Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

It is rare for apartments to truly match the description given on site. The features are often overstated and reality falls short. John's place is the first that was everything he described, even exceeding expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene. I did not want to be in the midst of all the action and so it was perfect. I got turned around a bit in locating the apartment, but John was immediately responsive and check in was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quite cozy. I spent a lot of time exploring Charlotte. Travel uptown was quite simple and inexpensive by Rideshare or public transportation, often going out more than once in the day. I had just about everything I needed amenity wise. That made the times I stayed in quite homey. Johs was always available when needed. His accommodations would certainly be my first choice when I return.

We really enjoyed our stay here! In a great location. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This stay was worth everything penny!! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Felt very homey. The washer and dryer worked well and the host even provided detergent and dryer sheets. The bed was comfortable. The instructions were VERY CLEAR. I appreciate the easy access to the door. My girlfriend and I had a great stay here. 10/10 recommend!!

This host was truly accommodating. The property’s security measures were exceptional. The apartment was spotless; the fresh scent upon entering indicated meticulous cleaning. Everything matched the online photos perfectly. I had an excellent stay and will undoubtedly book again!

Great stay, no complaints! The house looks exactly like pics shown online. This home was very stylish and we loved the different designs throughout the home. We also, enjoyed and loved the upstairs area. It was perfect for the occasion. (Girls Game Night). The host gave clear instructions and was very pleasant. Easy check in and out. Very clean & looks exactly like photos. Wifi was not working on check in, but host was quick to respond and it was fixed the next day. Definitely take your time and look through all cabinets and closets so you know where everything is. A lot of extras were provided, which would have made things easier on us had we checked. We accidently left our car door wife open overnight, and, despite being beside a road, nothing was stolen. My husband is a big man, and the master bed did not work for us, but we moved to the bedroom across the laundry room and it was perfect. Couch was EXTREMELY comfy. All in all, will not hesitate to stay again.

This house was everything you could ask for!! Definitely will be back!

This place became a home base to the South End. It was perfectly located on the edge. Street was quiet and nice. Home was perfect.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great location and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. We either walked or took and uber. Very convient. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The little bit of street noise we heard wasn’t bad at all especially considering the location. We both slept fine. The host had earplugs on hand just in case. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.
