Sunny Retreat at the edge of Forth

This fully equipped cottage is set in 5 acres of park-like gardens, with 2 large mazes to explore, right in Forth, yet very private. 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the city of Devonport and en route to Cradle Mountain (1 hr away). Unwind on your private verandah, taking in the antics of Clover and Cedric, our cow and donkey, overlooking the green pastures. Book our woodfired sauna in the forest for a completely unique experience! (seats 6 to 8 people, bookings $50 per group).

You will love the amazing uninterrupted view of Mt Roland from the cottage veranda - this view changes continuously reflecting different moods of the mountain depending on the time of day or night and the changing seasons and weather conditions - cloud, rainbows, sunrise or sunset, and occasionally snow. The cottage is warm and cosy with a real flame gas fire to keep you toasty. One bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen bed with deluxe natural fibre linen and electric blankets.

Renovated 1920 character cottage in Launceston City. This cottage is located only a block away from the City Park, AFL Football Stadium and Inveresk Precinct (home of the Museum). Easy walk to Launceston CBD and Farmers Market. Directly opposite the cottage is the North Esk riverbank walkway that leads to the Seaport and then onto the Cataract Gorge. This cottage has been recently renovated. It has two bedrooms both with queen beds, open plan living area, modern bathroom and laundry.
