Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

House is exactly as described and in photos. Felt crisp, very clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Great timing concerning communication. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely home in an excellent location. Renovated with all the upgrades in a location you can't beat. Easy walking to the Pearl, CIA & the Riverwalk. This home is spacious, loads of amenities and some extra touches to make it special. Plenty of plugs with both standard and USB outlets. Easily understood labels on switch plates, appliances and the fabulous master shower. Literally steps from the Riverwalk and the Pearl, and yet SO quiet. Felt completely safe and enjoyed it immensely.

Very nice place to spend a family time, my children were delighted with the deer, everything was very clean, highly recommended.

Great if you have little ones. They offered a hair chair, play pen, dishes and some other kitchen necessities kids might need. Location looks Iike an older neighborhood, which it indeed is ..but neighbors aren’t even heard of. So that was great. ONLY downside, there were so many bees outside…we couldn’t be outside because of that. Other than that, great! Highly recommend

Great place to stay as a family. Perfect location for attending the Spurs game. Not walkable to restaurants or attractions but we knew that when we reserved the place and it didn’t affect our stay. The house was spacious, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay with family! Lots of space and easy check in and out! Close to everything we needed and we enjoyed coffee with the deer! Peaceful neighborhood and garage parking was great the night it hailed!

The house was exactly what we needed. It had Plenty of space for 8 adults. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the main attractions in Gruene/New Braunsfels. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental was exactly what I was looking for & the hosts were just as great. Always responsive and super helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Their home was super clean and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or somewhere to stay on vacation. Great location if you want the best of both worlds of Austin , enjoy the outdoors and still be accessible to downtown Austin. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay was fabulous! A totally comfortable spot with all the essentials for a weekend getaway. We loved how conveniently located this was to major attractions, restaurants, and the city life in general. Would absolutely recommend!

Wow! Eric , Georgia & Dakota are so welcoming & a true pleasure to meet. The peaceful location was perfect especially during spring break when the surrounding areas were so busy. There isn’t a single detail that has been overlooked. It is a cozy couples retreat and so comfortable. Dakota is the sweetest, most well behaved shepherd I’ve ever met! I’m not sure who does the cleaning but they deserve a bonus. We loved talking to both Georgia & Eric and look forward to returning. Great recommendations as well. Thanks y’all 🐿️

Absolutely perfect! This unit exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and ideally suited my needs. Highly recommend both the communicative host and this property for anyone staying in the area. There were a variety of walkable and drivable food options in the area. This will be my first option when I return.

Ken and Connie are awesome hosts. They’re so nice and helps me even with a few problems just cause they’re kind the place is spectacular. It has a pull in garage. You go right up the stairs and it’s a wonderful apartment. The best is the deck. It’s so nice cover. It’s got a TV. It’s got fan. And the deer are so friendly. You can almost go up and pet them but if you’d like to chill in a deck, this is awesome. They even got a barbecue grill up there high ceilings great bedroom, lots of storage great bathroom and washer and dryer I can’t say enough definitely top three stays out of30 different. Airbnb’s. I definitely gotta get back there. Perfect location about 20 minutes to downtown but you’re super close to grocery store, etc. etc. but you’re like a mile off the main road so you don’t hear the traffic.

Our stay in San Antonio was awesome! David's apartment was just right for a longer visit. I appreciated the full kitchen, sweet dining room, comfortable & spacious living room, and two bright bedrooms. I spent a lot of time outside in the lovely courtyard, and my partner and I took many walks in the neighborhood and to local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Ukrainian bakery and breakfast at Panchito's. The apartment is in a beautiful, historical neighborhood which I fully appreciated, and close to beautiful downtown San Antonio! Thank you! We hope to come again.

We were in San Antonio for a college playoff at the Alamodome. We loved the area: historic, quiet, walkable to bars and restaurants. Ray’s place is really comfortable and has lots of personality. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and enjoyed the breeze (December). Their place is near active train tracks, but a white noise app or their available standing fan at night helps drown the noise. The bedroom curtains keep the rooms dark in the morning.

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s condo. Loved being by the river & the beautiful scenery, comfortable beds & all the amenities the place had to offer. Check in was easy, the place had everything we needed. There is even covered parking. Glad there was an elevator close to the room since I had a heavy ice chest. Would stay there again if I’m in New Braunfels again.

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.
