The place is big and was perfect for our office party. Everybody enjoyed their stay and had everything we needed. We will be back definitely in the summer.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property on Lake Anna. We had 4 young children and 3 adults for our trip. We had plenty of space in the home, and the beach area was perfect for our children to swim. In addition to swimming off the beach, we enjoyed boating, tubing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. It was so nice to have kayaks and paddle boards included on the property. When we weren’t outside we spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch. Evenings were spent down on the dock with a drink watching the sun go down on comfortable chairs. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area as well. We ate at four different restaurants. Had no problem stocking up groceries at Food Lion and grabbing a few things when needed from Dollar General. The surrounding wildlife was big plus. We saw some cool birds and saw deer going across the property at dusk. It was our first trip to Lake Anna but won’t be our last.

This serene home was a lovely place to stay away from home. The instructions, although lengthy, were very clear for check-in and check-out, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The home is in great condition, and everything was as advertised. The backyard leads right up to the water, where you can launch kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. The included EV charger works as advertised - it is a NACS plug, so make sure you have your own adapter if you need it! The internet connection was very fast - ~750Mbps up and down - and the WiFi worked great for our needs. The house was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. The hot tub has a great view of the marina and water, and is an awesome place to spend some time watching the sunset!

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was an AMAZING stay! A group of us came to Richmond to celebrate my 30th birthday and our plans consisted of staying in, cooking, watching tv, and playing board games. We wanted to feel at home and be comfortable cooking and spending time together. This Airbnb certainly delivered! The rooms were big and spacious, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE and we immediately felt at home. If we needed anything, it was likely already provided and if we had any questions, the hosts were very quick to respond. They certainly went above and beyond. It was well worth the money we paid and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The photos came out beautifully too! What an incredible house and even better facilities. We can’t wait to return — this time in the summer!

This place was amazing! My sisters and I went for a girls trip with our mom and we were only there for one day, but everyone kept raving about how amazing the house was. Very beautiful house, has all the amenities you need, and great location right by Short Pump.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the play room. We were there for a soccer tournament and the house was conveniently located close to Dorey Park.

Quiet surroundings and plenty of space for our family to stretch out. Ellen was quick to respond to all our questions.

Very charming and tasteful renovations. The house was spacious, clean and cozy. Had an issue getting into the house due to the lock, but the host was quick to respond and was able to let us in within minutes of notification. So thankful for the excellent communication and customer service. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying here very cozy little house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the porch on the back was lovely. The only thing I wish I would have brought was bee spray, we had a problem with the bees the whole stay but nature will nature 🤣. Overall a beautiful stay. I definitely recommend and will be booking again!!!

My crew was very happy with the home and enjoyed the pool table. They were very sad that the home is booked out and had to change homes. I will extend early in the future. I would recommend this location to all.

We stayed at Katy's for a small family gathering and to see the sights in Richmond. The property was private, peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the trains passing across the canal but others might not. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with quick and easy access to many parks, museums and other activities. We had no issues with the house or amenities and Katy promptly and helpfully responded to our questions.

We lived here for a month while house hunting after PCSing to the area. It cost the same as staying in a hotel but with James we had an older, but well-maintained townhouse with a nice living room, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and a fully functional eat in kitchen with extra amenities like a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, in addition to the normal fridge/freezer/oven/stovetop/microwave! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and James was always very responsive. The area lost power one of the days we were there and he got in touch with the power company to make sure they were aware and updated us about when the power was expected to return. A great and honest host!

Great home in Richmond. Loved being tucked away on a nice residential street while being so close to so much. Roseanne provides a lovely home for some peaceful R & R.

The house was as described. It was spotless clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our needs. Mayra was an excellent host very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend.

The home was exactly as pictured, clean , and comfortable. The hosts were accommodating. We booked less than a week before we needed it and they treated us as if we’d been planning for months. The neighborhood was quite and the back deck was great to get some alone time away from the other guests.

I am the Club Director for a volleyball club, and we rented this home as a place to stay for myself and the coaches while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. This was our second year staying in this home, and we absolutely loved it. The house is large, clean, and exceedingly comfortable. The private natural surroundings make this a luxuriously peaceful place to stay, and we would love to return each year if we have a tournament in the area, as long as it is available.

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

Basia's home was BEAUTIFUL and had a serene feeling inside and out. We would definitely book her home again if we are in the neighborhood.
