We enjoyed or stay. I loved the neighborhood, the different colors of the townhouses were great to see. This place was spacious, comfy, cozy, and laid back. Daniel gave specific and detailed instructions and we made sure to follow them. Finding the trash cans was kind of confusing even with the instructions only because we was afraid to place the trash in the wrong bin not knowing how the community would react. Even though Daniel's instructions were clear, we ended up asking one of the neighbors just to be sure that it was the right thing to do. We had fun in the house and was sure to respect the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place for so many reasons! SAFETY SECURITY ACCESSIBLE RELAXING! Thx so much Daniel for allowing us to stay. I loved Charlotte so much to the point that I have made it my decision to relocate there.

Overnight stay with pups for a concert - 2mi frim the Spectrum Center which was great! Pups were comfortable and so sweet we! Cute little house with lots of historic charm. Will certainly check availability the next time we are in town 😊

Adam's place is a piece of jewel, we have loved the neighbourhood and the apartment too. If you want to see downtown you need a car, but the place offers parking places right in front of the door, so if you travel by car, it is just perfect.

Eli was amazing! I booked very last minute and he responded quicker than I expected. I would most definitely book your home again! Everything was clean, comfortable beds. I have no complaints! The kids loved the snacks.

The the area near the location is under a revitalization. I’ve been to the area before and the area is taking a positive turn. This listing is a part of the revitalization. The host was responsive and very helpful. The space was just as seen on the app.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

It was a placer stay in Mary’ home, everything ok, I fell like my home. Super recommended

There were four adults staying here and we were all very comfortable. David's place was within walking distance of our son's home and downtown Davidson. You could stay there and not need to rent a car.

This was a very accommodating place to stay and it was great for our large family. Owners were very responsive and even sent someone to the house with extra supplies that we needed. It was an awesome experience all around!

Place was great and as portrayed. Clean, lots of bathrooms, and the washer/dryer was ideal at that phase of our trip. Ed’s communication and instructions were great, simple and helpful!

My husband and I stay for a month while we we visiting family in Charlotte and waiting for our new house to be built. it was everything we needed and more. Location was great for quiet walks with the dogs. The coffee shop was great, the view of the skyline was beautiful. We were able to work remotely and explore Charlotte, quick drive to see the Panthers play and a cheap rideshare to see the Hornets. We really enjoyed our stay and Chris was incredibly communicative when needed and proactive.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and the description was accurate. When we had a couple issues with parking from another guest, it was taken care of promptly and provided additional blankets upon request. Walkable to downtown and very walkable if we were going to an event at Bank of America stadium.

This place was so beautiful inside and out. Alycea you did an amazing job I really felt at home. Everyone she’s amazing we were sleeping and she locked the door from her phone at 3 in the morning. The whole experience was GREAT ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed in Anthony's place when I was in Charlotte for work. The unit was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The walk to NODA was not horrible but was not a direct shot due to the light rail. Easy Uber ride to get to Uptown, NODA, and other surrounding neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again.

There are many beautiful houses on Airbnb but this place is more than that, it’s a home away from home. Safe neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. This is our second long term stay at Malik’s and we are sad to leave after two months. Parting is such sweet sorrow, hopefully we will come back again.

We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again. The location is great and gives easy access to Charlotte. The house looks fairly new and is being maintained very well. It felt like a home away from home. Our family enjoyed our stay and built memories as we celebrated the holiday!!

Second time staying here. Still a charming townhouse in a charming area. Located in a development that features trails, parks and a sizable playground, it’s perfect for families and dog owners. We took advantage of having a restaurant just around the corner which was awesome after driving all day long. The house is extremely comfortable. Great beds and all the amenities you would ever need. The area is quiet and safe and you should sleep well!
