We enjoyed a fantastic weekend of food and family. Our incoming flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2am, but the rest of the family enjoyed a great fish fry. My wife was smitten with the fabulous master bathroom shower. The beds were very comfortable and the family area was spacious with the open concept of the dining area, kitchen and family room. The backyard was enjoyable as well. We will come back again.

Perfect home for large family in charlotte We stayed for christmas week and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean snd easily accessible, close to everything we needed to do in charlotte. The rooms were cozy and beds were super comfortable. Pots and plates/cups to serve and make food with. We did not use the patio area but there was a fire pit available ready to go. Washer/dryer avaliable as well. You can connect the tv to your netflix/prime/YouTube accounts, very convenient. The master room is very spacious with extra wide shower and soaking tub. All in all the house was just what we needed for a little getaway. Candace was very responsive to our questions and available when needed. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place it was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's. A quiet home in a great area, walkable to the Greenway just a few blocks away which we love. The home is really well equipped with every necessity you need plus a peaceful back yard. Brian responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend and we would definitely rent again.

Gary's place was perfect for our stay. We were getting together for a Christmas celebration with family and needed room for 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of parking space, cozy bedrooms and comfy beds, sheets and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a chilly Christmas Eve, but we were warm and cozy in our airbnb. Gary is an attentive host and called me right back (on Christmas Eve! ) when we experienced a problem. With his help, we were able to resolve the problem quickly. Oh, and there were chocolates waiting for us when we arrived! A nice touch.

The location was maybe 10-15 away from downtown, very clean, and super peaceful. Would happily stay again.

Enjoyed my stay would definitely book again

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home 5 mins away from a million restaurants! The home was very spacious and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations with this 5 bedroom 3 bath home. It was definitely a stay that made us all not want to leave. The location was very peaceful and quiet and I would definitely recommend anyone to book this place. It was well worth it and if we happen to be vacationing near charlotte again I will definitely be looking up this listing.

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

Super convenient to downtown Davidson. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Would stay again!

Stayed at Jodi’s for the long weekend and absolutely enjoyed the space. From the beautiful pottery (created by Jodi herself!) to the full kitchen, TV, separate bedroom space, and how incredibly *clean* everything was—this was, hands down, one of our favorite AirBnB stays. The neighborhood is peaceful and not too far from the city center by driving. I highly recommend staying here, we hope to again the next time we’re in Charlotte!

Rene was such an awesome host! The apartment looked incredible and welcoming for the holiday season. I truly enjoyed the conversations and fellowship we had. I give the airbnb a ten star! Hope to go back there one day!

Felt like home. Comfy beds and nice location

Little trouble with the lock, but the host was quick to resolve the issue. Also, location is 10/10.

Work-away vacation for me (and my cat, though she hardly did any work :) and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location, with French doors on both ends of this rooftop-peaked property. Nice small balcony for having a cup of coffee as the sun rises (and sets, if you are one of the truly caffeine-addicted), and a comfortable main bed. Liked the retro feel of the furnishings and some of the appliances, and overall, an interesting space and layout that I enjoyed. Danielle was excellent with her communications and responsiveness, even granting a last-minute extension to my stay to enjoy a few extra days before going home. Quick access to some of the main roads if you are looking for groceries or somewhere to eat, but far enough away to disconnect from the hustle/bustle we all get caught up in. Recommend it, especially if you have some furry family with you.

We had a great time! The place is beautiful and backs up to a large park. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town! Loved it.

One of my favorite stays so far. The condo is so cute and I love the decor. For a few days I felt like an uptown girl living in chic urban studio. The surrounding area is beautiful and walkable, and the free parking spot was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great stay in a great location place was wonderful and very accommodating. If I were to return to charlotte I was def stay there again.

i had a great stay at josh’s airbnb! he was also extremely responsive no matter what i reached out to about. the space was clean and it was in a prime location. the fridge had water which i really appreciated. you could walk anywhere but also get anywhere via lyft/uber and because the location was so central, it was never expensive. it looked just like the photos. i’d likely stay again next time i’m in a charlotte. this is a great space to stay!

This place is amazing! So clean and quiet. I love watching the squirrels, birds, and even deer from the balcony. It’s decorated so cute and cozy. 10/10 recommend staying here! There are so many cute restaurants near, including Papa Doc’s on the lake. If you are looking for a place to stay to have a relaxing time, this is the place!!!

Nice quiet area. Good TV setup nice balcony with chairs and the bed was very comfortable.
