunroom. The cottage had everything we needed and more, and the hosts were super thoughtful (our pups also approved and loved the extra touches for them - I think they were a little bummed we had to leave!). We visited during a colder time of year, so we didn’t spend much time on the dock or by the fire but I can imagine the outdoor space being glorious during the warmer months.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group! It comfortably accommodated more than 10 people, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The game room was a huge hit and kept the whole family entertained for hours. And the sunrise? Simply breathtaking—a memory we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful and fun getaway!
