I totally recomend this place. We had a wonderful time at Villa Carmen with an amazing aquapark inclusive and really nice and helpful people at the information place. The surrounding is great, even in winter.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wohnlich dekorativ eingerichtet. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, mit guten Geräten. Neben dem eigentlichen Duschbad gab es noch ein Bad mit zweiter Toilette. Im Haus befindet sich auch ein Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und kleinem Schwimmbad. Über den Deich ist man am Meer. Und ein Strandkorb gehörte zur Wohnung, das hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist weiterzuempfehlen!

Saubere, helle Wohnung mit Balkon und schönem Achterwasserblick. Man ist autark und dennoch ist immer jemand bereit für unkomplizierte und freundliche Unterstützung. Prima Ort. In allem. Auch ohne Golfambitionen ;-)

Ce voyage depuis la Bretagne vers Steinfurth en valait la peine ! Un merveilleux accueil d'Elisa et Mathias, des rencontres enrichissantes, un lieu superbe et préservé, c'est l'endroit rêvé pour pratiquer sa passion artistique... et pour tout simplement profiter de la vie à l'état pur. Merci encore pour toute cette joie et cette beauté, j'ai déjà hâte de revenir 😊

Ein traumhafter Ort am Balmer See, ideal zum Golfen ind für Tagestouren. Die Sauna im Haus war sehr hilfreich nach viel Regen und wenig frequentiert. Tolle Wohnung, gerne wieder.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Pana Zbigniewa, apartament bardzo czyściutki, idealnie przystosowany na kilkudniowy wypad. Świetny kontakt i nastawienie do klienta. Serdecznie polecamy. 10/10 😌

As usual everything went smoothly. We got in late and everything was ready for us: keys, fobs and detailed instructions how to get to the place and how to get inside. The appartament was very clean, you can see a bit of wear starting to show here and there but nothing was a real issue. Cosmetic stuff. Place was very clean. We definitely recommend it - close to the beach, the Promenade and the city as well.

Sehr schönes Haus und waldige Gegend mit einem traumhaften See. Ein Boot zum Angeln konnten wir vom Nachbarn mieten und auch sonst stand dieser mit Rat und Tat bereit. (Schöne Grüße an Lothar!) Alles in allem super Urlaub.

Schönes Haus für eine größere Gruppe von Menschen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Zum Baden sind wir allerdings an den schönen See nach Bralitz gefahren, da die Wasserqualität am beschriebenen Fluss uns nicht zum Baden eingeladen hat.

Byli jsme spokojeni, rádi se do Fuchsbau někdy v budoucnu vrátíme.

Sehr liebevolle und entspannte Unterkunft. Eignet sich bestens für Tagungen und Retreats für größere Gruppen. Enrico und sein Team sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Unkompliziert und sympathisch. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt im Reetdach-Ferienhaus von Carsten auf Usedom war einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist modern, sehr schön eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft tipptopp sauber und aufgeräumt. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zum Check-out. Die ruhige Lage und das gemütliche Ambiente des Hauses haben uns sehr gefallen.

Coming with a larger family to Benz, we loved the large and open living room which allowed us to gather, eat, and talk. A second floor with another table became our "card game" area; very useful, when you come with children. We loved the arrangements of sleeping upstairs and gathering downstairs. A large yard also allows for outside gatherings even though a beautiful terrace could be equipped with more furniture than just two beach couches. The most problematic issue (aside from all the good ones) is that I depended on reliable and comprehensive wifi and phone access as I was a traveling teacher with two online classes to serve. I had to find wifi elsewhere. This is no issue when you are "only" on vacation, but greatly impacted my ability to combine vacation with work. Just FYI. Benz has been a staple location for family reunions for my family (gathering from Italy/Germany/USA) and I we definitely will be back. The house, host, location and all are wonderful! Thank you.
