The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Eu gostei muito do apartamento com uma localização muito tranquila e de frente para o west lake. Da pra perceber que o apartamento é novo e muito bem cuidado pela dona, que por sinal foi muito bem rápida nas mensagens ao nos ajudar a encontrar o apartamento. O local era exatamente como nas fotos e fica relativamente próximo do bairro antigo. Apenas tivemos problemas com a Wi-Fi, mas não foi tanto assim. Enfim, recomendo muito o apartamento.

Chủ nhà thân thiện, chu đáo. Căn hộ xinh xắn đầy đủ tiện nghi. Bên ngoài đẹp hơn trong ảnh. Tôi rất hài lòng về căn hộ cũng như cách phục vụ của chủ nhà. Nếu cần phải thuê nhà ở Hà Nội , tôi sẽ nghĩ đến căn hộ này đầu tiên. Tôi khuyên các bạn nên chọn căn hộ này. Cám ơn chủ nhà rất nhiều.

Helpful with all our questions and gave recommendations of places to eat and supplied us with needs outside what was supposed to be.. great location even if we had a steep climb by the alley. Clean and tastefully made house you can see the touches of artistic person.

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

We enjoyed our time at Lan's place. The location was ideal to walking around the center of Hanoi and gave us a different experience than staying in the hotel. The decor matched the description/pictures.

Mai's place is close everything we wanted to see, in such a walkable area. Not being accustomed to how Hanoi old town has so much built back from the main road, we were a little caught off guard about it being off the lane, but as we learned more about our surroundings we quickly found out how common this in in Hanoi. Being built back from the main road ensured we had a peaceful quiet area to return home to every day. The house itself was spotless, and they sent us great tips about where to eat. They even arranged for a van to take us back to the airport at our request. As mentioned in other reviews, there are lots of stairs. Each bedroom is on a separate floor, and I think I counted 74 stairs to the top bedroom. I'm in my 60's, had enough luggage for a six week trip, and had no trouble with the top floor. Though I did grumble a few times when I realized I forgot something when we were on our way out. The value for money is great, and the beds were the best in our whole trip.

Great stay with spacious, clean rooms and pretty complete amenities. The house feels safe and quiet within a gated neighborhood. Definitely great value as it is located a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and felt like a home (we were a group of 6 adults and we had plenty of space). Check in and check out was very easy! And Diep was a very hospitable host, proactive in communicating and had lots of good food recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Great location right in the heart of the Old Quarter, apartment was comfortable with lots of nice touches, different floors so there’s privacy between friends. Very responsive host!

Thinh & My 님의 숙소의 숙소는 아름다운 서호 인근에 위치한 매우 매력적인 숙소였습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리되고 정돈되어 있었고, 무엇보다 관리자인 Hieu의 적극적인 서비스가 매우 인상적인 숙소입니다. 숙소의 특성 상 호텔 수준의 청결과 정돈 상태를 기대하는 것은 매우 어려우나, 아름다운 지역으로의 접근성이 매우 우수하고, 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 보유하였으며, 여름철에는 아름다운 정원에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다.(우리는 겨울철에 머물러 그럴 기회를 가지지 못했습니다.) 하노이 숙박시설의 특성상 난방이 되지 않았지만 Hieu의 적극적인 지원으로 우리는 춥지 않게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 우리는 Thinh & My 님의 숙소에서 매우 인상적인 아름다운 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 만약 하노이에 다시 간다면 또 머무를 의사가 있습니다.

Das Apartment hat die perfekte Ausgangslage um Hanoi zu erkunden. Es liegt sehr zentral aber es ist trotzdem ruhig. Vorallem der Balkon ist ein kleines Highlight. Self check in war dank der klaren Anweisung sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Beautiful room design, responsive and friendly host

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

침대가 정말 훌륭함. 5성급 호텔 수준임. 보통 에어비앤비 침대 싸구려인데 여긴 아님. 스프링도 다 정상임. 아쉬운게 호스트가 사진을 업데이트 해야함. 실제 숙소 사진이 훨씬 좋음. 지금 사진은 예전 사진임. 화장실. 방 너무 깨끗함. 호텔 느낌 임테리어임. 그린베이 자체가 위치가 너무 좋음. 미딩도 5분 거리임. 한국인들에게 이만한 곳 없음. 그린베이 내에 베트남 음식점 3-4개가 있음. 편의점 3-4개임. 빵집이 기가막힘. 정말 싸다. 롯데마트. 윈마트. 브레드 팩토리 가격 보다가 여기 오면 기절함. 너무 맛있고 싸다. 하이랜드 커피도 있음. 다른 카페도 2-3개 더 있음. 차 소리 안 들리고 조용함. 생활물가 혜자임. 알다시피 비싼 동네 가면 카페. 빵. 음식점 다 비싸다. 여긴 소음도 없고. 중화. 미딩도 그랩타고 5-8분 내외임. 호수 큰게 있어 런닝. 산책도 좋음. 단지 자체가 큰데 사람들 다니는 인도가 넓직하고 깨끗하게 단장되어 있음. 한국 사람들 비싼 웨스트포인트. 디캐피탈 지내지 말고 그린베이에 숙소 잡으세요. 여기 가격 싸고 환경 좋고 다 좋습니다. 3주 째 하노이 숙소 호텔만 5번 다니는데 그린베이가 가성비를 떠나서 조용하게 지내면서 가깝게 이동할만한 거리임. 물론 서호. 호안끼엠 생각하면 미딩 중화 이쪽 지역을 숙소로 잡으면 안됨. 어찌됐든 숙소 깨끗하고 좋아요.

the host was quite kind and had a good communication with us. the apartment is spacious and clean. the building has a big mart on the 1st floor and helped us a lot :) I recommend this place for people have a plan to visit this area, Hanoi

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.
