Great location in a peaceful street. Only 5 minutes drive to the CBD to pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment that I would recommend to others.

I loved staying at this apartment. It’s on the edge of the CBD but so ridiculously quiet you wouldn’t know it. Barely a sound from outdoors and zero neighbouring apartment noise or carpark noise. Walking distance to all the best the CBD and marina has to offer and the scenic walking paths. The apartment furnishings so very comfortable and cozy. The indoor temperature is perfect, easy to adjust to suit the conditions. Views from both sides of the apartment is amazing and the morning sun on the east side is glorious and the sunset followed by city and marina lights on the west side is so relaxing. The host, Richard, is one of the friendliest and most easy going host I’ve ever met, goes above and beyond. I would always now try to book his apartment every time I’m in Launceston and would strongly recommend to my family and friends.

Helen was terrific with communication. The location was very easy to find, the unit was lovely and clean, comfortable and the view was spectacular 🤩 we laid in bed this morning and watched a beautiful sunrise 🌞 we will definitely be returning!!

This was a great stay! The size of the Airbnb was perfect for two people, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was a perfect size as well. Easy to reach other places either by bus, walking or uber. Daniella was really helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit Launceston.

Very lovely self contained unit. Clean and tidy. Beautiful views over vineyards. Our host Helen was very responsive and friendly.

I booked the property for my parents who had our children while we were overseas. Brett wasw extremely helpful with this process. The unit was fitted out well with many extras like board games and needs for a baby. The decor was attractive and there was plenty of wardrobe space.

Great place in a private, clean, tidy & peaceful spot. Located in a lovely & lofty suburb close to town & not far from the magnificent gorge...just a tip, it's a good idea to have a car.

Our rowing team stayed her for the Australian National Championships. There was 8 of us and we all fit quite comfortably even having to share a bed or two. Great space!

Thank you Matt and Meg for sharing your place with us. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. Walkable to many places and restaurants. Definitely recommend it.

Very attractive inside, tasteful decoration. Very comfortable. Very easy walking distance to the gorge and short stroll to city centre. Private first floor of double storey house, noise from upstairs does bleed through somewhat but this wasn't an issue for me.

Very bright and homey place. Dogs well catered for and super safe backyard and welcome inside too with blankets to put on furniture and dog beds

We had such a great girls little wellness retreat at Villa Donini over the long weekend. We popped up from Hobart, the house was so BEAUTIFUL, we felt like we were in Europe. It was a very hot weekend but had a little 'Aus Open' tennis tournament, went swimming a lot, pilates/stretching in the front yard next to the Fountain, board games night, etc (so many activities). The marble counter tops in the kitchen was perfect for making pasta / pizza dough. We were a large group of girls but all felt like we had our own space because the house was so big. We planned to visit some wineries but cancelled this as the house was too beautiful to leave. We had the best time ♥️

Thank you for having us, it was such beautiful home and the beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

The house was such a warm and welcoming space. It suited our group perfectly.
